I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress about a month ago, Jennifer Fuentes worked with me and she was fantastic! She found me a dress to compliment my body type when I was struggling with other dresses I had picked out. She was supposed to leave when I arrived for my appointment but she stayed and worked with me and was so kind and attentive! Would 10/10 recommend using here if you’re wanting a fun and successful dress shopping trip!

Ryan helped me find a dress in less than an hour! I told him I wanted something simple but flattering. I didn't want to make a big deal about buying a dress and Ryan understood that, making my experience very comfortable and stress free. If you have anxiety and/or don't like being the center of attention you can still go find a dress and find someone who will respect your wishes and help you at your comfort level! This was my worst fear but I really did not have much anxiety at all that day and I left excited about my dress. Thanks Ryan!

Great Place to get a wedding dress! The team is awesome! Best time when trying on dresses! They did not force me to purchase the first time around. Went back the second time to purchase a dress I seen online. They had it in stock! Alterations Team! Did such a great job. My dress was fitted 8 weeks prior to pick up. Went back the weekend before my wedding and my dress was big! Apparently I had lost 2 inches. Without doing anything different from my daily routine. The alteration team came out and figured out what to do next with limited time. I couldn’t go back within a few days because I had traveled from Colorado which is 4 hour drive. 8 hr round trip. Long story short! My dress held the girls up for the day with out any problems! Ha!

Book an appointment here- they seriously have it all!! Stephanie was incredible. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat and the process felt like I was working with a close friend rather than a consultant. She was kind and professional, helping me narrow down my decision to the first dress I tried. I searched far and wide to find a dress that suited my style. Thankfully, she was my consultant for appointment one and two and still went above and beyond the second time! I ended up buying my dress today and couldn’t feel better about it. I can’t wait to go back to pick out my shoes and accessories with Stephanie.

I originally went to the David's Bridal in California and had a horrible experience. I gave it a second shot and went to the one in Albuquerque and my goodness! What a world of a difference!! My stylist Sierra was absolutely amazing!! She was very attentive, made me feel great, has an awesome personality, and is fantastic at her job! She helped me to find gorgeous dresses! She made it a great experience! Overall very pleased with my visit.

I could not have asked for a better dress shopping experience than I had here. I am a plus sized bride and was very nervous about what the dress shopping experience would be like, I was pleasantly surprised! Sierra was my stylist and she went above and beyond to not only find me the dress I will be walking down the isle in, but also gave the confidence and positivity I needed during my appointment. Ellie was amazing to work with! Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. The shop had many beautiful dresses of all shapes, styles, and prices! It was easy for me to find my perfect dress including accessories. And having alterations right there in the shop made that part easy as well. Jen G was amazing! This was the second place I came to try on dresses and my first experience was was awful. Jen was kind, funny, listened to what I was after, but also let me try on things outside of what I thought I wanted. She helped me find veils and sashes and shoes to really give me an idea of what the full look would be. We never felt rushed. Jen really made me feel excited about trying on dresses. When I made my appointment with davids bridal it was only to get a feel of what dress style suits me best. I love my dress!!! The head seamstress went the extra mile to make my dress fit beautifully!! I have a short build and the dress was definitely designed for a taller build. My dress purchasing experience was great with Renee. They were extremely busy in the store that day and only 2 consultants but they made it work. My experience trying on dresses was that they were overbooked and I basically helped myself. When I went to alterations, my first experience was nice enough, but picking up my dress was painful. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I found someone who found someone who could help me. I was given the dress to try on to make sure the alterations were correct. When I put the dress on and stepped outside, I got a blank stare from the man who was helping me. During my first alterations appointment I was assured the dress would be pressed and tidied up, and it wasn't. When I inquired about that, I continued to get the blank stare, and then something about how it couldn't be done. The utter lack of interest and response was surprising. I'll order a steamer, and handle it myself, because every bride needs another thing to do. Good thing I'll never have to do this again...

