Yesterday was my first time visiting this store. I took my 2 teenager daughters to look for prom dresses. I was looking for a place on google maps and found several small boutiques nearby but I decided l would rather drive an hour to this place because it was much larger. We absolutely fell in love. They have a huge selection of dresses for all occasions. I believe they offer the perfect balance of self service and customer service because they give you free range of the store and are there if you need them. I don't like stores where someone is constantly hovering over you. We actually left a store because the lady wouldn't leave us alone to look and didn't want us to touch the dresses. I prefer to do my own thing and get assistance as needed and that's what this place offers. We had so much fun roaming around and my girls tried on soooo many dresses. We will definitely being going back. Especially since one of my daughters is torn between 2 dresses and still hasn't decided which one. They have pretty good prices too. Most of the dresses my girls tried on were $200 or $300. Saw some that were only $100 and saw some that were $400 - $700. My girls loved the runways too.The staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect dress shopping experience. I would also like to note that we went on a Monday morning and practically had the place to ourselves. I've been told it gets much busier on the weekends.

It was great experience, it’s very organized and beautiful inside. Specially the staffed here were really nice and very helpful. The dress were pretty too, I can’t even choose one. But gladly I found the one I love! Thank you so much❤️

I've been going to this store since 2018 and I never fail to leave without a gown I absolutely love. Their store is filled to the brim with dresses of all sizes, styles, and colors. I just recently had a pageant and their staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect dress even though it was super last minute.Their employees guided me through trying each dress on and also helped me on my search throughout the store for different ones to try on. In 2018, I had an 8th grade prom and found my dress the day before the event. The employees then were just as helpful as they are now and I'm always eager to make the trip there when I know I have something formal coming up.

Gowns and selections were pretty and plenty however, we were there probably 1.5 hrs before anyone asked if someone was helping us. He did immediately have someone come over to get us a dressing room. My daughter's dress is amazing and she is very happy.

Took my niece here to find her prom dress...Stephanie was so sweet and helpful! We told her what we were looking for and in just a few minutes she had 5 dresses for Elly to try on! They have an ENTIRE ROOM with TONS OF DRESSES just for us curvy girls!! Thanks to Stephanie's help, it only took Elly about 20 minutes to find the perfect dress! It was gorgeous, fit perfectly, and even for plus-sized, fit reasonably into our budget!! I will definitely be back with my other nieces for their proms!!

Great staff. Very patient. Lots of dresses to choose from, could be overwhelming. Wide range of prices good chance you will find something in your style and budget. There's a few runways and lots of mirrors. Julia helped my daughter. She was informative full of energy and was instrumental in getting me out of there within 90 minutes. Kudos!!

This place is SO perfect! As a mom of a plus sized teen we literally dread searching for formals because the selection in most stores is either designed for mature women or flat out ugly. Our search usually ends in depression and settling for whatever fits. This store is EVERYTHING! There were so many GORGEOUS gowns to choose from in our size (16-18) and the ambiance is one of a kind. From the multiple runways in the store, countless dressing rooms, and heels to try on with your dresses I recommend visiting when you don’t have anything else to do. It’s so easy to get lost here (in a good way). I personally liked being able to look through the dresses on our own without being subjected to pressure sells or having to try on dresses we were indifferent about. I wasted a full day of searching because I didn’t want to make the 45 minute drive but I will say, this store is worth the drive and the gorgeous gowns they have on hand, in YOUR size will be worth the price! There’s not enough stars for this AMAZING place ❤️

My fiancé and I came here today to browse wedding dresses. It is more self serve, which I prefer. However, the associates were still very helpful and customer service was great. I was assisted by Lilly for the dressing rooms, and she was incredibly sweet! Although I didn't find the one, I felt no pressure to buy and there were SO many dresses, we didn't even have the chance to look through the whole store. So we will definitely be back! The prices are extremely affordable as well, some marked down a couple of hundred dollars and still in great condition. Prom or affordable bridal, I highly recommend!

