With Ed's help we were able to put together quite a few different options. Suits unlimited is kept clean and all the other people working are very friendly. They have a very welcoming atmosphere and would recommend to anyone needing suit or more.

Excellent service. Great selection. Darryl was very helpful from the moment we entered the store. Although they were busy, they still were very accommodating and tried their best to attend to us very promptly. I ended up purchasing several suits which needed to get altered. The fit was great and upon returning to the store to pick them up I was helped by Jim, who was also very knowledgeable and took care of my needs and the owner Larry, was on hand to make sure everything was taken care of. I ended up purchasing another suit and am very happy with this place. Will definitely be back.

Never thought I would get my husband to feel comfortable in a suit shop. Turns out we just needed to find Larry at Suits Unlimited. He took one look at my husband and found the perfect size and cut for him. Fantastic experience shopping for suits and shoes. Unlike big stores where you're on your own trying to find what you think you need, this establishment was a breath of fresh air. We worked with four different associates over three different visits and all were very helpful, professional and friendly. The suits and shoes weren't marked up in price considering they are a smaller business and were very reasonable. I'm going here every time we are shopping for suits and shoes in the future.

This is a great place to buy a suit. All of the staff members we met were great, but the one in charge of helping me, Daniel M., was particularly helpful. He helped me select a suit that fit perfectly right off the rack, which I wasn’t expecting because of my measurements. Hemming the pants was the only alteration needed, which only took two days even though it’s prom season. I will definitely be purchasing from Suits Unlimited in the future.

Popped in today to look for a suit for our upcoming wedding. Daryl helped us out. Daryl's personality and demeanor were perfect for this position. Experienced, understanding, great sense of humor. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but Daryl directed us through a few options and we ended up finding something that looks quite nice. In and out in about 30 minutes. I've never been to suit place but we decided to get a suit early for my brother's prom and all I can say was it was an amazing experience. They were very attentive, polite, and helpful with getting the suit situated and since we were only in town for a day the suited was ready within the hour so we didn't have to make a second trip. Excellent service and excellent atmosphere. Thank you Dupree for the awesome service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Finding the right suits for our wedding was enjoyable. A bit pricy for children's suits as they are the same price across the board. I can understand that measurements would be a bit off for people getting measured out of town and sending in their measurements, but several of the suits were way off including one that was measured in-store. Other than that, suits were ready on time and we even got a couple of children's ties ordered and received within a day or two.

Suits Unlimited never dissapoints. Needed a new pair of pants and some alterations for my boyfriend to wear for a funeral. They had a great selection of pants for us to choose from in stock. The pants were purchased and had the pants altered in 10 min. The following day (sunday) I brought a shirt to be pressed and viola in and out in 10 min. Thank you to everyone at Suits Unlimited. Customer service is top notch! I'm not going to lie, if it weren't for the last minute I wouldn't get anything done. I was expecting to hear "we can't do it" or "It will be ready Monday" but I needed a suit *tomorrow.* Darryl was undeterred by my procrastination and got me a suit for my trip up to Santa Fe today. If you need a suit for a special occasion or you landed your first job and need everyday business wear, Darryl and the rest of the team at Suits Unlimited have got you. Did I mention the customer service? Because I work in insurance and am a former manager of a customer service roll; when I say that the customer service is 5 stars I mean it!

Prompt and professional service. Large variety of suits. The dressing rooms are rather small compared to other stores. My (clothing professional) or as I say suit stylist Ed took a jacket off the rack and it immediately fit me after he helped me get my arms through. While that was impressive I think he could have relaxed a little. My scarf was on the table and I knew to grab it. I didn't need a reminder. However extra professional it was-it wasn't necessary. Nice shoes and thin dress socks. Excited to try it all on and post an updated review!

Great experience. The personnel were professional, helpful, and friendly. My son and I traveled from Gallup, as the selection of suits was limited. Not only did we find the suit and accessories he wanted, the price was very reasonable as well. To top it off, once they found out we were from out of town, they completed the fitting in the same day so we did not have to make another trip to get the suit.

