Not only did I find my wedding dress here, but I had the most magical experience!!! Belle is absolutely incredible as well as the rest of the staff. The dresses are amazing, but everyone there treats you so kind like family and really focuses on you, how comfortable you are, and makes it truly individualized. There was no rushing and they made me feel so special. It was the best experience and I’m so happy I chose to go here. If you’re thinking of making an appointment, DO IT!!!!

This wedding dress shopping experience was wonderful. When I saw tears as she stepped out of the dressing room, I knew Belle had found the perfect dress for my daughter. I had the BEST experience at The Boutique by B.Belle. I would highly recommend everyone make an appointment. From start to finish, the process was so smooth. Belle is a rockstar at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She quickly understood the vibe that I was going for and picked out a few really great options for me to try on. She was so helpful. I was loving one dress in particular but felt like it was missing something. Belle knew exactly what I needed and started to add bits and pieces from scratch to give me the thing I was missing. The venue was spacious, beautiful, clean, bright, and open. The staff were kind, helpful, and asked such great questions about my best friend's wedding and what she is hoping for in a wedding dress. Our stylist, Amara, did an amazing job- she made my best friend feel special and provided her undivided attention throughout the session. She discussed her method of how she would pick out dresses and allowed my bestie to rank the dresses and took feedback from what my bestie liked or did not like about each dress to proceed to the next one. Amara also helped me take pictures of my bestie and even took a video of my reaction when my best friend decided on a dress and came out to the main venue area. Shopping here was such an enjoyable and fun experience. If you are looking for an intimate, enjoyable, calming, special, and client-centered wedding dress shopping experience, I would 10/10 recommend this store!

Before she ever touched a hanger, Belle sat down and talked to my daughter about who she is, what she likes and how she envisioned her wedding. In the time they spent talking, Belle was able to hone in on the perfect dress. Although she tried on five dresses, it was the first one she tried on that ended up being THE dress. The pandemic made planning a wedding very stressful. We had to cut back on our invitation list considerably, which was not an easy thing for any of us, especially the bride. But when the day came, she was absolutely beautiful, The classic elegance of her dress and veil were breathtaking!

I recently bought my dress here, and it was such a nice experience! Belle really makes you the center of attention. My guest and I had the whole boutique to ourselves, spent the 1st hour just discussing my wedding details and personality/style with her, she selected 5 dresses for me based on our discussion, and helped me try them on and present them to my guest with such grandour! Not to mention, she was respectful of my budget. In the end, the 5th dress was the one-a BEAUTIFUL sample dress. She also found the perfect way for me to add sleeves, which was really important to me. I was able to walk out with my dress and am waiting for the sleeves to arrive, but I'm super excited to see it all come together! Thank you so much, Belle!

The Boutique by B. Belle made one of my biggest fears into a beautiful gown. I originally purchased a dress in my size in February 2019. Thanks to Covid my wedding date was pushed back over a year and cancelled twice… the stresses of life happened, and I could no longer fit into my dress. I reached out to the Boutique and Mindy got me all set up with an appointment and assured me they would do whatever they could to get me in my dress. Despite it being an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience for myself, Belle and Mindy seriously could not have made me feel more radiant. Their aura is unmatched, and you feel so much lighter just by being in their presence. Cecilia took care of all the alterations and the dress looks like its honestly meant to have a corset in the back all along. 10/10 experience!! From the moment we walked in, I KNEW I was going to find my dress. Belle sat us all down, asked me to explain the general vibe I was looking for, what styles I liked, what was of most importance when looking for dresses, and a few other questions. She browsed my Pinterest board and explained my style choices. She repeated back to me everything I said and she listened to EVERYTHING I said. She and Rebecca went browsing for dresses and came back with about 10 dresses. I loved that she tries to keep it to 10-15 dresses max so I didn’t get overwhelmed or forget what dresses I had already tried. The very first dress I tried on was THE DRESS. We tried on about 5 more dresses to make sure it was the one I liked best. She eliminated dresses that she had picked to reflect my comments as we went along. After going to multiple bridal stores in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, etc., I had no intentions of getting my dress in Charleston, however, my girlfriend in the area kept telling me about The Boutique by B. The whole experience was tailored to me and what I was looking for. Jillian has only been working there for 6 months, and seemed like she had been helping girls find their dream dress for years! Since I randomly made a last minute appointment during the week, my family and friends were not able to come with me, but Jillian and Belle (the owner) made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase, and gave me the input that I needed to make the correct decision on my dress. After explaining to my sister how great of an experience I had, she plans to come to Charleston from Pittsburgh to look for her dress in the future! Despite calling just about an hour prior she fit me into the schedule. And I’m so so glad she did. We got there and she was super friendly. She went over budget and styles with my friend. And then went to work finding the perfect pieces for her to try! She is so so good at what she does! I mean the pieces she chose were just right. My friend and I loved them all! I visited the boutique with only 4 months until my wedding and I was ridiculously nervous. I am not a size 0 by any means, typically I wear a 10 in jeans so my wedding dress size is about 14-16. I had already tried on dresses in Beckley and my experience wasn’t the greatest. The Staff was welcoming and offered us seating and drinks when we walked in. She then sat with us and tried to get a feel of what I wanted in a dress and what my budget was.
