Great gap store. I went there once and got a good winter jacket and it was an enjoyable experience, because the staff are attentive, helpful and kind. They have a large selection to choose from. Everything displayed makes it for a nice and easy shopping experience. The store is clean and the fitting rooms are well-kept organized. Outstanding service.

The place is organized and at the time of this visit they had a sale. Looked for some clothes for a gift and they were easy to find. Was not offered any help, did get what I wanted and as for the checkout, it was fast. In Chicago either you pay 7 cents for a bag or bring your own bag. just so you know. They do offer good prices and will come back.

Lovely store ..... (clean) (organized) and the cashiers was a complete angel 😇. I appreciated the fact she was kind and rung up my purchase properly as if it was hers now that was customer service.... she didn't throw my clothes in the bag she didn't crumple up my clothes. Then I had a second cashier to do a quick item swap like an hour later same exact kindness and attention to detail.... & this why I LOVE THIS GAP .......

I live this Gap Outlet. Staff are always so nice and if I am having an issue like today with my unused rewards, they work to give me the best possible price. Once I had a Gap return and they helped me ship it, even though they couldn't do the actual return to my card as it was a regular purchase. I have always had a great experience.

Very organized and clean with a helpful staff. Like the location alot and I always find a good pair of jeans here whenever I need them. Also got a jean jacket that I absolutely LOVE and it's still holding up. They also have some good deals too.

Love this place! If you are a GAP shopper, be alert on great deals and sales! Although not much a good selection for infant boys but if you have a good eye, it is yours! Last week I forgot my GAP card and I asked if it was okay to pay through and the rep said yes! Awesome! Got my kids their clothes for this year’s thanksgiving feast.

The staff at this location was very courteous and helpful. They made sure we could find what we needed and also provided an opportunity to sign up for the Gap credit card. It only took 5 minutes and along with the discounts, we saved over $150. We look forward to shopping here again very soon!

I had a wedding emergency today. I was in from out of town and realized an hour before the wedding that I didn’t have my dress pants with me! I walked in and explained my situation to the employee in the men’s section and he not only helped me find the pants but also had them steamed for me all I time for me to make the wedding

Sizes were disorganized and hard to find but otherwise it was a good experience. I like the new rewards program that they have for customers that doesn't require a credit card (only at gap stores so far). Overall a good experience.

Depending on the current sales, this store can be a total steal, or a total rip off. The staff keeps things clean, and register times are not too bad. Don't forget to buy a reusable bag for an extra 10% off!
