Went in to find a mother of groom dress. Was greeted by Melissa. She asked me what I was in for and I said mother of groom dress, I gave her color thoughts and color scheme of bridal party, my size, a few thoughts on style and that the wedding was in a couple of weeks. I was pretty open to anything and let her do her thing considering she’s the professional and deals in this everyday! She was extremely nice and helpful. Pulled about six dresses and brought me to a changing room. As I tried them on she kept checking in, zipping me up and out, discussing the fit, look, etc. I found the perfect dress. She then asked me if I needed to look at other items and she helped me pick out an earring and necklace set. I was so focused on a dress I hadn’t thought about the accessories! The experience was above and beyond my expectations. It was a refreshing interaction considering customer service in general is very low these days most places. I have a friend who is a seamstress so I didn’t need David’s Bridal to do any alterations. Thank you Melissa!!

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal. Our specialist, Carrie, was INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly, and supportive. She stayed with my fiancée and myself for the whole process, across multiple days, and she made us feel like we were friends as soon as we called and walked in for the first time. I can’t imagine having a smoother, or more pleasant experience at a bridal shop, and I urge all brides and their families to check it out for themselves.

My best experience at David’s so far! When I initially came to this location months ago, I found a beautiful gown but the customer service was seriously lacking. I had an appointment scheduled but my consultant was more focused on her grocery pick up order than feigning excitement for someone trying on wedding dresses for her first time. Because of the alterations staffing issues, my dress pick up/last fitting was also postponed a month later than the original date. Needless to say, I was anxious about coming in today to find a last minute dress swap for my mother. It was noticeable from the start that this visit would be different. Jada immediately found us and offered us help. She was kind, attentive, and professional as we searched for something my mom felt good in. While she was new, if Jada didn’t know an answer to my questions right off the bat, she promptly found someone who did and relayed it. I’m so grateful for her patience especially because I was feeling super stressed about the time we had left to find something. We also got some excellent help from Jammie (over from a David’s location in Ohio) and one more female consultant I didn’t catch the name of. Thanks to all of you ladies for much better customer service than I’ve ever gotten at this store!

While I didn’t get any of the “feels” during my first appointment, Taylor, sales manager at the South Burlington store, was a dream to work with! She kept the dresses coming while trying to nail down my vision, but alas, none of them were “the one.” We booked a second appointment a week later. Unfortunately, it would be with another consultant as Taylor wasn’t scheduled to work that day. We arrived to the store a few minutes before it opened and were thoroughly surprised (and relieved!) when none other than, you guessed it, Taylor unlocked the door! She adjusted her work schedule so she could work with us again! Taylor’s kindness, patience, expertise, and genuine love of her job continued throughout our appointment and I got the feels with the second dress of the day. Taylor - thank you SO very much for everything! You went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized!

We had a really great experience here. the first time I didn’t find quite what I wanted but then on a whim I went in a second time with no appointment, Carrie helped get me in even though they were busy with other bridal groups, she found Maddie to assist us who was amazing! Carrie and Maddie and Taylor made this experience fabulous, energetic and thoughtful. They quickly helped me find my perfect wedding dress (after a long day of trying dresses on at other places) overall all the super accommodating and enthusiastic service really helped me confident that I found the right dress at the right place. These ladies really work hard to find what is perfect for you and I highly recommend going to see them!