I’m a procrastinator by nature. Realizing I only had a day to buy a new suit for an upcoming job interview, a co-worker recommended Suits Unlimited as a place he had a good experience with in the past. I gave it a try. As I walked in, the store was busy with prom season. However, it was only a matter of seconds before I was greeted by multiple employees, all of whom were incredibly helpful and friendly. Within minutes, they had helped me locate a great looking suit at a great price. As I neared the end of trying on the suit, I mentioned that I needed it ready by the next day (did I mention that I’m a procrastinator). Without hesitation, they said they would make the alterations necessary and have the suit ready to go (with the new shirt I purchased pressed) in less than 24 hours. After initially telling me it would be ready by 1:00 PM the following day, I got a text at 9:00 AM saying it was ready (even earlier than they said it would be done)! The text was promptly followed by a phone call just in case I didn’t receive the text! Although I waited until the last minute, the folks (especially Daryl!) at Suits Unlimited went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! If you are in the market for a suit, I highly recommend. This will be my one stop dress clothes shop from here on out!

Great experience at this shop, highly recommend going there. I had been looking for a tux for our wedding and had been to several other shops that weren't very helpful or courteous... I'll leave it at that. Luckily I stopped in at this shop - I was greeted immediately by Jared and the owner. Jared helped me find and fit the perfect suit for my taste. This place is wonderful! The associates are super friendly, and very good at what they do. There is a great selection of suits, tuxedos, and accessories. The way the service is tailored to you, you'd expect to pay ridiculous prices,but that's not the case. The pricing is very reasonable, almost a steal! They've been in business quite a while and it's easy to see why. I can't recommend this place enough. The short review is that this is the only place you need to go for suit/tux rental and sales. Don’t even waste your time going to other locations/stores when you have a fabulous family owned business right here. I can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING the staff is here. I came here for a suit a year ago and there’s a reason I came back and will continue to come back. First, this is a local family owned business. Getting to meet the family and see their passion for customer service. When I came for my next suit rental, I was greeted by Steve, Avery, and Ashley with a warm smile and treated like family. Most recently, my jacket was a little too snug and they did not have the right size in the store. I was prepared to find something that they did have as my flight left that night. Ashley was not having any of that and, unprompted, was able to contact a supplier they use on the east coast and actually drop ship the same jacket in the right size to me in time for the wedding. I was absolutely STUNNED that they’d go to such great lengths to make this happen. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and have seldom, if ever, seen someone go this far above and beyond for their customer. I will NEVER go to another store to rent a suit or tux as long as the Garcia’s are in business. As if it needed to be said, when my big day comes, my wedding party is getting outfitted at Suits Unlimited.

Starting a new job and I needed a second suit, I ended up speaking with a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Darryl F. and he was quite helpful finding a suit in the style, fit and color I was looking for, in a sufficient amount of time as well. The process was seamless, every charge for any alterations were communicated with ease and the most I paid over my budget was simply for taxes. I recommend this place to anyone in the market for some new suit-wear and recommend Darryl as well. The thing you have to keep in mind is that you pay for quality so don't expect to find items for $5-10, don't be cheap if you expect to look sharp! That being said the prices are quite affordable as well, happy hunting!

I am never comfortable getting fitted for a suit. These guys made the experience enjoyable. We showed up an hour before close after a long day of shopping around and were treated like old friends. This place is top notch! My law school prom is around the corner and my partner and I went to a corporate owned place that was unhelpful, didn’t even answer our questions and had a limited selection. Being a bodybuilder I’m hard to fit. I had tried other shops around town and none got it right. When I walked in the door everyone was very nice and understood what I needed. Larry Garcia owner personally sized me for perfect fit. Suit was ready in a week and fit perfect with only one sizing. Their customer service is second to none, and their results speak for themselves. I was treated with nothing but kindness from the first phone call to picking up the perfectly tailored suit. I had ordered a custom suit from another company and it was unsalvageably dreadful. I had to find an emergency replacement since I get married in less than 48 hours and that's when I found suits unlimited. They told the suit would be ready by the next day. Imagine my delightful surprise when they informed me only an hour later that it was ready! I will be referring anyone and everyone here. They genuinely care about their customers. They saved my wedding photos and treated us like family while doing it. I can't say enough good about Suits unlimited!