Honestly, I was very skeptical of going in to try on wedding dresses. I hate dealing with salespeople. So, when it came time to pick a wedding dress, I chose one from an online store and ordered it...The only problem was, I didn't end up loving the way it fit me. It was clear I needed to try some dresses on! I made an appointment online at David's Bridal. It was quick and easy, and I found a time that worked into my schedule the coming Saturday. Being nervous, I brought some girlfriends along. But I didn't need to be nervous. Ryan listened so thoughtfully to what I wanted and brought some dresses I had picked out online. He also picked out a few that I wouldn't have chosen myself. One of his picks ended up being what I fell in love with. I'm so happy I made the choice to go into the store and try dresses on! The online portal, and in-person service made the whole process easy, and I am MUCH happier with my new dress. Thank you!

The ladies were all very helpful with answering questions. As busy as they were, I still received great service. What made my experience the best was Christina J. She helped me with finding the perfect dress. She was very sweet, patient and attentive. She gave her input and made me feel comfortable. I would give 10 stars if I could! I went to 4 bridal shops and looked extensively online for the perfect dress, and struggled to find many options I “liked,” much less “loved.” At David’s, I loved being able to see all the dresses and choose which I wanted to try on instead of most bridal shops who choose for you which you can try on. At David’s I was surprised at how many dresses I really liked, and ended up finding 3 serious contenders which were all under $1000. I finally chose my dress which ended up only costing me $250!!! I couldn’t believe it. Clarissa was so patient and helpful as I tried on dress after dress, and didn’t pressure me into any option. I highly recommend David’s to any bride who wants lots of great affordable options!

OMG!!! Hands down the best service and people I have ever seen and met. As this is my first time getting married and it will be my last, I am a 24 yr old gay male more on the feminine side. My two stylists were Sophie and Sierra. Going in, it was very nerve wracking. Not many men, or even gay men come into a bridal store looking for a wedding day outfit or gown or etc. I was scared that people would give me bad looks or whisper about me. Katy, the lovely and sweet and gorgeous red head at the check in desk set the tone. It was very comfortable, supportive and friendly. Making me feel as though I had known these people for years. They made me feel safe and comfortable and special and supported. Sophie and Sierra, words can't describe the thanks and comfort and appreciation I have for you. Sophie and Sierra, you made me feel seen, validated, safe, comfortable, supported and so much more. The staff here is absolutely the best. Hands down. The store manager Jennifer is so kind and welcoming and the staff truly makes the experience unique and one of a kind. To this davids bridal location thank you you all so much! The stylists are overbooked and can’t handle more than one person at a time. They get flustered and aren’t around to help the customer much because they have 2-3 girls at a time. I have been to several appointments there for my bridesmaids and myself and everyone was rushed and made to feel as if we were bothering when asked for different styles to try on. I as the bride was started late and was told I only had time for maybe 5 dresses. My MOH had to help me more than the employee did. At one point I was told to move away from a mirror because I was in the way of another bride. When I did pick my dress I was never given the bell to ring as the others were while I was there. I was just told to go to the front to check out. My MOH had to exchange her dress, I was relieved when we went for this third time that the store manger Jennifer helped us. She made sure we had all the time and styles we needed so we were not rushed through as if we didn’t matter. I applaud Jennifer I making out very terrible prior experiences into a much better one. The 4 stars are for her only and not for the store itself.

I cannot say enough amazing things about David's Bridal and the staff that work there. They are so professional and knowledgable. Jennifer Fuentes-Jones the sales manager was phenomenal. She went out of her way to assure that I had the exact things for my alterations appointment. I originally was going to wear a hoop for my dress but the lines were showing, so she recommended a petticoat. She had me try on 2 of them and it was exactly what I envisioned in my dress. There were so many people with appointments!! My appointment was at 1:30, but didn’t get called until 1:50 or so. There were a lot of attendants however. I did find my dress and I’m really excited about it - and that I can get it altered to fit me perfect!!

David's bridal is a great place to get a dress! Their price range is broad, they have dresses starting at $99 (sometimes even less if there's a sale or clearance/rack priced), and their MAX for a wedding dress is $2k. Extremely good for brides and bridesmaids. They have dresses for all occasions, too. Alterations are a little expensive, but I didn't shop around for other alteration prices on wedding dresses, so maybe it's par. Check it out!

