I loved my experience at David's Bridal, Amanda was who helped me through picking out dresses and she was great at asking me questions and really narrowed down my style quickly. Everyone was kind and pleasant. I found my dress (Amanda went and got it I didn't find it first looking through racks) and absolutely love it. I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. Everything was easy and smooth. They have a fitting service available right off the get go so I don't have to go somewhere else to get that done. All and all I had a great experience and Amanda was mindful of my budget which I appreciate! I definitely recommend going here if you are looking for your wedding dress there are many options to choose from which was really nice.

Really enjoyed the times i have came in. My bridal appointment finally came and one of the gals there, Lexy, had remembered me right from the start! She was super helpful, had lots of ideas and actually picked out the beautiful dress i settled on, i hadnt even thought of a dress like that, she whipped it out and I tried it in, immediately fell in love with it. I came here to get my wedding dress and it was the absolute best experience! My stylist was Amanda and she was the absolute best!! I was super nervous and she instantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel so confident and beautiful! i had only showed her a couple of my ideas and she instantly found dresses i loved and were my style. This David’s bridal hands down is the best location you could ever go to get your wedding dress. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding day will be the most memorable one. I was told several times throughout the night that I looked like I was gliding across the floor with the under-bustle their alterations department performed. I had some setbacks at a different bridal store; Aurest and her staff made sure to make up for that and then some. I was here today for my wedding dress alteration. Lourdes was so wonderful to me. She was very lovely to talk to, honest, patient, and helpful. I didn't have the right bra for my dress but we went through 4 corsets to find the perfect fit. I brought along a belt with me that ended up not matching my dress but she found me something that matched so well, you would think it was made for my dress. She was fabulous. Update a year later, went in for my girls friends wedding and worked with Heather and she did amazing and helped us find the dres that was a yes and it was no easy feat! She was knowledgeable and helped get 8 bridesmaids dresses sorted with kids involved as well! Definitely a great experience! ———— We bought our Mother of the Bride's dress, as well as; 3 bridesmaid dresses, 1 Junior bridesmaids dress and a flowergirl dress. Staff insured that the styles we were looking at would arrive in time, and they were incredibly help. We also did alterations on all but two of the dresses including a pocket for my daughter's insulin pump. This included an opening, that was correctly seamed to prevent fraying, so that we could access her tubing through her dress. They did a great job with creating the idea i was trying to communicate.

With only a little over a month to go until my daughter’s wedding, I visited the David’s Bridal Store in Billings, MT, on Sunday June 12, 2022. I noticed on the display sheet, a short dress that I really liked. Unfortunately, in that style, color, & my size, I wouldn’t get it until October. The sales person who helped me, was named Heather! Very impressive, as my daughter that is getting married, has the same name! My husband & I both feel that Heather set an extremely good example, of what customer service should be like. She took my measurements, & then had two dresses in other colors, for me to try. We all agreed on the size, & Heather suggested that I could still get the same size & color of dress, delivered in time, but it would be of a longer version. We were happy to hear it was still an option, for me to get the exact style I picked out. My daughter purchased her wedding dress from David’s Bridal in October, 2021! We have had great shopping experiences, on both occasions at David’s Bridal, in Billings, MT!

My stylist was Amanda and she helped me find the perfect dress. I came in not entirely sure what I was wanting but she really understood me and my desires for a dress which was really helpful, like an expert. I was really happy and even found my dress in the first appointment. UPDATE: My original appointment was still satisfactory as stated above. My experiences from then on were subpar and made the entire experience very stressful. After my original appointment my dress was ordered and came in a couple months later due to shipping issues. When I received the dress it was a size 0 rather than a size 2 that was needed, so tight I was unable to even zip it halfway. The company then told me that they couldn't get me another size 2 and that I would need to make a size 0 work through alterations, which would have ruined the look of the back of the dress trying to bridge the sides together. Once I stated that I would not be paying for alterations to fix something that was their mistake they were miraculously able to find a size 2 that could be shipped here. When the dress came in it did fit but I had optional alterations I wanted done (hem, front applique, bustle) which were fairly expensive. $70 just to get the applique I wanted applied to cover cleavage, and I could not order singles I had to order a pair even though I only used a small portion of one. The seamstresses did a poor job on the alterations leaving me to have to fix their mistakes after the fact. The hem was too short so I had to change my shoes, and the applique in the front had a raw edge of fabric very obviously showing along the neckline behind it and the applique had no extra beading done to it to match the rest of the bodice. The dress prices at David's are more affordable than a boutique but everything else I laid eyes on was outrageously expensive for a chain store. I also was told I would need a slip for the day of to make walking in my dress more comfortable, which was $45, and it ended up being a pointless accessory and I didn't even wear it but it was another way for the company to make more money off a customer.