While visiting Atlanta with my daughter we decided to go prom dress shopping. Most locations had a minimal amount of dresses in the store and choose to point you to order from their website. But If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t be visiting stores. Call me old school but I needed her to TRY on the dresses. Thank goodness a friend told me about this place. They have a Huge selection of dresses! So many colors, styles, sizes and a price ranges. We actually walked away with a dress! I would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking for that special dress

Alexia was my personal stylist and she was amazing! She would tell me right away if something looked great or terrible. I loved the honesty and how helpful she was throughout the entire process. It was absolutely magical when I put on the beautiful gown now deemed as my prom dress. I could tell right away I needed to have this dress on for my prom night! The lay-a-way plan is a wonderful thing! Without it, there is no way I would have been able to reserve my dress. Definitely unique, beautiful gowns! I am in love!

I went to Cinderella’s Gowns for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! I was super nervous since I did not really know what I wanted to look for or what really suited me, since this is my first prom! The girl who helped me, Stacy Solis-Uroza, was amazing at her job! Found this store by luck using a Google search. The dress variety here is expansive- colors, styles, and price range. Our salesperson was Robika and she was great! She didn't hover, but was there exactly when we needed her. She brought us dresses in our requested color scheme and provided advice and suggestions. The rest of the staff was friendly and polite as well. We will definitely be returning to this store for future dress purchases!

My mom and I started looking for prom dresses recently. I was having difficulty find anything for plus size lady’s gowns. In the past few months, I felt embarrassed about my wide back. When you first walk in you greeted by the people at the desk. You will be placed with an associate to help you. The person who helped me was Avery she’s amazing. She understood my issue with my back and was very patient and helpful, kind. I never felt embarrassed or wanted to cry. I found my prom dress here and love it. They have a even amount of plus size dresses to there smaller sizes. Which is one thing I liked as well. inclusiveness is very important. I recommend women of all sizes come here. You will be happy!

I came to Cinderellas Gowns yesterday as a returning customer because I was so pleased with my experience! This year was exactly the same! My sales associate Miritza Maldonado was AMAZING!!!! I was torn between two dresses and she helped me pick which on was best for me! She was also very fast and helpful and very very sweet! She definitely made the experience of shopping there very nice! My daughter and I literally just left the store! We found a beautiful dress and had an amazing sales associate! Segen was extremely helpful and kind! We were in and out of the store in less than 40 minutes! The whole staff was incredible! They have a huge assortment of dresses for all occasions! I had a really wonderful time here! The entire staff seemed very friendly and customer oriented. They truly strive to make your experience a pleasant one. Even when really busy, the place is organized and clean. There are so many different dresses and styles so everyone’s bound to find something (even people really indecisive like me). Alexa Haley, my sales associate, was so kind and helpful even though I hadn’t a clue what I wanted. She was sweet, attentive, and really seemed to care about my comfort whilst trying on gowns. I am very thankful to have had her compassion and insight since the entire process can be pretty overwhelming. Definitely recommend stopping by Cinderella’s Gowns on your search for the perfect dress.

Edited for this year -- We loved Cinderella's Gowns so much last year that we made the trek again this year. Like last year, we were the first people in the store when they opened on a Sunday at noon (during prom season) and thank goodness for that! (They do have quite a few staff members on hand.) As luck would have it, we had the same salesperson, Kat Boyer. She was once again very patient and friendly to work with. We did not find a dress this time around, unfortunately, but that was no fault of Kat's. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dress to check out this store. They have thousands of dresses from which to choose. Dresses are sorted by color, not size, so that's a little cumbersome. Overall, it was a fairly positive experience if you can zone out all of the other people and just get to work finding a dress.

Lots of dresses to choose from. Huge building with lots of room to move in. Dresses are sectioned into colors which makes it easier to find the color you want. Lady was helpful pulling dresses and putting them up. Mark up was a little high, but would have bought the right dress if my daughter had fell in love with one of them.

A nice place to get prom or wedding dresses. A little out of my budget but the customer service was nice. Tons of choices. My arm hurt from going through so many dresses. We didn’t find anything for my daughter but I heard a salesperson saying that they do offer layaway if that’s an option. (The dress was $650). Also the sizes are limited in selection. Maybe you will have better luck than us. I think their sign said over 2000 dresses in stock.