I went in needing help with tuxedos for my wedding and Jared took the time to sit down and go over all of the options with my fiancée and I. Wow.. hands down one of the best places to shop. I impersonate Michael Jackson. I went in same day as my show mere hours before. I tell Larry I need a michael Jackson suit. Literally the first one first size was perfect. The only alteration was the length of the pant which he did in under 25 min. I realized I didn't have shoes as I just moved here from Washington and still trying to get situated. But Larry to the save with my size and the style needed for my show. Not only is this my favorite and best suit I have EVER owned it was the genuine kindness and care that sold this. Larry was respectful of me and offered me a dressing room or the ladies for my comfort. His upmost respect to me will now be why this is where I will come back for all my performance needs. This is the best shopping experience I’ve had, and I wasn’t even the one shopping! We found Suits Unlimited in a google search. My boyfriend needed a suit for an event in a week. Larry, Teresa, and Jim took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone here was helpful and super patient as he tried on several jackets. They were thoughtful about suggestions and literally helped put it all together from head to toe. Larry really knows what he’s doing and assured us that we would have the suit in time. Tailoring cost is extremely reasonable, with free hemming and nominal cost for a minor adjustment. We ended up with a new tailored suit, belt, shoes, dress shirts, socks, and a couple of ties. Each of these items were selected with care. The perfectly tailored suit was promised in 3 days but was actually ready in 2. The final result was awesome— the suit fit perfectly, and it was a clean look. I had never seen my boyfriend in a suit before (he's more of a t-shirt and shorts kinda guy... :)) and he looked real good. :D It’s a family business spanning three generations now, and the commitment to the business and customers was clear in our experience. We came by another day to rent a suit for a kid, and while they didn’t have any on hand, they pointed us to a place nearby that could help us. Couldn’t be happier with Suits Unlimited and highly recommend!

I went there in April 2022, looking for a suit to wear to wear on a regular basis. Ed Chavez helped me with selecting a suit and arranging for the alterations necessary to make it comfortable and sharp. He was friendly and professional, and the five stars definitely go to him. The suit itself is great. They offer custom orders too, and I will go back at some point for custom suits.

Very helpful and kind from the beginning. Since covid no one has shake our hands, it was very nice to be properly greeted again. We were in so many stores and they didn't have the size and color we were looking for, they blamed it on covid and prom. We got to suits unlimited and they had 6 of that size. Price wise was good because it came with the pants and at no cost for adjusting the pants length. Jared was very welcoming and kind and but mostly patient with me. I thank JosA Bank suits store for recommending Suits Unlimited to us other wise i don’t know if we would had found any thing. The other thing is that I appreciate that they were kind with the Catholic Priest we went with.

He was knowledgeable and courteous. He told me he had what I needed. I immediately went to the store, and Jared had the shirt waiting for me on the counter. I tried it on, and the sleeves were just a bit long. Jared said they could alter it for me, and have it done the next day. I paid for it, and left. The next day I received a text message that it was ready. I went in and picked it up with ease after trying it on again. I needed a black bow tie that was not pre-tied. They had one. I also met Larry, the owner of the store. He was very cordial and engaging. The big box stores don’t have anything on this local store. I will be back for my suit and alteration needs.

Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to adjust based upon what you like and are looking for. I needed the 2 suits, slacks and 3 shirts tailored and Larry (the owner) came over and asked if it was alright if another rush order went in before us since the other customer needed it the same day. Even being second in line the entire order was complete within a few hours, I came back the next morning to try them on and had a single issue with the length of the hemming on one of the pants, which Larry immediately came out and corrected within the time it took me to try on a dress shirt. On top of all of this the cost for everything was completely reasonable! By and far the best tailor experience I have ever had and I plan on recommending this business to all of my friends and returning myself in the future.