What a wonderful experience! I had initially made an appointment for afternoon, and was asked if I were able to move it as they were over booked. I had flexibility in my day so we bumped it up to 10:30am. When I arrived there was a small speed bump (technology blip) but it was handled with grace and professionalism and the search began! Before I even started looking Alison informed me that orders were quite backed up and assured me that they would check each dress I wanted to try on to see if it would arrive in time so I wouldn’t fall in love with an unavailable option. They directed me and my mom where to look and were present for any questions, but gave us space to take our time and look. I really had no idea what I was looking for and was anxious about the whole process but by the time I got to the fitting room I felt more at ease. Alison was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction once I told her what I thought I wanted in a dress. Throughout the trying on process she was attentive and easily read my body language and expressions to tell how I was feeling about each dress. Dress number two stole the show. She then brought a couple of options similar to that dress but it still remained the winner. She was encouraging, complimentary, kind, and made me feel like a queen in “my” dress. I was there longer than the 60 minute scheduled window and never once felt pressured to hurry up or make a decision or to leave. In fact they fit me into another room so I could put the dress back on and decide on jewelry and a veil. Alison provided insight on each part of the process without being overly involved. It felt like she truly wanted to help me rather than just “make a sale”. Becca worked with us at the register, she was bubbly, bright, and helpful. She explained the rewards program which saves you quite a bit of money and she told us about several different payment options. She was also patient and helpful as I navigated these options. Thank you David’s Bridal in South Burlington, VT for the fabulous experience.

I went to David’s Bridal to get a home coming dress and I couldn’t find anything in my liking, Shana came in and helped me so much. She put me in a much better mood and found me a beautiful homecoming dress. Shana is so sweet and nice. She has an amazing taste in dresses!

I visited David's Bridal for bridesmaid dress alterations. I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment and the measures David's Bridal has taken to ensure customer and employee safety amid COVID-19. The manager of alterations was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I found the cost of alterations to be reasonable - consistent with what I was expecting. This was my first time visiting this location for alterations but will not be the last. I will also add that I purchased the bridesmaid dress at David's Bridal in January 2020 for a June 2020 wedding that was rescheduled to June 2021. David's Bridal allowed me to exchange the dress for a different size within 10 months of purchase which I did do because of weight loss since first purchasing the dress. The exchange process was easy and David's Bridal communicated as soon as the new dress was in.

We were completely thrown off entering as the staff member (Kerry?) was incredibly rude upon seeing our group of 9 for a bridal appt. There is no space on the appt reservation form to indicate the number of people in the party yet this woman basically chastised the group and made it seem like a huge lift despite the fact that it was Tuesday mid-day and no one was in the store. She was pushy and gave us a very poor taste at the start of the reservation. Madeline saved the appt as she was very kind, offered her honest opinions, and was very attentive. The only reason I am providing any stars is because of Madeline.

Rough start. I booked online and they had to change my time due to over-scheduling. Still when I arrived for my rescheduled time they were heavily booked and it took a while to even be greeted. Overall my first time experience was terrible. Felt like an inconvenience and I ended up in a dress way over budget; Not knowing the alterations would bring me even further over my small budget. I felt rushed, unwelcome, ignored for the better part of it. It wasn’t the experience I had hoped for and truly took away from what should have been a fun experience. Being a bride is stressful in any sense but they did nothing to ease my nerves or make it pleasant. But then I called and spoke with the alterations manager Rachel (she is amazing!) and she helped me find the perfect dress closer to budget, including alterations. Rachel went above and beyond to find me a dress that I loved and felt beautiful in. She was so pleasant and kind to work with. My engagement is very short and sweet and so finding a dress on a time-limit is hard. Rachel dedicated her time, patience and more time to helping me find the right dress and the right size with the right alterations. She turned around what was a stressful experience into putting me in the right dress that fits my style, my needs and my hopes. I cannot thank her enough. (Can’t add photos until post wedding)**

My daughters and I went in to look for a Winter Ball dress. Sadly, their choices were limited. That being said, we also looked at many other places including second hand shops. Really nothing impressive out there. We were greeted at the door, but no one checked in to see how we were doing. I appreciate that they are attentive to bridal customers, but we are customers as well and should be at least checked on to see if they could help, even if it's just a question. Unfortunately, my daughter decided to go at the last minute so it didn't give me the time or option to order online. We saw quite a few that weren't too expensive and really cute. Hopefully, if she decides to go to prom, I'll have a few weeks to find something really nice for her.