I absolutely love this store. I came in with my sister and mom to look for my sweet 16 dress and the sale associates were extremely nice and helpful. Even though my mom didn't speak good English they had a wonderful bilingual staff that helped us out. I explained to them what i was looking for and they showed me a bunch of beautiful options. When i finally tried on the dress that i fell in love with the staff was so lovely, even the manger elana stopped by and told me i looked amazing. I came here to buy my prom dress & was immediately greeted by one of the members of their staff. When I came in with my mom I wasn't sure what I wanted but my sales associate worked with me to help me find me the perfect dress. The girls there know their stuff, my sales associate picked out a dress I wouldn't have picked out for myself and insisted I try it on. I immediately fell in love with the dress. As a very picky senior who gets super tired of trying on dresses very quickly, I got very frustrated after 15 dresses, three different ladies helping me, and four hours of struggling with dresses that didn't work. Even though the store closed, my third and final girl and her sister kept helping me and insisted that time wasn't an issue. An hour and a half later, I went from not liking an dresses to loving two! Morgan and Catherine helped me pick the perfect one that fit my personality and everything even though it meant staying late and repairing the dress for me. Their service was amazing and I had so much fun once they started helping me. I bought both my junior and senior prom dresses here, and Morgan and Catherine made my senior shopping extra special! I definitely recommend it.

Our entire experience was excellent. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get Cinderella’s Closet. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile. My daughter is extremely picky and not easily satisfied, so I was praying for a miracle. And my prayers were answered! The manager Alana Sue and our attendants, Blen and Mariana were extremely patient and went above and beyond. We had to order the dress as her size was not in stock. There were no issues or delays with the process. This is the second prom dress that I have purchased here and I will definitely return. I highly recommend Cinderella’s Closet for your evening wear.

After looking all over the Metropolitan area for weeks, I was able to find my wedding dress at Cinderella Gowns. I was desperate, and I tried on about 10 dresses at their store until I found the one. I don't think this would have been possible without Alana Sue, the store manager. She was so patient and nice with me. I walked into the store alone, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better experience and customer service.

This place is great! With the help of Naya Singleton, I was able to find the perfect prom dress within 30 minutes! She went around, and helped me out a lot with searching through the large selection of dresses that they have, so that the time it took me to find that perfect dress was minimized causing me to feel no stress about the entire ordeal. In fact, she was the one that found the dress that I ended up buying. The customer service is unmatched, and a fun little bonus is they have people walking around and offering you free little pastries and waters. Just to give you an idea, I personally ate a mini red velvet cupcake and a mini cheesecake. They also have a runway for you to walk on in the dresses that you try on! I highly recommend shopping here!

My family & I came in to look for a prom dress for my younger sister. We were greeted when we came in & everyone was very nice. Victoria helped us when we got to the fitting room & was very pleasant about having to look for a specific size in some of the dresses I was pulling out. I felt bad for having to make her go back & forth to check if certain sizes were in stock but she didn't seem phased at all. I went into Cinderella's Closet this past weekend. The store was very busy but had a huge selection of dresses. My sales associate DIANA CARLSON was very kind and helpful. She did not make me feel rushed and even though the store was crowded, she made picking out and trying on dresses very pleasant. She had a joyful personality and genuinely cared about helping me find a dress. However, the dress I wanted wasn't in stock so I called and ordered it. KARRIE assisted me throughout the process. This place was A-MAY-ZING!!! There were so many PLUS-SIZED dresses to choose from. My daughter is really picky and usually have a hard time finding the best fit. Our sales associate, AALIYAH BROWN, was phenomenal!!! She is an awesome fashionista and gave her expert opinion to make this experience enjoyable. My daughter, Tiara, was able to find the perfect dress for her senior prom. Thanks, Alliyah for putting a smile on my daughter's face as well as mine. Cinderella's Closest is highly recommended. The a/c was on (Thank God) & they even walk around with free snacks and water throughout the shopping experience to make sure everyone is comfortable. I will definitely be referring everybody to shop for formal wear here.

Not a very good selection of plus size gowns for teenage girls. Many were not flattering since they were geared more toward Mother of the Bride looks. They need to get more plus size gowns for teenage girls. The service we received was excellent. We may check back in a few weeks to see what they have new in the plus size area. In the meantime, the hunt for a plus size prom gown continues.

She went above and beyond to assist us in our search, even borrowing dresses from other clients that were trying on at the same time. We chose a great dress, at a great price and we received it back within in 7 days. Great store. Love it!