I visited the store shortly after they opened for the day. I was immediately greeted by sales staff and measured for fit. I was shown a variety of suits in my size and the materials and prices were explained without a sales pitch. After I selected a suit, which needed minor tailoring, I asked if it would be possible to get the tailoring done by the following day. I was told that they would have it ready by the end of the day. I received a text saying that the tailoring was done about an hour and a half after I left. I’ve done business here a few times prior and each time I’m impressed by the quality of the service.

I visited their store four times before finally choosing a suit for my wedding, and they were patient with me the entire way. The suit was of very high quality and made in Milan, Italy. Jeff Hamilton was the sales representative that helped me and he was great to work with. He always had a smile on his face and was eager to help. They were very accommodating as well. Some of my groomsman didn't arrive until two days before the wedding. Suits Unlimited were able to tailor it twice before the day of the wedding, with excellent results. All the suits fit like gloves. They have excellent tailors. For less than than $100 more, I could actually buy a fully tailored suit for my wedding at Suits Unlimited, compared to renting one at Men's Warehouse. The sales staff at Suits Unlimited were incredibly more knowledgeable and friendly than the staff at Men's Warehouse. The owner even thanked me for my business, which I greatly appreciated. Try getting that kind of service at Men's Warehouse. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Suits Unlimited. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a suit! I will definitely be using them again.

I went in to get a penguin tail jacket for my sons First Communion, nervous as I have never done any of the firsts before hahaha.. From the moment I walked in they were all so helpful and patient with my every changing mind. I landed up just getting the whole tux including shoes for this event. I had zero problems with them I referred some Moms from my sons class to them as well and we were so impressed that we all agreed next up is Prom and that is where we will all meet again.. When the boys showed up for the First Commuion they stole the show in how sharp they all looked in their tux's I am so happy that I decided to stop and check this store out. The wedding party had chosen Suits Unlimited for our matching suits so I had called Suits Unlimited ahead of time with only my pants size and a few other details. They did a GREAT job of sizing and fitting. Got it right on the first go. They were absolute professionals! While it is unlikely that I will return to that particular store, I am confident that each and every store is operated just as professionally and as fully stocked with quality stuff as this one is. I was incredibly nervous about having a high-end suit tailored. As you may know, a good tailor can make a suit much, much better, and a bad tailor can ruin one. I called ahead before going to the location, and the staff was incredibly friendly. When I arrived, I experienced the exact same thing. The entire team was willing to help. They made me comfortable and gave me just the right amount of recommendation as to what the suit needed. I had total confidence it will be done right. They promised they would have the work completed in three days. I thought, “that is unusual – it usually takes longer than that”. To my surprise, I got a text message later that day saying everything was ready. I went in, tried on the suit, and left completely satisfied. This review has been a long time coming. About a month ago, I needed a suit for a wedding. I put this off to the last-minute and live pretty far from the store so I was fairly worried. After talking with Vince on the phone, it sounded like I would be good to go as long as I made it in with a decent amount of time before closing. I arrived to the store around 3:30 PM and walked out one hour later with an awesome suit, completely tailored and ready for wear. The best things about the experience were: 1) When I explained my situation, Vince actually remembered that I had called about 3 hours before 2) Nice selection of suits and extremely helpful service 3) Vince had a good eye for what I thought I wanted and provided extremely helpful suggestions 4) The owner, Larry I believe, was on the spot and ready to tailor the suit right away. Everybody understood I was in a rush and for a nominal fee, everything got done incredibly quick I'd absolutely recommend Suits Unlimited to anyone looking for a custom-tailored suit with helpful service and a good eye for fashion. I plan on going back soon to get another suit tailored and I'm sure I'll walk out just as pleased as before.