Got my wedding dress there. Didn’t measure me at initial appointment, wanted to “eyeball” and then ordered the wrong size. Proceeded to order in a bigger size and took the gown in too much to match the original smaller size. My wedding is in a week and now I’m screwed because of their policy. EDIT: thank you to the Alterations Manager for contacting me immediately to make adjustments to my dress. Got it done in three hours on the fly. Wedding saved. No charge. SO SO appreciated her help.

My first experience was great, I found my dress and had a blast! The stylist I had was very attentive and really made me feel special, even with Covid restrictions. When I went to pick up my dress, I wanted to try it on. The stylist and another worker had stated a size down would be better for me, and I was nervous as I am plus sized so things tend to fit different the second time around. The receptionist told me they were far too busy and they couldn’t help - I was not even given the option to wait. I was told that a wedding dress try on would take too long and to take it home to try on. This is my wedding dress! I live two hours away and wanted to be sure it was perfect before I left. I finally got help after asking customer service to help me. I got into a room simply because of that call to customer service - nothing more. A day that I was already nervous about as someone larger than the average or smaller bride, having a size down, and only being able to try the dress on in store after customer service called to intervene? The dress - by the way - only took a max of 10 minutes to get on and off to verify that it did fit. While I understand that there are busy periods, I felt like I was just a transaction - not a customer who could come back for other dresses or services in the future. If I needed an appointment to try on the wedding gown I purchased, then I should have been informed of that, and they didn’t need to be so rude. Every thing fit, but the manager’s attitude makes me nervous to come back for my alterations as I am not sure if I will be rushed or simply treated as another transaction. Update 3/7/2022: Melissa, the manager, did reach out to personally apologize which I appreciate deeply. Many places do not care to reach out or even attempt to mend a relationship. We had a great conversation and while I have some apprehension, I am hopeful my 3rd visit, the alterations visit, will be as positive as my first visit into David’s Bridal.

ROSIE WAS AMAZING!!! My wedding planning experience has been a bit stressful lately with some complications and set backs popping up but Rosie made our David’s Bridal experience perfect! She actively listened to my bridesmaids, made them feel heard and understood, gave honest, genuine feedback when my indecisive self needed it, and to say it was a very pleasant experience is an understatement. I'm giving this a 3. I went here this morning and looked for a dress. I had a lower budget because I'm having a very small ceremony due to personal reasons and a larger one next year. I had a budget of $150 or less. I felt like pretty women honestly...due to the fact I went to davids bridal with my mum 3 years ago and she had a MUCH larger budget and was waited on hand and foot I did not get the attention she had gotten. Overall still happy with my dress I purchased. Just not very personable staff.

I was apprehensive to go to a big corporate store to shop for my dress, but every member of the team worked hard to make me as comfortable as possible. We started out at the Durham SouthPoint location looking for a maid of honor dress for my cousin’s wedding. Upon entry, we were greeted by what I now think is the manager, but yeah, she asked what we needed my cousins explained and we went forward. We looked at a few dresses and found one that I liked and it happened to be on the $19.00 final sale rack. Well as the maid of honor, my dress could be different so if I can get it for $20 why not, right? Plus, it’s only $20, if it doesn’t fit, I can probably sell it or donate it to a prom drive or something. Well, this is where it got a little sticky. We proceeded to ask one of the sales associates a few questions about sizing, options to check other stores, etc. and the manager (we think) responded without really giving the other young lady a chance to finish what she was saying. It was rude, abrupt and truly unnecessary and my cousin is not one for people being rude so she said a few words but we didn’t let that distract us. The young lady continued to assist and actually found the dress at another store and gave me the information to call and order. I called the store (a Vermont location) the sales associate who answered was great. She took the information, found the dress, explained that it was in good shape, and only needed a stitch by the zipper. She processed the ordered and explained that it would be shipped in a day or two. I would love to give the experience 5 stars because both of the sales associates that assisted us were amazing but being an HR professional, I tend to hold those in leadership roles to a higher standard. You just expect more out of them, especially when it comes to customer service. So 3 stars it is.