My daughter and I went yesterday for her prom dress. The store is much larger than I expected and had a great selection. We had a young lady named Clarissa help us. She was patient, accommodating and so kind. We tried on about 14 different dresses and she was paying attention to what my daughter was looking for. She asked if we would like her to pick something out and she came back with a dress that had everything we wanted (including the price). My daughter and I were blown away. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately placed with Guadalupe Perez she asked me all the right questions for my shopping experience to go smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses and where things were located in the store. Oh my goodness! This place is fabulous! We absolutely loved the store and our sales associate, Maddie Lepine! What a selection of color and sizes to choose from. We drove 3 hours from southwest GA to find a dress and we found plenty. The 5 dress policy for you to try on with your assigned associate who has an assigned fitting room makes complete sense seeing how many people were there to shop. You have one associate and 5 dresses. If you don't like one of the 5, you go back to the front of the store and wait for another associate to become available and start over. You can look at the dresses while you wait for a new associate. Thankfully, with Maddie's assistance, we hit the jackpot on dress #4. She was very helpful and kind and made the whole experience well worth the drive. Will definitely be back with younger daughter when need be. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

She listened to what I wanted, explained the dress sizing to me, helped me pick out some great dresses to try on and helped me find my ultimate dress! When searching for the perfect dress, Cinderella's Closet is the number one dress store in the southeast to go to. Not only is the store huge and filled with over 5000 dresses that are all different and accommodate to anyone's preferences, but they also have the prettiest accessories! The best part is that they are a prom and pageant store. When I say this, I mean they have dresses that are not just all sparkly or all plain. They have something for everyone! I do pageants and I purchased a gorgeous purple gown from Cinderella's, and I won many titles in it. I am definitely going back there to purchase my gown for my next pageant! The staff is so friendly and they really helped me find my perfect dress. I also bought my prom dress from there just last week! Since I love Sherri Hill, it only made sense for me to go to Cinderella's because they carry the most Sherri Hill styles. Needless to say, I found the perfect prom dress for this year and to top it off, they even had layaway! I really like that because of their flexibility. With that, now I have thirty days to raise more money to pay for my dress on my own. I love that they offer that option! Another thing I really liked was seeing all the different sizes in the store. They literally have every size dress to appeal to anyone with any shape. Cinderellas closet is by far the best dress store I have ever been too. They have an abundance of dresses in stock and they're all beautiful and in great condition. Many other dress stores, such as bravura, I have been, to had ripped dresses and snotty workers who clearly didn't want to help me. For the last month, I've been running around all of Georgia every weekend in and out of at least 30 stores but Cinderella's Closet is where I found MY prom dress and I love it! ALANA SUE FOWLER was my absolute favourite sales associate throughout this entire experience. She was intuitive, on-top of things, very nice, and is who found the perfect prom dress for my picky taste. If you go to Cinderella's Closet, definitely ask for her because she was phenomenal! The dressing rooms have two curtains, so you don't have to worry about people seeing inside, un-like most of the other dress stores I went to. I would first off like to start by saying that if you need a dress for any reason, if its for prom or a pageant or homecoming or a dance or girls night out or just to make yourself feel good and beautiful then you need not search any longer because this is the place to go. And if you want beyond amazing and literally some of the best customer service that I have ever found in any store then look no more. Ever since my first visit back in September (& I have been back more times than I can count on both of my hands) I was greeted as soon as I entered by more than one person and was quickly assisted with help by what I can only describe as a dress goddess/warrior and her name is Robika!!! An angel for sure. She knows what she is doing and if you get the chance to get her then I would ask for her. She knows her stuff, knows the store, knows the inventory, the sizes, the colors, and she might even know what you want more than you do. She is above