I was helping my friend find a dress to attend her sister’s upcoming wedding. She is a plus size woman, and we had been having a hard time finding anything suitable in her size at other stores and the mall. Someone told us that David’s Bridal carries a wide range of sizes, and I’m so grateful that we went. We were helped by Stephanie and Jennifer—they were both not only so kind and accommodating, but very knowledgeable and understanding of the challenges of fitting dresses to different body types. The entire time we were there, they were so kind and patient with us even though there was a lot of demand for their attention. I don’t know how they do it, but they were just wonderful and helped make my friend’s day by finding the right dress for her that would fit her and be flattering on her figure. I appreciate these ladies so much. Can’t recommend them enough!

I went in to my first bridal appointment and the consultant, Andrea, was amazing! She actually pulled the dress I bought. She asked what I did and didn't like about the dresses I tried on and in the end she pulled out the dress that was perfect! Andrea did an amazing job in helping me find my perfect wedding dress! The only thing that was perfect was the dress I actually ordered, they didn't have a sample in a size big enough for me to try on, size 16/18. So I had to order the dress in hopes that I like the slight difference it has from the one I tried on. I think with a chain as big as David's bridal is, they should have a smaller size and a plus size sample in every dress they have in the show room.

My entire experience has been amazing. I feel like I need an event just to have to go and buy another evening gown. When I went in with my sister to find my wedding dress I was not too excited to shop I honestly was just going to go the simple route. My stylist Jen Garcia was amazing she made the process for me so easy and was able to find my dress on the first try and right before ringing the I found my dress Bell she had me close my eyes and picture myself fiancé face when walking down the isle when we get married , I could so see his face crying about how beautiful i look in my dress I couldn’t hold back my tears imagining his. I went in, desperate, because a dress I'd ordered online from another vendor wasn't going to be in on time for my wedding. When the original dress DID come in with time to use it for my wedding, Haley was so gracious during the return, and made it stress-free. UPDATE: September 2021: Jennifer saved the day! She was soo professional and helpful, we could not be more please with her customer service. We were very surprised to hear she was not the store manager, as the lady who is was very abrasive and unfriendly. We are happy knowing Jennifer is back and will definitely be back to work with her. Thank you so much Jen! This David's bridal deserves five stars all the way across the sky! The first place I went to try on wedding dresses was Uptown Bridal where I had a terrible experience: I was never told beforehand that I could only try on four dresses at my appointment. The girl helping me was completely new and had never done a bridal appointment; she was terribly slow and the manager wasn't helping her help me. I felt super rushed and because they were getting ready to do a bridal show, everyone there seemed too distracted to assist me and I wasn't allowed to try on any dresses I came there for. My trip to David's Bridal was a whole other story. My consultant, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing at making me feel not stressed, not rushed and happy to help me in any way she could. I'm super indecisive but she took the time to ask my likes and dislikes, and let me try on the dresses my mother and I picked out as well as her choices for me. She even had to help another bride at the same time as me, but still managed to make me feel like she was dedicated to helping me find the one. Upon checkout of some cute bridal items, the rest of the staff and manager were nothing but pleasant and welcoming. I have been to this David’s Bridal a few times. I will say it is not the best. The one in Lubbock is very nice. The customer service is iffy at best in Albuquerque. Sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they’re not. Anna the store manager is nice I have worked with her before. Today, we worked with Andrea and I will say I was not impressed. We wanted to order a bridesmaid dress but it will not be in for four months so that didn’t work out! We ended up getting a flower girl dress for my niece. However, I almost wish we had ordered it online as I hate giving commission to a rude sales consultant. I hope Andrea will work on her attitude in the future. The receptionist was very friendly.

We walked into David’s Bridal without an appointment. We started browsing through Flower Girl dresses and then headed to the dressing room. Although, i had been making my own research, scavenging thru the website hunting for some beautiful bridal gowns until one dawned on me and i never took my eyes of it. When I reached the shop My stylist Jennifer omg she was so amazing i wasn't even saying much but as if we had a connection she just new my size just by looking at me. She gave great customer service and believe when my gown went out of stock that i almost wanted to flip she and her manager tried to find a solution to resolve it and they did. Monica was amazing! I highly recommend her, she was very intuitive which is necessary for styling. She helped me find a dress I didn’t even know I was looking for! She was very accommodating for my guests and managed to help us while she was also styling another bride. She helped me stay within my budget which I didn’t expected but greatly appreciated. However I do not plan on coming back to the store. The manager of the store was very rude and snippy. We waited for over 20 minutes at the register just waiting to get someone’s attention while she talked with another employee about the schedule and when she was going on vacation. We were inquiring about potential coupons or offers that could be applied to my purchase and she acted like she was offended that we had even thought to ask. Our whole transaction took over 30 minutes just to buy one dress that was already pulled aside because the manager was not too rushed to help us in the slightest. She stood beside us still discussing her vacation while the stylist and I waited for her assistance on the transaction. I wish that I could have ordered my dress online just to avoid having interacted with her. I would not recommend this store to anyone, the manager will act like you are inconveniencing her by just being there