I called customer service to make an appointment to go over my beautiful wedding dress. They were able to get me in the following afternoon. When I arrived at the bridal salon they knew exactly who I was and who I spoke to the previous day. They got me right into a fitting room and put all my concerns at ease. I went in the first time with an idea of what I wanted but settled for another dress I knew looked nice but wasn't really the idea of what I thought my wedding dress would look like. Being plus size I thought, "this dress looks nice and flatters your curves. This may be as good as its going to get." I purchased that dress. I felt like my original consultant wasn't enthusiastic and excited to help me. Once my dress was in I then went a second time, and asked for a new consultant just to see if that would help. I was put with Aly and she was great! So sweet and really listened to what I was really looking for. She pulled "the dress" and it was gorgeous. She was wonderful to work with and listened to exactly what I wanted! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

I’ve been back a few times for alterations of my dress… sometimes you get someone who knows what they are doing and other times they have no idea. The second person that helped me, although she didn’t understand why I would want to try my dress on after she fixed it…. Had completely different solutions then the other. The thurs person I had was incredibly sweet but I felt bad for her because the manager was horrible. She was being rude to everyone trying stuff on, rushing people out… standing with her arms crossed glaring at everyone in their trying stuff on. Felt so awkward and horrible and I couldn’t wait to just get out of there. That manager should not at all be in that position. I feel bad for the employees and everyone there trying stuff on for what are supposed to be happy occasions.

Due to covid I feel like a part of the experience of trying on wedding dresses has been diminished. However; they are amazing! Very personable with amazing suggestions. They understood that it was rather overwhelming and I had an amazing support team with me it was great! The only suggestion I have is to potentially add a stand so if the dress is too long you can see how it will hang at your feet.

I highly recommend David’s Bridal. Last Spring, I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. Today, it was a Mother of the Groom dress. I really appreciate having an extensive selection of dresses so close to home!

I had originally scheduled a bridesmaid appointment while visiting family for the holidays. I ordered my bridal gown from a store in the Dallas area, and wanted to show my family while I was at the appointment. I was beside myself when the store manager at this location told me the alterations I had wanted to do were impossible (after having been told they were doable by an alterations employee here in Texas). This store went above and beyond. They put me in a similar dress to the one I had, and told me I could either keep the dress I had (although David's bridal would be unable to do some of the alterations), reorder the dress I bought but in a different color, or choose the replacement gown. They offered me a prepaid shipping label if I chose to exchange the one I had bought. This was not even their mistake, and they went to incredible lengths to fix it. I am so in awe that they did this for me when I live in a completely different time zone! The staff was absolutely wonderful, and I'm seriously considering flying up from Texas to have my alterations done at this location. Thank you! Addition: special thank you to Rachel and Allison for not only getting this dress into my hands before February (exchanged in January), but also for including a Swatch of fabric for me to color match a lining AND giving me details on the fabric needed! I have called their corporate office to complement them for this service about three times already, and words can't express the level of my gratitude!!!!!

Immediately I was greeted by the store manager who ran threw a few things with me then I was brought into the alterations room. I then met Hayley Ryan who is the alterations manager. She was absolutely amazing. She by far made the whole experience easy and fun! We talked for a long time about everything under the sun. She made me feel so comfortable and she cared about be as a person and not just a customer. I didn’t feel rushed at any point in my appointment, and she was very thorough with the whole process. She made sure that I said what I didn’t like and what I did, so I know my dress will be exactly what I want! I walked away from there with a huge smile on my face! I just can’t say it enough how amazing she was and the rest of the staff there as well. I highly recommend for first time brides who don’t have any clue about the steps to getting a wedding dress!