I found my wedding dress in September but had lost a dress size by the time I went back in for my 1st fitting. They did everything they could to help make the first dress work but I ended up scheduling another fitting because the dress wasn't fitting quite right. At the next apt, Danielle and Erin were amazing. Today was an incredible experience. After my first appointment with another shop left much to be desired I was nervous coming into this one. Kristin and her girls were amazing from the start. They greeted us cheerfully as we walked in and left us to browse. Soon after the hero of the day came to introduce herself! Madison was outstanding. She worked with me and in the end I found something even better than I ever imagined. It was such a great experience and not only did Lindsay help me but the floor managers walked around and helped as well, pulling dresses and suggesting different things. I had an appointment for January 9. Upon walk in, the staff was extremely pleasant. The lady I checked in with, was fantastic. She explained everything, gave me a cute bridal bag and let me check out dresses. I didn’t have any issues until I met with my “stylist”. I showed her a couple dresses I wanted to try, and I went to the room. She gave me my undergarments and instructed I get them on. Then when it was time to put the dress on, she basically had me stand with the door open and put it on. This happened each time. The door was left open, and she was less than helpful. I’m not extremely shy, so I wasn’t too concerned but if it was someone else, I’m sure they would want more privacy and maybe more help. Not everyone is proficient in trying on wedding gowns. I would explain what I did or didn’t like about the dress and she would simply move on. She never tried to help me find a dress I loved. She had me try on the others I liked. I found one that had half the things I wanted but I wasn’t in love with it. I mentioned I didn’t like the undergarments and she didn’t offer to let me try with anything else to see if I liked the dress better another way. Finally a second employee helped me by grabbing a different undergarment. I said this made me like the dress more but I wasn’t in love with the bottom. The stylist acted like I was just a nuisance the entire time. I asked about a similar one and was basically told, this is it. And then became very pushy to get my to purchase. She kept coming back just to push us to purchase repeatedly. After leaving, I was really upset. I felt like I wasn’t a priority at all, and helping me find the perfect dress wasn’t important for her. She was more interested in making a sale. Wedding dress shopping should be a special time, where a bride should feel like she’s priority and the center of focus. I did not feel either.

My girls and I had an appointment for bridesmaid dresses David’s Bridal in Billings a few days ago. We had an amazing time and found dresses that were perfect for each one of them. We are so pleased with the results of our appointment! Shortly after the appointment was over, my bridesmaids wanted me to try on some wedding dresses since i have yet to even do so. So we asked our consultant, Paige Christoferson (i believe) and she kindly excepted. She was so pleasant and said, “let me go check with my manager just to double check, but i have no other appointments today and would love to help you out.” This was to sweet to me and my girls as some of them won’t be able to make it to my official dress appointments later this summer! We really appreciated Paige and all that she did for us. She was so accommodating! We would recommend going her and definitely ask for Paige! Thanks for everything, David’s Bridal!

We have had the best experience with Shannon! Yesterday, we went in as a walk -in to find a prom dress for my youngest daughter. We found the perfect dress, and Shannon was amazing. Today, we had two appointments. The first appointment was for my oldest daughter's wedding dress and the second was for her 7 bridesmaids, to find their dresses. Shannon helped us with both appointments. My daughter went in with a list of a few dresses she loved that she saw online, and Shannon also pulled a dress that she thought my daughter would love. After my daughter tried them all on, she (and the rest of us) completely fell in LOVE with the dress Shannon chose. It was perfect! She also found a matching veil, a beautiful belt, and undergarments - and with all of that, plus purchasing the preservation kit (great deal!) we were still under our budget by $200. The bridesmaids appointment went smoothly as well - Shannon helped each of the girls to pick out a dress that was what they wanted, but also flattered each of their bodies. We were done half an hour before the appointment was scheduled to end, and we were all ecstatic! Thank you SO MUCH for all of your help for all of our prom, wedding dress and bridesmaids dress needs. Definitely recommend!!!