and beyond and is above and beyond above and beyond. She honestly deserves a raise on top of a raise with a bonus and a paid vacation. She is amazingly helpful and is so patient with me (& and I can be more than a handful sometimes and also want to try on about 50 dresses) and she makes sure that I always leave with a beautiful and the perfect dress. She is a hard worker and I'm glad to call her my friend. The whole staff here always is great, they always make me feel welcomed, they make me feel like a superstar, they make me feel beautiful, they make me feel like family, they make me want to come back and I do just that. The first time I was here they even stayed opened a whole hour after they closed just to make sure I got the perfect dress. Alana Sue is so good to me every time I see her and her and Robika are the two I most look forward to seeing when I'm there. Jennifer is great also. Merika is as well. And so is Randy. Not hating on any of the others who work here cause they all are great but my girl is Robika. Please let her know how amazing she is and how hard she works is not overlooked and she is a blessing. Cinderella's Closet has an enormous amount of dresses, this can be intimidating as well as overwhelming. However, our sales associated Catherine Johnson, did not give up on us. My daughter tried on many dresses and started to get discouraged because of how the dresses were fitting on her. She was not happy and ready to give up. Catherine listened to our concerns and steered us towards dresses that she knew would fit better and my daughter would feel happier in. She was right on target. We were looking at the wrong styles for my daughter's body type. Catherine's persistence and eye for what works resulted in a sale that day. I would first like to say that I previously worked at Cinderella's 2 years ago and know exactly the effort and attitude that is needed and put into being an amazing representative and sales associate of Cinderella's Gowns. Earlier in the day I went to Girly Girl and it was so cold in the store I did not even want to get undresses, and the girl that came up to my friends and I to get our names said that we could try on 5 dresses unless our parent was with us, and when I told her that I was the one purchasing my dress she said "well you can try on 5 dresses and if you're actually going to buy a dress you can try on more". I thought it was poorly stated. I know at Cinderella's the limit is 5 dresses which is understandable but I remember saying that it was so that everyone has the same opportunity to find their perfect dress. A way nicer and welcoming way!! We also went to Bravura and the girl "helping" us was so helpless she told me I just needed to get dressed and go look instead of complaining. Well ZARIAH ANDERSON was so helpful. She immediately made it easier for me to search by grabbing my dresses from me. She made conversation with me while I was trying things on and made me feel so confident and comfortable. Even though I was keeping her from leaving she never complained and was still willing to help me look and try on. It was like I had known her for so long and a friend was helping me. We drove 30+ miles to visit Cinderella's Gowns (Cinderella's Closet) in Lilburn in hopes of finding the perfect prom dress for my daughter. What a GREAT experience! Darisbel V. was knowledgeable and patient and made this process extra special and fun (although tiring since my teen like most had diffculty making up her mind). Unfortunately, we left the shop without a purchase on the first visit. When we returned, Darisbel beamed when she saw us (remembering us) and gave us a second day of her time assisting above and beyond. I can't say enough about the variety of dresses in stock to try on, the quality of the dresses as compared to the "prom shops" around town and the superb customer service. We purchased a beautiful designer gown and we are very pleased with it. We will begin our search here next year! Attn Management: Darisbel is the reason we returned and purchased - she is AMAZING!!! I was greeted instantly as I walked in the door and paired with the amazing Clara Sims. I was nervous at first, but Clara made me feel right at home. Clara not only helped me pick out gorgeous dresses, help put me in and out of those dresses, but also took the socks off my feet and replaced it with a beautiful glass slipper (figuratively speaking) giving me the true princess treatment. While doing all these things and more Clara had a constant smile on her face and was always eager to help. The best part of my experience at Cinderella's Closet was getting up to the register to find out that the prom dress I selected was part of a trunk show and I received 300 dollars off my dress. Cinderella's Closet and the staff there like Clara make you feel as though you're truly living a fairytale life that you'll never want to leave. Thank you Clara, and thank you Cinderella's Closet.