Davids Bridal has beautiful dresses for brides and bridesmaids, but the atmosphere is very chaotic. There was a lot of people when I was trying on dresses, we got only one changing room for all my bridesmaids and I felt a bit rushed. All the staff is very nice and helpful, I think there just isn’t enough one on one to really take your time and there isn’t enough room to schedule multiple brides at the same time. All my bridesmaids did get their dresses there though and they are gorgeous and reasonably priced.

I own a vintage clothing store so I didn't think there was any way we were going to get a new wedding dress. My fiance and I only went in on a whim but we're pleasantly surprised by the selection of clearance dresses and the knowledge and taste of sales associate Rachel. I was also really pleased by their COVID cleaning protocols. We were there for a while and saw 3 different groups of people try on dresses in a fitting room near us and the staff cleaned all the walls in the fitting room and the chairs for the bride's to be guests. We were there on November so there was probably a better selection of clearance items then in the spring. I would definitely recommend checking it out though!

Champlain Valley Skating Club

Was shocked to find out that prom appointments were only 30 minutes this year. We went last year and were able to try on dresses for at least an hour. Definitely felt rushed by our consultant and didn't enjoy the experience. 30 minutes isn't enough time to try on dresses and make a decision. That said, they have really nice prom dresses at affordable prices. I feel that if they aren't going to cater to prom customers (hello - these girls grow and and get married some day), they shouldn't carry prom dresses.

The staff was extremely friendly, but there were so many people in the fitting areas that it was overwhelming. I was only there to try to have my daughter try on dresses so I felt bad for the groups of people trying wedding dresses. We went for first communion dresses (and mother of the groom as well as my mother was there for another occasion) and we assumed since this event is typically in May, that they would have some there. There was only one unfortunately. Lovely staff and nice selection of wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses. I believe our consultant was Ashley and she was wonderful.

Alister was the definition of customer service! She has only worked there three weeks, but just had that natural knack for making me feel like the only person on the earth that mattered. She listened patiently to my nightmare story of the dress I ordered online for my younger son's wedding in April of 2019. I hated everything about that dress. She asked if I had a color in mind. I showed her a picture of my son's tie he will be wearing....she walked to a long row of dresses on the wall and WHAM! She pulled out this STUNNING dress and said, "How about this one?" I was in love!!! It was perfect! I can't say enough about how amazing she was from the minute I walked in the door, a big bundle of stress, until the minute I walked out carrying the dress, beaming from ear to ear, and wishing it was already September 2021. I had very low expectations and they honestly blew me out of the water. The consultant I worked with was fantastic, the dresses were of surprisingly good quality, and the atmosphere is very good for such a large chain. Ultimately the dresses were too rhinestones and sequins for my taste, though they did have a couple simple and elegant options. Don't count them out, they are the best priced place around and the only location that let's you exchange for a different size if the one you order doesn't fit.

I had a great appointment at DB today! My consultant was very helpful and attentive. I went on a Monday and it was not busy even for a holiday weekend. My stylist offered me a strapless bra if I didn't bring one. She pulled about 6 dresses for me and helped me try on veils and jackets. She allowed me to try on dresses alone but also stayed right outside and helped me get in and out when I needed it. She helped me to figure out the styles I really did and didn't like. She also asked me budget up front so she knew not to pull any dresses I couldn't afford. Overall I really enjoyed me experience and would go here again and totally recommend it.

I had an AMAZING experience at David's Bridal in Burlington. My mom and I ended up making the 1.5 hour drive (each way) to look at wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding. I hoped to find something, but wasn't sure as it was my first time trying on any dresses. I am so thankful for her expertise and suggestions and she truly made my day wonderful, I cannot wait to wear the dress when I marry my best friend in October. I also wanted to say thank you to Rhonda, the seamstress who was working yesterday. There were a few spots on the dress that needed to be fixed and she took the dress right in the back and made the needed repairs within minutes. I had an appointment at 1:30 and brought 4 family members with me to help decide on a dresses for my wedding. Hannah was very helpful and extremely nice. However there were 5-6 other bridal parties trying on dresses at the same time. My family didn’t have any place to sit and looking in a mirror was near impossible as I was barley able to open the door to my dressing room to come out and show my family dresses as I was trying them on. Very crowded and made for quite the unpleasant time when it should have been one of the most memorable days.