Suits unlimited is the absolute best place to go if your looking for a new suit. Their prices are so much more affordable than any other place and they have great package deals. I bought two suits including shirts, ties, shoes, and socks all for $200 less than what one suit would have cost at Men's Warehouse. Went to Suits Unlimited to get a suit for a potential job interview. I am an exceedingly large man, wearing a 62 long. The biggest size they had in the store was a 60 long, but they promised me they could let the jacket out enough to fit. The pants fit fine off the hanger. They also sold me an extra long tie and a pair of suspenders. No dress shirts in the store to fit. They offered to order for me but they said it would take a couple of weeks. Have to pass, in case I get called in for the interview tomorrow. Went in on a Sunday, they said the alterations would be done by Wednesday. I got the text on Monday (not even 24 hours after I left the store) saying the suit was ready! O.O The staff was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, prices were pretty good and they took the time to sit down with me and my fiancee to talk about wedding outfits for myself and my groomsmen. If the suit fits and feels good, I'll DEFINITELY be back!

I had visited this place a while ago to get a couple of Suits. It had been a very very long time since I was able to afford a tailored suit. The customer service was really good. The service was actually very good, I just had a couple of small issues. I needed to have the pricing be made more clear so that I was certain to have the money required for the entire process of getting a tailored suit. Secondly, I am not certain if my arms are uneven, or it was just the work that was done on my suit. The sleeves of my one suit jacket do not fit me correctly. One sleeve is slightly longer than the other, and I could not afford to go back and have it corrected. I never did go back for my second suit jacket because of my disappointment with the first one. I really really wanted to have a couple of fitted suits, and the entire process ended up being more trouble than I wanted to have. I still have not been able to get a complete fitted suit just yet. Perhaps, sometime in the future. Just because I had a somewhat poor experience with this facility does not mean that they are a bad business. I would definitely give this place another chance if I had the money to spend on such a luxury has a fitted suit. I am certain that if I was to pay more close attention to what they were doing I would be able to avoid this problem a second time around. I would definitely give these people a chance. Don't just go by my rating. This, is just my personal experience. Does that mean that this is the one that you will have. Just pay attention to the measurements, and be sure to keep asking about the price of not only the clothes, but the process of having them fitted. Do be sure to watch those measurements.

First of all, we got there with time NOT on our sides! I wanted my bf to match my bday dress, so we ventured into Suits Unlimited and asked for a tie, pocket square, suspenders, shirt AND pants (which had to be altered btw)! So they measured him, tailored him up (they began hemming his pants) and steamed his shirt! HOWEVER, since I’m a pester, I had to go home to begin getting ready since we didn’t have much time anyway. Because of this, we left my bf’s suit at Suits Unlimited so they could hem while I got ready. We finally returned (they were closed). They STILL let us in, fixed him up and we made it to Ten 3 to enjoy my special day! :) TOTALLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again, y’all! :)

Suits unlimited is great. I love the selection, price points, customization, the whole nine yards. I have nothing bad to say about Suits Unlimited as a company. My complaint is about Arthur. he is an employee there that made my experience the most frustrating part of planning my wedding. I got married in early October and all of my groomsmen and i went in to get fitted for suits in the middle of august. Aurthur is distraced while measuring us and is taking forever, then doesn't even get my (the groom) measurements. then, he says that the suits will be in in 7 - 10 business days and that they would call me. i wait two weeks, and nothing. Finally i call and talk to arthur and he makes up the excuse that he was waiting for me to give him the go ahead to order the suits. This child of a man legit forgot to order my suits and says that "he didn't want them collecting dust" in order to try to make himself seem like the good guy. So 2 more weeks later, our suits get in. fast forward to 2 days, TWO DAYS before my wedding and he tells me that he doesnt have all the ties. Thankfully, the managers are incredible and made everything better. TLDR: Suits Unlimited is great, Arthur should not have a job there and was the most stressful part of my wedding. So if you go in, ask for ANYONE BUT Arthur.