I made two appointments with David's bridal. My initial appointment i tried on multiple dresses and the second was to try on my top three and order the dress. Both appointments I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door by extremely nice women, very welcoming and got me checked in quickly. They have you sanitize your hands at check in and have the fitting room area set up for social distancing. My bridal consultant both times was Victoria. She was amazing and very helpful. I told her what I wanted and what my budget was and she picked out a great bunch of dresses for me to try on. I appreciated that she added a jeweled belt to some dresses when I had them on, or a veil, etc. to make the vision in the dress more clear. I chose my dress and I "rang the bell" which is a nice added touch they do. I can't wait for my dress to come in!! I would like to thank everyone at David's bridal making my dress buying experience as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this location.

For me, it’s really about customer service. Jocelyn, the girl helping me, was very sweet and fun to work with! She was very LOW PRESSURE as a salesperson, which I really love - it’s a big enough and stressful enough decision without someone trying to convince you of it! Although David’s Bridal lacked a some of the focused one-on-one attention of some more prestigious boutiques, Jocelyn did really well balancing my appointment with the other bride she was helping, offered some helpful suggestions, pulled dresses in my budget, gave honest feedback on the dresses that flattered my figure most, all in all a really good experience. I cannot stress enough how much fun Jocelyn was to have helping me, and how low-pressure a sale it was! As a store, they have a really good selection of dresses, in a very wide range of styles and prices.

I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and need a specific David’s Bridal color dress. I went to a David’s Bridal in another state and they didn’t have my size in stock so I drove to Albuquerque. This location had a much larger selection of everything and seems newer and more upscale than the other location. I had a 30 minute appointment I checked in, waited 15 minutes to be helped. My sales person was ok, they were able to find a few dresses in my size. They hung my 3 options in the dressing room and left to assist a walk in customer. One of the dresses didn’t even go over my head because they brought me a child’s size! Once I figured out my size, I was waiting on confirmation from the bride on the dress choice before ordering. The sales person told me to make sure to order through the store so they could get the commission! Then told me to at least give them a 5 star google review. I don’t feel my experience was five star worthy. I also think you don’t think that person should get commission because they left me to help a walk in.