We found our daughter's prom dress, with the help of Jorden Gilkes. When we first arrived, we were overwhelmed by the vast selection of gowns, but Jorden was quickly assigned as our associate and jumped right in to help us! I'm not crazy about the 5 gown try-on limit, but this is all we needed! Jorden was able to easily assess Savannah's size and helped pull dresses that we good for her skin tone. It was very busy, as it was Saturday, but we never felt crowded! Savannah was always the only one on the runway and appreciated the undivided attention! I'm sad this is her last prom but am glad we made the long trek to Cinderalla's Gowns!

I am late in writing this review as I first visited Cinderella's Gowns in maybe the middle of January. At that time we put a deposit on the "perfect" dress for my daughter. When I went in to pay the balance yesterday I was reminded of the reason why we left so happy-not just because of a great dress-and felt compelled to finally come a write my first ever Google review! During our first visit we were greeted as we walked in by a young man standing at the counter up front-then we proceeded to look at dresses on our own. There was no sales person that came to offer assistance right away, but honestly it didn't bother me as we just wanted to look. The same young man that greeted us, came over to us within a few minutes escorting a sales associate to let her know we may need assistance. It was a little awkward the way he was talking to her-letting her know she needed to see if we needed help. I later discovered it was her first day, so he was probably just trying to help get her going. Anyway, she was a sweet girl and asked if we needed anything. We didn't at the time and only sought her when we needed a place to hang some dresses while we looked more. Move forward, it was actually time for her to end her shift and someone asked if we minded if another sales associate took over for her. Of course it was fine. That's when our experience went from "fine and adequate" to "wonderful and extremely helpful". Hellen Romero took our visit to another level with her suggestions and observations about the fit of the dresses-especially one my daughter was trying on a second time during that visit. She had tried it on when the first associate helped and then again when Hellen was helping. My daughter loved the dress immediately, but Hellen pointed out some things we hadn't considered and guaranteed the sale of that dress...also saving us money on making unnecessary alterations just by her observations and knowledge about the fabric. My daughter tried on a size 2 and it fit great on the bottom half, but needed the clips to pull it in up top. We figured we'd have to pay for alterations somewhere (I wasn't trying to that as it was already a big expense for me) to get the top to match the fit of the bottom. Hellen felt like my daughter actually needed a smaller size in general assuring us the bottom would still fit. She did my daughter's measurements and checked the maker and discovered my daughter needed a 00! I could go on, but bottom line is I was so pleased in how the visit ended that I asked to speak to the manager. I told Randy in brief about how Hellen took our experience from "fine" to "memorable". We picked up my daughter's dress yesterday and had her try it on before leaving-PERFECT!! This place is a good hour and 15 minutes away from us, but it was worth the drive! Quite a selection too. Thank you for great customer service! My daughter is going to look and feel amazing on her senior prom :)

Crazy awesome service. If you go, seriously ask for Jessica Bercian-Ruiz. Not only did she give me great service, she made me laugh and actually spoke to and interacted with me and my boyfriend. She is upfront with you and not shy and awkward feeling. 10/10 would go again as long as Jessica's my attendant. Though I really suggest going during a weekday if you can. I went on a Sunday and oh my god that place was packed, they have a very large dress selection so it's a bit stuffed in there, and some customers are just plain rude/don't know how to navigate a crowded area so it can get frustrating and chaotic.

On Sunday, Jan.26, 2014 My daughter Becca found the perfect Prom dress. Ke'Mari was her consultant and she was cheerful and very welcoming. She worked within out budget as well as my daughter's hard to find size(00). Ke'Mari did not push any particular designer or style dress on Becca. She listened to what Becca wanted and found the perfect gown. We found a beautiful Neon Pink Alyce gown . When we arrived at the checkout, Becca was asked to do an interview and at the end of the interview was told that she had won her Prom dress. This made our day together even more special. We have always loved Cinderella's Gowns and will be coming back in the future. Thank you for making Becca's first Prom such a wonderful experience.

AH-MAZING!!! When I walked into the store I was Immediately overwhelmed there were soooo many dresses I felt the need to pull out my inhaler, but my First sales associate Gabby Doran scooped me up and helped me find my FIRST EVER prom dress. I went in looking for a short dress but I thought I'd try some long dresses too and the first long dress she brought to me I instantly fell in love and that ended up buying the dress I left with! Gabby was awesome she was very helpful, very patient, funny ,ubber adorable and relate able. Today I went into Cindedrella's Closet and purchased a pageant dress for my granddaughter. After returning home I discovered that a black security tag had not been removed from the dress. I called the store and the advice given me over the phone by a young lady from the store manager was to either find a store near where I live and ask if they could remove it or come back to the store. I was not going to go into a store and ask that they remove a tag that should have been removed by Cinderella's Closet. So I get back in my car and drive 1 1/2 hours through horrible Atlanta traffic back to the store. I asked for the manager and told him that I had driven 1 1/2 hours to get back to the store and he said that he was sorry and that they would reprimand the person that left the tag on, but that was all that he could do. Oh and that I could have had the dress shipped back to get the tag taken off. (This was not offered on the phone, when I called.) When a customer has to come back to your store to correct a mistake that the store made they should get more than just an "I'm sorry" and "we will reprimand the person that left it on". What about could I get you something to drink, could I show you where the bathroom is, let me give you a 10% discount on the dress........... anything besides just I'm sorry!! I know that it was an innocent mistake, but I am more upset on how the manager handled the situation. Understad that I had already paid for the purchase of the dress but in addition I used a tank of gas and 3 hours of my day to correct your store's mistake. That might not seem like much to the person that owns this store but to a customer that means a lot. My granddaught is only 2 and I was hoping that I had found a place that I could continue to purchase dresses for her. But after seeing that a customer's time and consideration is not important I will not be back.
