The sales were great... Had a little problem with my sons suit had to get re-tailor 2 twice... But they still got the suit done in time and it looked great on him... The only time we had was the wait to get someone to help us at first... But the store was busy just needed to be noticed or acknowledged that someone would be right with us. We had to ask for help but once we got someone it went well.

Love this big and tall man store! Well made, properly cut and sized pants, shirts, jackets, etc. Great quality, too. Helpful clerk. It's worth the price unlike the short-cut products you receive at other stores. I wont be going anywhere else.

Took forever to get assistance even though the store was empty. We picked up the rental at a different location & when we did, the measurements were completely off. It was actually comical because every piece was just so darn big.

This is a very clean and courteous store. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and are always more then willing to help you look your best. It isn’t the cheapest place to get dress clothes but the experience of having someone walk you through the correct fit that makes you look your best makes this worth it for me and my family.

Updating my tuxedo. Ordered with reasonable prices. Supposedly going to be rush shipped and sent for alterations for a tailored fit for an upcoming event. The assistant manager was helpful and hope this process is completed smoothly....time will tell

Extremely pleased with my recent shopping experience, ideal trip to a store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me figure out exactly what I wanted in a few different categories (pants, shirts, and shoes). I never felt pressured to spend more than I initially intended. I entered admittedly reasonably ignorant, but left informed with a handful of quality products I was happy to purchase.

What fantastic service! Went in to get a couple suits a few months ago and had such great service! So went back last week and Jon helped me pick out two more suits. When I got home I found out a friend of mine has the same suit so went back and Jon made the exchange so easy. Well after looking at the exchanged suit once I got home... I really didn't like the way I looked in it so back to the store I went. Jon didn't make me feel bad at all... he pulled several new suits and helped me find one that I really felt comfortable with! Jon is very patient and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend asking for him.

Good selection and service... The female sales associate is very friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure you find what you need. If they don't have it, she will have it ordered, and you can pick it up from the store with no shipping fees.

Five stars for Harold, our salesman and the service we received with fitting and alterations. Three stars since we bought 2 brand new suits and had a jacket button fall off on BOTH! After paying that much for a suit, we shouldn't have to find thread & needle to have a bridesmaid sew buttons on both suits right before the wedding. We'll go back, but we'll be more observant.

This store and I are tight like a tiger. We began a quasi-relationship when ol dad needed a new set of threads for a meeting, and I've been hitting them up ever since. I was a pretty big dude, but I've since lot a bit of weight. I'm still a really tall guy, so having a place to shop where I can get a nice shirt that doesn't show off my belly button like a teen from 16 and Pregnant really helps out.
