6 p.m. Mass is conveniently timed, has no music so it goes quickly, and typically has Fransiscans giving a true homily that resonates and recharges.

St Eugene has been my parish since 1986. I grew up in this school and church and it has given me the knowledge and tools needed for the rest of my life. Currently Fr. Matthew Fernan is our pastor and he has done a wonderful job leading our community. Him and Deacon John Duffy do it basically solo and they make time for all their parishioners. I read a few reviews regarding the appearance of the church. As a landlord and business owner I can say that there is a lot of overhead in keeping a building together and afloat. Yes the roof does need work. Yes the drop ceiling inside of the church needs replacing. But you need the right amount of income to accommodate these repairs. The church recently replaced the entire HVAC heating and cooling unit. We have a lot of seniors that visit the parish daily and in the summer they need to be inside of a cool church and in the winter we need to keep everyone warm. I’m sure sooner or later the other repairs will come in leaps and bounds. The church has already done a fantastic job with upgrades to keep the parish going. There is plenty of parking even on holidays. There’s also a lower parking lot in case the upper parking lot fills up. Cut these guys some slack :) They have a job to do just like anyone else and they’re doing an excellent job at it!

It's a regular Catholic Church I don't connect well with it I find they have too many rules and we're not accommodating when I have several deaths in my family. Too many rules when a family wants to say good bye to their loved ones and once a play certain songs that bring back memories that should not he stopped
