The store itself had some really nice clothes and the store was very clean:) the only issue was the girl up front. She was extremely rude, throwing our clothes into bags and barely speaking, i understand if you’re having a hard day but it’s not right to take it out on customers. The guy at the door however was very nice and helped the experience be slightly better.

Awesome store and a great staff! Was my first time shopping there last night and a couple young ladies helped me pick out a few outfits and help me get the best deal. And even helped me pick out a new cologne. Will definitely be coming back!

The place was inviting and the employees were very helpful and kind. I was there last Saturday just for a leisurely shop. The employees helped me tremendously and I bought things I didnt need to but, oh well? The only thing that messed my leisurely Saturday up was an irate customer that was spit screaming erratically over something the employees had no control over. The customer was ignorant and totally over dramatic in a sense that she may have been on something to alter her ability to be more of an adult instead of a preschooler that had too many red dye 40 koolaid's. I applaud the employees for having to be spat on by a whale of a mouth drama queen. Clap. Clap. Clap. I'm sorry you had to endure such a stressful situation. But you handled well. This should not even be a thing people do,but spare the rod they did.

For it to be a cheaper chain of clothes they still charge like 30 bucks for some Jean overalls and some dresses when u wash it the material unravels. They do have q great selection of in style clothes though.

There's a lot of nice things here but the quality of merchandise is equivalent to Deb. There's holes and loose strings in the clothes, broken jewelry, missing pieces, smashed makeup, etc. Its hard to shop her and find something that's decent but I always stop in and check what they have.

I had to go back to the store because the guy that originally rang me up overcharged me for a bunch of items. Turns out he only worked that one day and wasn't employed there anymore when I came back in. The girls working did an excellent job at cleaning up his confusing mess.

Great prices, especially the clearance section. Store was messy and disorganized. Staff never acknowledged me even though I walked in and out several times during my 3 day visit to Charleston, WV.

Love rue 21 in past years but if your a man you don't have very much to choose from and alot of what you do have looks like outlet store merchandise rue 21 has went downhill in my opinion and also my wife's if these are the new styles we want no part staff never once asked if we wanted or needed any help