This place was a life-saver. I had to get a suit for a job interview, and I went to several department stores before having this place recommended to me, and selection was limited and help completely absent. As soon as I walked in I was helped by a very nice employee (Darryl), who took my sizes and kept making me try suits on. Also, they had a sale at the time, which I was unaware of, but Darryl informed me of the sale himself. Bought a suit and adjustments were made within about 15 minutes. I would recommend interested shoppers visit their website first or ask about running sales, as even though Darryl did mention an appropriate sale for me, they had another sale (a two-for-one deal) that I might have been interested in, but was again unaware of; I suspect Darryl didn't think I might be interested in a second suit, so I will take the blame for that one. In any case: Fantastic place, highly recommended. Perhaps you could get slightly cheaper elsewhere, but the service is invaluable (unless you buy suits all the time, of course). I'll be going back there very soon to get at least a second suit.

I have to say it was a great experience and I was able to walk out with the Tux in about 30 min! saved me time and stress to find the perfect suit / tux for my event. Just as an added note this was not my first time there, I also bought quite a few suits a few years back and had the same exact perfect experience. I've recently moved more than 200 miles away and came into town on Monday, March 12th in need of a few suits by the next day. Ed and Dayrl helped me choose two beuatiful suits and then had them tailored from the hem on the trousers to slimming the jacket for a more 'bespoke' look. Guess we fell through the cracks at Suits Unlimited. Their consistent with telling me one thing and I get the other. First, we confirmed 3 times what we wanted in suits prior to the order being sent out. Second, communication doesn't seem to work between its fragmented departments. Third, follow up is weak at best. Hopefully they can remedy this over time but I doubt it can happen before my wedding this coming Saturday. My first negative experience with Suits Unlimited brings me to the matter of what we wanted for the suits in regards to style and what my bride wanted. Confirming 3 times so that there wouldn't be a possibility of anything going wrong. Fool proof to say the least, we still ended up with all of us getting the wrong vest. My best man also got the wrong tie. I wasn't too impressed with the vest selection but got talked in to it. It's a minor set back but I shouldn't have had high hopes of detail since this is Albuquerque. My second negative experience with Suits Unlimited is with there means of communication not being their strong suit (no pun intended). At first I tried my direct salesmen but luck may have it I kept on calling in on his days off. I would talk to other associates but my messages would not get relay to him. So I sent e-mail's being that another means of communicating through their website. Got a call back within 48 hours, I replied back the amount of groomsmen involved in the wedding and what suits we went with. My salesmen called to confirm this with me prior to the e-mail but missed his call. This wasn't forwarded to him through the web communication. When I needed to call him, a week prior the wedding, my best man from out of town wouldn't be able to make it; it seemed this information never made it to him. I was told they would follow up a week before the wedding, that never happened. I called in on Wed to find out if they even had the suits which was an after thought for them to even touch base with me to let me know they came in. Which brings me to my third negative with Suits Unlimited is follow up. I'm not in the suit business but I do know with any reputable establishment that listening to the customer request, staying on top of your communication to said customers, and being accountable for what you tell them is pinnacle to maintaining a well establishment.We went over multiple times what we wanted, not good listener; check. I had to initiate all communication during the last week of the wedding. Not keeping in good communication with me; check. I was told that they will call me back to confirm they had to suits; if they had the right order pertaining to the suits; when to come in for fitting. I called in 3 times on Wednesday was told they will call that afternoon when the suits would be ready for fitting. None of their calls were even made and what upset me most was when I did go in I was asked "Oh you got my message" I didn't want to be that guy that dug in to just an associate. Unfortunately this hits on all three qualities I look for in businesses (good listening skills, good communication, being accountable) . I had high hopes of finding me a well maintain local business when it comes to suits since I'll be finishing college soon. I'll be entering the field of law which requires me to wear suits. I went off the recommendations of my DJ since he gave them high accolades in professionalism, detail, customer awareness. After reading a good majority of reviews online backing his claims this made me at ease in choosing Suits Unlimited as my go to place for my suit. I believe my rating is just in this matter and hopefully they can remedy this issue of the ties and vest before the wedding on Saturday. As I said in the beginning of this rant; We possibly fell through the cracks. Revise: Suits Unlimited came through with a hail Mary the day of our wedding. They came out and switched out all the vest and my groomsmen tie. Wasn't too happy the day before but when they showed up early in the morning to replace those vest made the pictures look 10x better.