Once I was greeted by Jennifer, she did her absolute best to find a way around my indecisiveness to every dress I didn’t like. She was not only HELPFUL but she knew what I envisioned. I was beyond picky and she took her time picking out dresses, accessories to make it perfect. She was friendly to me and especially my family and I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a consultant than her. I was laughing, crying, and it felt like she was someone I had known for a long time. If there is anyone I would recommend is JENNIFER. She went above and beyond and she made my nervousness turn into a relaxed joyful evening. I have so much I still want to say, it’s just she was so so relatable and personal that a shy timid person like me can get along with someone who not only made me feel comfortable, but was so outgoing, funny, and ahhh so so helpful . Prior going to Macy's and Dillard's I tried on about 50 different dresses wasn't in love with them and also the prices! I had a lady named Bess as my dress consultant at David’s Bridal and she was great !! When I initially came in I was greeted and the staff seemed just as excited as I was. I already had a set of dresses in mind and Bess listened to what I wanted, she was able to gather some dresses that I had chosen off of the website but ultimately let’s face it... there are some dresses that do not fit the way you think they will, with that being said Bess was patient and without me asking she provided several beautiful dresses for me that complimented my shape and the type of wedding I am having. Overall it was a stress free appointment, very welcoming and everything seemed quick even though we were there for almost 3 hrs. At the end of the appointment I had a veil, the dress and all other accessories, I felt confident in my choice with the help of Bess. She truly is an expert at what she does and at the end of my visit the whole team had me and my family in tears with their tradition that they do for all the brides that find their dress. Josilynn was great! She's fun and a go- with- the- flow kind of stylist. She definitely still steer you in the right direction with gowns. I give the experience a 4 only because she did not experiment with accessories and I had to go back into the store and play with veils after I was ready to go home. We discussed what I was interested in style wise, discussed what looked good on my body type as well as venue, outdoor/indoor, and theme so she could envision how the dress would tie in. I gave 3 stars because I have a mixed review. The first time we went in, we were not greeted or treated well. We asked to make an appt there and were told there were none available, with out being asked for a date that would work. Made to feel like we were simply not welcome. After waiting a week, we made an appt on the website. Nervous and anxious, we went in. At first we were treated well but that soon changed. After telling our stylist the size we felt b the bride needed she insisted on bringing out dresses that were 2 sizes too small. Around 45 minutes into the appt we started to get pressed to decide on a dress. Our bride, finally getting on a dress that fits properly, decided on one only to find out that if we ordered it, the dress would arrive the day before the wedding! When we said absolutely not, the stylist was irritated and told us to just take the display dress. That would haven been fine if it was in decent condition. It had makeup all over it, snags, tears and missing buttons. We asked if there was any way to have the display dress cleaned, they don't offer that. We asked if they could offer a discount to compensate for the cleaning and repairs, they agreed at 10%. Discouraged, we left. We returned the next day to buy it after consulting with a seamstress and a dry cleaner. When we went to the cashier area we were helped by a lovely young lady, Elijah. She was able to get the dress ordered and in 6 weeks before the wedding! We scheduled fitting and alterations for the day after it arrives and left so happy. Had we not had been in love with that dress, they would have lost our business. Most of the stylists were snotty and made us feel out of place. I will not shop there for future events, including my wedding. Huge thanks to the girls at the cashier station, they seem to be the only ones who care about the customers.

We went to see what styles of dresses were available for my maids and mom, along with doing a test of some different height shoes for my dress. Our stylist, Victoria, was very patient with us as we pulled about a dozen dresses for my maids to try on. Victoria even went and found several different styles for everyone to try on and was SUPER helpful. All told we spent just over 2 hours there today, keeping Victoria longer than she was scheduled for. Everyone has been extremely helpful every time I’ve been in to the shop. They made it right! I found my wedding dress here but it needed some alterations to fit correctly. I only had 2 weeks but they said it could be done. I went back the Friday before my big day and the dress did not fit. I was panicked and wanted to cry. I thought I was going to walk down the aisle in Jean's and a t-shirt. But Madison, Anna and Jennifer told me not to worry. Madison remeasured me, undid the stitching that didn't work and asked me to come back in an hour. When I returned, the nightmare was now my dream dress! It fit perfectly and everyone loved it. My husband was in awe when he saw me and could not believe how amazing my dress was considering the amazing deal I got and hearing me tell him there was no way it was going to fit. I am in awe of Madison's talent as a seamstress and my stylist Anna and the manager Anna were amazing! Everyone has things go wrong but the true measure of greatness is the ability to make a mistake right. They went above and beyond to make it right so my wedding day was perfect! I can't thank them enough for making me look like a beautiful bride!

I just want to personally recommend Alicia from the David’s Bridal on Louisiana Blvd in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Alicia was super attentive and genuinely engaged. My wedding dress is absolutely stunning and the seamstress did amazing with my alterations. 2 critiques would be when getting your dress and if needed it altered, be prepared for some pretty pricey alterations. I paid half of what I did for my dress on alterations and that was really unexpected. Also there was some hiccups I had to order my dress and I recieved several calls to pick it up when it arrived, even after them arranging for me to leave it there until my alteration appointment. Also after my alterations I recieved a call sooner than my appointment telling me my dress was ready and I needed to pick it up immediately (3 days or they would ship it to me) so I rushed from work early to get there just to find out my dress was not ready. Super inconvenient beings that I lived/work 40 mins from the location I even called to let them know I was coming. Some communication opportunities with the team. If you get your dress altered make sure to communicate with the alterations department, as it's a different department from the store. But overall got a beautiful dress and the woman who altered my dress did an amazing job and she was so sweet.

