As a sanctuary and place of reflection in a often chaotic world, you would be hard pressed to find better. The congregation and choir are welcoming, and the Pastor is passionate yet proffesional. There is a school and day care service, and many community programs. They offer piano lessons and the hall can be reserved for your functions. I cannot recommended a better place to join if you want to feel at home and loved.

How does one "rate" a church? It is very subjective, I think, and involves not only the physical space but the people who serve and worship there as well. All of that, in turn, is wrapped in my own personal beliefs and relationship to my faith. So, the easy part is to say that the building is marvelous, like an old fashioned Mediterranean style church, complete with a bell tower and soon to be completed, pipe organ, with 1,890 pipes! This is a great visual setting for any wedding. The staff, including pastor Steve and George, the church administrator, Pat, Janet, James, and a lot of other nice folks, are always available and eager to help anyone with anything, within reason. If you are traveling Lutherans you will feel at home at the Sunday services.

We attended for the unveiling of the new organ. This is not my home church but we felt very welcomed and had a fun night hearing the tunes and stories of how they came to be.