My overall experience with David's bridal has been good. Finding my dress was really fun with Rachel, and all of my alterations have been exceptional. I have really enjoyed working with Jenna. I have had to reschedule a few appointments due to living out of town, and the customer service on the phone has been awesome! The only part I wasn't satisfied with was my Bridesmaid appointment. We were stuck in a back room with absolutely no assistance. We thought it was really odd, and disappointing. At the end, the associate "helping" us asked me to please give her a good review so she could win a contest. That was the most engaging she had been the entire time. Obviously she did not get our good review. I can't fault the whole place for one not so great experience though. I still would absolutely recommend! :)

We found a hem length that worked while still keeping the essence of the dress in tact. The ladies at David’s Bridal were great start to finish and made sure every detail was taken care of. My appointment was with Maria, and she was fantastic! I had previously tried dresses at a different store in my hometown and had a horrible experience. Maria reassured me she would find me a dress, and she was right. She was easy to work with and made it enjoyable despite the COVID restrictions. My dress has arrived and I love it. The only problem I had ( and the reason for only 4 stars) is the security tag was not removed from the dress so I’ve had to mail it back to the store for removal. It was a pain to find a box to package it, tape it up and drive into town (several miles) to get it sent off. Fortunately I have enough time to get it back for the alterations. I would definitely recommend Maria for appointments to try on dresses.

Visited Saturday, May 8th for alterations. The seamstress was FANTASTIC. She took time to answer all my questions and make custom adjustments to my wedding gown that will make it the perfect fit. It was clear she has years of experience and she demonstrated sincere care for her clients. I was also impressed by the customer service staff. As I was checking out, there was a very rude and unreasonable customer making a scene about a returns process/policy that was not the fault of David’s Bridal or the customer service reps. The customer was yelling and arguing at the customer service reps for 20 minutes even though the reps were giving the woman multiple reasonable options to choose from to meet her demands and improve her experience. I was impressed by how calm, collected and kind the customer service reps stayed throughout the whole interaction despite how absolutely absurd the customer’s behavior was. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from this store and would highly recommended their kindness, care and service to all brides.

David’s Bridal has always provided top notch service but recently, they saved the day! Not only did they make finding a flower girl dress such an easy process compared to local competitors, they were able to get me a dress white the wedding being 3 days away. My sisters wedding was postponed due to Covid, and the dress I had bought was now too small since I recently had a baby. They found me the dress, in the correct size, got it the next day and called me immediately! I am so grateful for Maddy, Aurest and the girls who helped make this possible!

She met ALL my needs. I was able to get my dress, shoes, and jewelry that visit! WhT impressed me even more was the alterations gal. Carol whom I feel went above and beyond! I needed my dress hemmed and the shoulder area of my dress altered. Being from out of state, I was not going to be able to have her alter my dress and pick it up the following week as I was going to be out of state again. Carol was a lifesaver by going out of the way of her busy schedule to alter my dress if my husband and I were going to wait several hours for her to do that. I was a nervous wreck coming into my bridal appointment today, all until I walked up to the desk which was occupied by Danielle, she was so incredibly sweet to me when I sat down, and made me feel at ease almost instantly. While I was looking around the brides dresses they had, Lexy came up to me and she too immediately made me feel comfortable. So, we went to David's and not only found the exact color and size of dresses that we needed, but found shoes and got any alterations done all within the week! I recieved my dress and noticed an issue with the strap and they went above and beyond and helped fix the strap the same day we leave to go to the wedding! I went to a different David’s in Utah and it was an absolute let down compared to here. Once I narrowed the decision down to two options, I needed a break to think about things. I had an amazing experience here! I had tried on wedding dresses other places where the staff was quite pushy and made me feel pressured to purchase a dress I wasn’t in love with. I was hesitant to keep looking in stores and was leaning towards just ordering online. The staff at David’s bridal was patient, thoughtful, and so very kind! Lia in particular did an amazing job, she not only was a wealth of information on all sorts of wedding details but also listened to my every opinion on dresses and respected my price range! I would absolutely recommend! Such a relief to have found the dress and to feel so great about it!!!!!

Lourdes did an amazing job on our dresses. She shortened and made my wedding dress fit wonderfully. Then she put sleeves in my mother's dress and made it look like the sleeves came with the dress. She is amazing!

My experience tonight was awesome! My stylist was Jessica, and she definitely knew what she was doing. I gave her only two ideas of what I wanted: sleeves and drama. There was only one dress I really wanted to try on, so she got to choose all of the others! Jessica and Kristin pulled an absolutely beautiful dress that I fell in love with. She chose a few headpieces to try and we found the perfect one. What a wonderful experience! Will definitely be looking at the accessories, shoes and other dresses for the wedding.