My daughter Julie had two different appointments at David's Bridal as she looked for her wedding dress. What a lovely experience both of them were! In the first appointment she was helped by Dominique (I hope I am remembering her name correctly), another consultant, and one of the managers, whose names I didn't get. They all took such good care of her as Julie tried on wedding dresses for the first time. I could see that they did a good job making Julie feel special and attended to. Julie fell in love with a beautiful dress, but wasn't quite ready to ring the bell. At her second appointment Julie was helped by Trish, with Teresa assisting her. Once again such good care was taken of Julie as she tried on her two top dresses and knew that the one she had fallen in love with was indeed "the one". When Julie was ready to ring the bell, Trish had her close her eyes and talked her through envisioning her wedding day and then ringing the bell. It was a beautiful moment that brought tears to my eyes. Trish was so lovely to work with! I will always cherish the memory of my daughter finding her perfect dress. Thank you to all the wonderful consultants who helped us at David's Bridal.

First, I would admit they were my 2nd choice stop after I had an earlier appointment in town with a local bride shop. I left from the local shop disappointed and worried that I won’t find the “one” dress I wanted because they assured me the dress I was looking for was non-existing. Well, 3 miles down the road, Jennifer from David’s bridal found the “one”. My experience at the store was amazing from the min I walked in: we were allowed to look thru the shop, touch the dresses, choose what we were looking for, and try the ones I wanted. At the end, it was a dressed picked by Jennifer and it was perfect. Not only she listened to me and allowed me to try the dresses I wanted, but she also was patiently waiting to propose me her idea which was wonderful. And it was 1/3 of the price the other shop was quoting me. Amazing!!!!.... I highly recommend their services. Thank you

I bought my dress here in May and had a lovely experience. Yuri was kind and patient, helping me find the perfect dress! I came in with my bridesmaids on July 17th, and it was great. The only problem was that one of the dresses had multiple stains and that would be the one that we’d have to purchase, because it couldn’t be ordered in my MOH’s size. The manager (Anna) offered to try to clean it, and told us we could return anytime Monday (today) to see if my MOH was okay with the outcome for her to purchase. We also had an appt on July 18th with my junior bridesmaids, and Beth was great. The only thing that was a bit off was a comment of “just put her on a diet” when they only had a smaller size available in one of the dresses my 10yo Junior Bridesmaid was interested in. While we found super cute dresses in their sizes, I felt that was a bit inappropriate, even if it was meant in a joking manor. Today (Monday) we returned per the managers instructions to review the MOH dress. We didn’t have an appt, and would have made one if that’s what we were instructed to do. The other manager (Julie?) stated that because we didn’t have an appt, she didn’t have anyone available to help us. She told us we could take a room and try things on, but we just wouldn’t have an associate helping us. Fortunately, Yuri was available for questions, and offered to help us through the whole process! YURI GETS 10/10, while our other experiences not so much. I hope alterations is a great experience.

I came in to find my wedding dress and initially worked with Anna, the store manager and she was GREAT! She suggested that we try on a few different silhouettes just to be sure that the style I was going for was perfect for me and I loved that because it opened my mind up to different options. She also suggested that before I make my final decision that I should sleep on it and come back the next day which I did! We worked with Maya the following day and let me tell you Maya is PHENOMENAL! Maya helped me choose the dress of my dreams. She guided me and asked me certain questions and helped me vision myself and my fiancé on our day and at that really helped me finalize the one I chose. She also gave me tuxedo suggestions to give to my fiancé which I love her for! I am so so happy we decided to come back the next day and so glad Anna suggested I do so, so I can ring the bell and celebrate finding the perfect fit. I’m just so grateful for both of these amazing women for making this experience more magical than I could have imagined. I love them! They are the best and made me 10 times more excited for my special day. Thank you ladies! 10/10 experience.