I legitimately had a great experience here. I've used men's wearhouse before, but decided to support a local business this time around. My only regret is not trying them sooner! They really care that you have a great experience with them. I loved that the tux came prepared with the jewelry in place on the shirt and the pocket square folded. Attention to little details like that and the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure I could receive my tux after normal business hours is very impressive. I'll definitely be back.

I just left Suits Unlimited and what a great family atmosphere! I was helped by Dominic and he was my type of salesperson; not to pushy and very attentive to my request. I went there to buy some wool pants and dress shirts. Although they did not have any pants that caught my eye, I left with 4 shirts. Three of them I am having converted to short sleeves (I did not know that was an option). I am visiting from San Antonio and Mr Casual (aka Larry Garcia) stated my shirts would be ready the next day. What great customer service!!! The on negative is I am leaving on Friday and I don't know when I will get back. Again, big thanks to Dominic and Mr. Casual. Semper Fi!

Rented a couple of tuxedos for a cruise. I had to sew the buttons back on my vest. The cuff links were different colors (but the guess you’re only going to look at one at a time). The tailoring of the smaller tuxedo could have been better. It looked like an 80’s jacket with oversized shoulder pads. One of the jackets had a small hole in it, I was told that they’d take some off of the bill but I haven’t seen any refunds after paying over $350 for 2 rentals. I had the tuxes for 2 weeks. I’d rent or buy there again but next time they’re going to do it the right way. If I wasn’t flying out the next day I would have had them redo my sons tux.

Today 5/10/2015 was my second visit at Suits Unlimited and due to heavy store traffic I had the opportunity to work w/ the Store's owner Larry (I didn't know he was the owner until checkout)! I couldn't of hoped for a better experience, Larry was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and dedicated to my sole individualism! This store did everything right. So much so, I suggest that even stores that rhyme with Mordstrum study this sales floor to learn how to reach the next level in service and satisfaction. The gentleman who helped me (let's call him "Steven," since that's his name) was a perfect blend of clothing consultant and personal assistant. As far as clothes shopping goes, I don't recall having accomplished so much in so little time with so little effort. When I walked in the door, the Sr. Floor Manager (not sure of actual title) made a speedy and deliberate attempt to connect me with someone--in this case, Steven. Steven was attentive to my objectives and worked as efficiently as possible to meet them. His suggestions were spot on and I appreciated his feedback on some style questions. As I was trying on one shirt, he was preparing the next shirt for me to try. When I approved a shirt, he quickly got out the pins to mark the necessary alterations for my slimmer build. *Any* other place I've been to, the staff would approve a sloppy fitting shirt since it's hard to find a shirt that fits me. Not here. I found one shirt that required no alterations and I mentioned my plans to wear it the next day. Without missing a beat, he handed the shirt to another employee who pressed the shirt and put in a protective bag (similar to what a dry cleaner would use). When finished at the cashier, Steven handed me a nicely pressed shirt on a hanger, ready to take home and wear the next day! Since there was always someone doing something to help me (preparing a shirt for fitting, returning shirts that didn't make my buy list, fitting me, bringing shirts to try, etc.), I was in and out in a jiffy after having accomplished what would have taken three times as long and five times the effort anywhere else. This, and the large selection, made this a great visit. Recommended and I plan to return.

So this place actually has $150 suits that aren't trash. If you're someone that doesn't wear a suit and regular basis oh, you want something that looks good, without spending three times the money this is the place to go. They do alt offer alteration services, but they are a little on the pricey side $40 to $80 for adjusting sleeves and taking in waist size.

Had to go to a wedding. Never owned a suit before. Don't even know how to tie a tie. Darryl Farrington got me fitted very comfortably and I now OWN a coat, pants, tie, and pressed shirt for cheaper than what men's warehouse was trying to charge me to rent. And by cheaper I mean 60$ difference. Of coarse men's warehouse would have gave me shoes with the rental package but who the *#@% rents shoes?
