I was blown away by how welcoming the community is. Meeting with the pastor, me and my wife learned more about the "why" behind why they do things a little differently here. Hard to be a stranger in this church - but easy way to connect with people. Unlike a lot of churches I've been a part of, they take the initiative. It was really refreshing being in a church focused on all the people there, rather than a great concert or an amazing speaker.

It feels more connected than the huge churches I grew up in. The pastors seem really passionate about what they're doing and they really believe in it. The sermons are genuine and don't stray away from topics like mental health, moreover they actually explore them. I've been there two Sundays and I've left feeling poured into both times. The people are friendly and you wont leave without someone saying hello and asking about yourself, if you're on the fence like I was, I'd drop by and see what North City is about.

We love this church. The people are very welcoming and real. They don’t put on a fake face which I really appreciate. They put a strong emphasis on the Bible and reaching out to the neighborhood.