Wonderful experience! I had booked an apt for 1030am and due to circumstances I had to cancel the evening before.. I was then able to swing by this morning around 1130am to just see a dress and even though i didn't have an apt the stylist was able to assist me with trying on the dress. I was underwhelmed by the dress i tried on and Jennika could tell and she immediately grabbed a second dress for me to try even though she was just squeezing me in.. and i loved the second dress. I had two appointments at David’s today in search of dresses for my 3 bridesmaids. The first one went horribly and we left very unhappy after receiving virtually no help and a terrible attitude, so I mostly scheduled the second appointment for the day out of spite after we were told we could only try on 4 dresses since they had to be steamed after being tried on. However, when we showed up a couple hours later for the second appointment, Victoria was a literal angel sent from heaven above. She was extremely helpful and made recommendations based on the style I liked and we ended up buying the perfect dress for my girls. I can’t thank Victoria enough for being so helpful, from zipping up dresses to pinning them back when they were too big, to calling various stores in other states to get the dress from another store so it would be here in time. We had the best experience at David’s Bridal thanks to the accommodating staff, the alterations consultant, and mostly our stylist Vanessa. We tried on several dresses and wanted something very specific. Every time we ran out of ideas she would come back with a new solution, something else to try, or an idea outside the box. We spent hours there and she never made us feel pressure or like we were annoying her as we have felt at other places. It felt like she cared about us and what we wanted. She listened to what we wanted and was able to find what we were looking for as well as some ideas we didn’t even think about that really worked out! She is so amazing, she made our experience so great. I would recommend her to anyone!

Love love love this location. The store was so clean and organized and all the girls were so friendly. Jennifer, my stylist, was AMAZING! I tried on one dress and by dress number two, she had nailed it. I was unable to have anyone there with me when I said "YES!! to the dress" but the ladies there that night were the perfect fill-in family and I was brought to tears when I rang the bell. Trying on and choosing your wedding dress is one of those things that every girl dreams about and these ladies truly had a way of bringing this moment to life for me. I had an amazing experience and I would recommend any girl looking to find a wedding dress or any special occasions dress to go here! My stylist worked with my budget and also they love the military so I got a killer military discount. Jennifer, Julie, and Alysia are a great team that made this a very enjoyable experience for me. Trisha, another manager, and such a sweetheart, helped me save tons on alterations by finding the dress closest to my size so less alterations had to be made. I'm beyond thrilled that these ladies helped me find 'the one'. I love my dress almost as much as the man I'm going to marry!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress! Jennifer Fuentes at the Albuquerque location helped my mom and I find the dress of my dreams! She was helpful and gave us many creative and different options when it came to accessorizing! She truly is a professional. As far as the David’s Bridal selection of dresses, I was also very impressed. I not only found a beautiful wedding dress but I also found an informal civil short dress that I fell in love with. The prices were very reasonable and they happened to have a 20% discount going when I scheduled my appointment! Lucky me!

I had such a wonderful experience picking out my wedding dress! My family came from out of town to help me with my experience in choosing my gown and my stylist was so helpful! She even took in come dresses my mom and dad wanted to see me in as well as some of the ones I had picked out. She was so nice and intuitive about how i felt about each dress and changed the style of each new dress based off what I said I had liked and disliked about the previous dress. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The girl who did my measurements was nice as well, however I feel like more training on taking measurements would be helpful. I was told I was in between sizes 10-12. There was not a 10 to try on so she brought me the 12 and it was way too big on me. I was then told ordering the larger size and taking it in would be best, I completely understand that logic however this dress was way too big for even that. It honestly made me feel pretty uncomfortable. She did bring a size 8 and it fit great. Overall it was a nice appointment, again maybe just more training on measurements.

I would 100% recommend Davids Bridal. When you arrive they let you look at dresses in the showroom while your specialist is setting up your fitting room. I thought this was awesome because you can scope out the dresses you wanted to try on. I went to another place in town, and they did not give me the option to look at the dresses from the racks. They assumed they knew what i wanted. Adrianna was extremely helpful and friendly, she was very knowledgeable as to what dress to pick out next based off my likes and dislikes from the previous dresses i tried on. Compared to another bridal shop i went to, Davids Bridal dresses are of great quality even for a great price!

The seamstress was really nice and knowledgeable. I am sure my dress will come out great, however, I think it’s was a bit pricy for as little alterations that my dress needs. It just needs a simple hem at the bottom and taken in very little on the sides and it’s costing $300 for that.