Am the bride looking for my dress. Went end of August on a Sunday evening and hardly anyone was in the store . Ashley was our consultant and she was amazing. We've been to over 10 stores previously and every sales person was pushy and uninviting, but Ashley was super friendly and patient and wasn't trying to pressure me into buying something. We were allowed to browse and we picked a few I liked and tried them on. I tried about 10 dresses and found the one I will wear to my wedding. We are allowed to take pictures, which a lot of stores do not permit. Lighting is bad for pictures though. They're fully equipped with any tool you need to see the complete look from bras and spanx to jewelry and shoes. Best experience I've had dress shopping and so glad it's over with.

I had received a dress from David's Bridal that was too big - the dress had been marked the wrong size so they considered it a "manufacturer's defect" and told me they would do the alterations for free because I didn't have time to order a new one. I thought this was great of them to do! When I went in for my fitting the woman who was pinning the alterations tried to convince me not to get the dress hemmed above my knee. I am 5'1" and was very uncomfortable with the way that the dress looked but I decided to go with her notion that the dress did not need to be hemmed up, although she told me that she could go above the knee "no problem" if I wanted. Another customer arrived, and was waiting - as my appointment was running a bit late because she needed to pin and take in the dress so much. As she came into the dressing room after the paperwork was filled out, I expressed to her that I had changed my mind and that I wanted the dress hemmed. She let out a GIGANTIC sigh, threw her arms up and was so rude about it. She dropped down to her knees and started muttering under her breath that I was being difficult and started to frantically pin the bottom of the dress. Finally, she stood up and said "now that I think about it I have to charge you $60 for that hem" and walked out. I was so appalled at her behavior that I called her back in and told her that I would not be needing her services anymore and to help me out of the dress. The staff at the store is young, inexperienced, barely attentive to bride's needs, and stale. I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes and 6 dresses from the company in the past 5 years and expected to be treated with a bit of kindness. I will not be recommending anymore friends go to the store.

