I was getting some dressy shirts and they had some great deals on purchasing multiple shirts at a time. I like Old Navy, quite a bit and the people that work at this location are very friendly and helpful for people like me, who have no sense, they helped pick out some good matching stuff. So if you're like me, this is your spot.

I love my jeans I purchased online from old navy, I don't like that you can't pay on your credit card at this store. They have some great clearance racks.

Store is clean and they have good customer service. I don't understand why they have a kiosk up front for returns/exchanges though. Stood there for several minutes before I gave up and went to the registers.

Easy shopping. Prices and sales are kind of confusing. They had two pairs of kids panys hanging on same rack with a 50% off sign. When i was checking out they didnt ring up like that. Another worker told the cashier she could give me 40% off. I declined the pants altogether and went back and showed the worker the sign She still didnt make it right.

Nice clean store with a huge layout. The cashier was nice and friendly(Alasia, was her name I think.) The Missoula store seemed to have more a variety on sale than this one in Billings but over all a fantastic store

Store is okay. Old Navy is just not what it used to be. They used to have a little bit for everyone, now they just seem to be interested in skinny jeans and other obnoxious clothes for adults who live in their parents basement and refuse to grow up.

Good and inexpensive place to find clothes. In the far back is usually the better deals where you can find all their clearance items. Typically that's the section to start at. And if there isnt anything you can get in that area, then just start moving toward the front of the store.

They had a great sale today but didn't have my size of jeans but they ordered them and free shipping to the house. Without sale though, their prices are a little steep
