I went into Serendipity yesterday morning to purchase a dress for a wedding this coming weekend. When I walked in one of the employees asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I explained what I need and immediately all the employees starting looking through their inventory to find me the perfect dress. Within minutes I had several dresses to choose from as well as jewelry to match. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn’t feel as if they were just trying to sell me something just to make money. I went in the boutique with a T-shirt and shorts on, messy hair and very little makeup. They still made me feel comfortable. I left with the perfect dress and a little something extra. I will definitely be shopping with them again!!

I Was in Birmingham for business and I went to the Trussville location in between customer appointments and had one of the best shopping experiences ever. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite!!! They have the cutest apparel, unique jewelry, and a variety of hand bags and shoes. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the store. I was a little dissapointed that most items were not on sale for the Holiday Shopping Season. Also during check out I was not offered gift wrapping as others who didnt look like me were. And before leaving the store I took a 2nd look at my receipt and saw I was not given the correct % off for the items I'd purchased. I went back to the counter and the correction was made and at this time gift wrapping was offerred.