Getting Married? David’s Bridal is the place to go. I went to the local David’s Bridal and met with Allison. As a consultant, she was wonderful. As a plus size bride, changing f I’m one gown to another can be extremely difficult and challenging trying to find something that fits my body. Allison listened to what I wanted in a dress and the style I was looking for. She came right back with 3 dresses and a specific on for me to try on first. The lace detail, the vintage coloring and the fit were perfect for what I was looking for. The first dress was a very strong contender. After trying on 3 more dresses, and then retrying on the first, it was clear that it was my dress. Beautiful and elegant, and in my price range. She was a sweetheart and handle me, even as a stressed out bridezilla. She was kind, helpful and the ONLY reason this review has 5 stars. My niece made an appointment to consult with a stylist at David's Bridal in Williston, Vt. She went in with a certain dress in mine for her October 10th, 2020 wedding. The stylist, Tricia found that dress along with a couple others she thought my niece might like. She tried on the one she thought she wanted. It was just okay, Tricia said Let's try this one. My niece put it on and it was an almost instant "Yes to the dress". Tricia then helped with accessories and gave us ideas for the groomsmen. After that Tricia helped with selecting bridesmaids gowns and shoes for the 6 maids. There will be 5 flower girls, she showed us the selection of adorable dresses. She then recommended gorgeous dresses for the Mother of the Bride to choose from. Many Thanks to Tricia and David's Bridal for making my niece's day very special. I have had two appointments with David's Bridal. The first was about a 8 months ago and then again last night. While my first appointment went well, I did find my dream dress elsewhere... but now, two months before my wedding it does not fit properly (my fiance and I had a wonderful vacation this summer and now are expecting a little one ♡ ). I went into David's bridal and explained the situation. My plan was simple. Find an inexpensive comfortable dress to wear after the ceremony, or... find a new dream dress. I worked with Kristina who was AMAZING at staying within my budget and remained professional when I got indecisive about styles. She was not pushy at all and nicely explained that I did not appear happy when trying on the less stylish dresses. Kristina had me double confirm and insisted I take a few minutes to think about if I did want to bump my budget up and begin searching for a dream dress to replace my current one. You could tell my happiness was Kristina's priority, not how much money the store could makw off me. After a few minutes I decided that was the best decision and Kristina was great about finding dresses that had qualities I describes. We ended up finding a beautiful ball sparkling ball gown that will accommodate my growing belly and still make me feel like a glamorous disney princess! (Kristina even had a faux pregnancy bump pillow for me to use). I loved her process of having me ring the bell and first having me stand with my eyes closed to visualize my wedding day. After reading some other reviews online, I would like to add Kristina would not give me a price on alterations, and had the seamstress come out and give me a quote. I appreciated that Kristina did not try to guess and I have a good idea of cost. I had a very positive experience and felt Kristina provided empathetic and professional customer service. I felt glamorous and excited for my wedding again. My dress was purchased off the rack, and will be altered there. Thank you Kristina and the rest of the Davids Bridal staff for helping me find my dream dress again and getting me excited for my wedding!

Our first day out looking and we weren't really expecting to come home with a dress but we did. The wedding consultant, Demetra, was so helpful and worked with my small petite daughter very well. Showing her a lot of different styles to try. My daughter thought she had her mind set on a high low dress but after trying on other styles fell in love with a more traditional and beautiful style. The store was very pretty and roomy and we were greeted as soon as we came in with smiles and friendly suggestions. Since I was a little girl, I have always wanted the dream wedding and as I binge watch “Say yes to the dress” my dream kept on growing. At the beginning of my appt I felt she was rude and grabbing dresses out of my price range that she did warn me about. I would echo those who said that it is best to go on a weekday. I actually had the first appointment on a Thursday and was the only one there for almost an hour. I tried on maybe 10 different dresses. This was my first look at dresses so I wasn't expecting to buy really. None fit super well but the attendant Christine was knowledgeable and helpful and very available. She wasn't pushy but did let me know about their sales/offers. And there was plenty of space outside the dressing room and also for two in the room depending on the size of dress you're trying on. Some of the giant poofy ones are tough if you've got more than one in there. Definitely ask about sales and try on those dresses as they can be very affordable.

Rhonda in alterations is a LIFE SAVER! I had experienced a bit of an issue with the sales team ordering me the wrong size dress, and by the time the dress arrived the style was sold out company wide. I was offered an exchange and found the PERFECT DRESS! But this one was about 6 inches too big and Rhonda pinned and sewed until it was perfect. It fits beautifully and is so flattering. It was okay we were early due to a snow storm and at first they didn't have anyone available to work with us which was understandable. Then they had a very nice associate clock in and help. Everyone was very pleasant until it came time to buy. My sister was buying the junior bridesmaid dress for her daughter. She's a size 8, the dress was a size 8 and a little big...the wedding is not until next year so we said we wanted the right as it would fit her perfectly then. The sales rep then said well we need to measure her now even though we already knew the size. Neither of my other sisters were measured for their dresses they tried on their size and went up or down depending on fit. Then they said we wouldn't be able to get the dress until June. My sister said how come the same dress in the colour we want online cam be delivered to me in 2 weeks, they claimed the dress was on backorder. My sister was getting upset at this point and she's like ok this is ridiculous can you guys just ship it to me as we live 1.5 hours away and they said it would be an extra $15 charge, but online there is no charge. Needless to say my sister Gave a bit of attitude and said then I'll order online and it'll be cheaper for me, the other sales rep came back with the retort of you can only reopen it if it doesn't fit online and not all of them have a return policy. Online does have a return policy for all dresses that are not on clearance just like the store. So will we be getting the dress yes, online, only bc my niece needs it in oasis bc the maid of honor and bridesmaid have the oasis versa dress. Will not be shopping here for my wedding dress.

Had 2 appts Sat & Sunday with Krystina who was attentive. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted but didn't end up loving them on. She listened & reacted with some options to mirror my requests & provided a couple other styles that I ended up liking too. Another great thing was when I made the appt, wedding was a few months out, but that timing changed to maybe a few weeks out now unexpectedly and Krystina was diligent in making sure to pull dresses that would fit that time line or express any time constraints related to alterations. I was changing requests and she kept up while taking into consideration the style of wedding I was going for. Only con is wish first appt was little longer since we were getting more in groove at the end but in long run think it was better for myself and consultant to start fresh the next day since I ended up with a couple great options and ultimately the wedding dress. Overall the team made the process a lot less stressful and I hope Kyrstina's kind comments make it to print in some format because they would be great to have on the actual wedding day!

I took my daughter to her scheduled appointment yesterday. This was her first dress fitting and she was a very excited bride to be. We arrived only 10 minutes early and the man would not let us forget we were early, yet he had paperwork for her to fill out. He even put her dresses she'd looked up in the computer (still letting us know we were now 8 minutes early). Once done and reminded AGAIN we were early (by only minutes), he told her she was allowed to look at dresses, but not take them down. We stood and awaited our consultant. She was very quiet hardly talked to my daughter. When she took her to her assigned dressing room, she asked for my daughter's sizes. She came back with two under garments that one was too small and one huge (either sides of her sizes). She then dumped my daughter and left with her new bride, and was gone for over half an hour. My daughter was half dressed awaiting help since she didn't get the right size. This women was NO WHERE to be found. I began asking questions, "is it common to double book, aw where is the women who WAS helping my daughter?" It appeared the woman I was talking with must have been the manager and she got right on it and got another consultant. This young lady was amazing. She talked with my daughter learned what she liked, was very helpful. The other women is in the WRONG business. She left me standing there, I had to ask for a chair, she did not talk with my daughter, and she completely abandoned us. I did explain to the women I believe was a manager, that this is a special day that my daughter had been looking forward to it, and being dumped in a changing room with the wrong sized underdressing, and abandoning her is not ok. We were ready to leave and make an appointment somewhere else. In the end the appointment was saved by this other amazing women who did a great job with her. She learned what styles my daughter liked, and picked out the perfect dress, with a veil. In the end my daughter had a good experience. That is why I am not giving less stars. I do want to add, sadly the young lady that was double booked with us, was in a dressing room across from us. She was crying in her room. She too did not have any interactions with this consultant, and her mother wasn't even able to be down where she was. I did tell her mother when we left there was a chair down near her daughter's dressing room. The woman who first worked with us, really needs to NOT be in this business. It was a huge day for my daughter and it came close to being ruined. In addition, we were told they were hit with several walk-ins that day. Why? We set up an appointment. It isn't fair to those who set up appointments to then be crowded by walk-ins. The manager did come up to us after and ask if things went better. I told her yes, but also told her they almost lost the appointment. The first consultant needs to leave, you need to know how to talk to the brides, and interact. She had my daughter upset, and another bride crying. The dressing area is very small and crowded. There is no room to sit, so people are standing around a crowded area already. Lastly, this is an important day for a Bride, double booking was a total disappointment. We heard over and over how early we were (10 minutes) and then to find out they double book appointments was a huge disappointment. The consultants do not have time to give to their brides. We were lucky the appointment was saved by a friendly nice consultant, because we were about to leave.
