I don't even know where to start. After my very first session I wanted to give a 5 star review. Having come from a negative experience with another chiropractor I'd been going to, I came here seeing the other reviews and I can't describe how happy and enthusiastic and excited I was having been with Kevin for just one session. He took X-Rays, discussed what he saw, asked about by experience, and actually like, spent time working on you. His adjustments are amazing. I'm still not anywhere near recovery from a crazy injury 4 years ago but now I've been going to his practice for over 2 months and already there is remarkable progress. Great staff, great equipment, and most of all excellent, excellent care. If you're looking for a chiropractor, trust me this is the only place to go

I'm currently a patient and am very happy with the care here. I've been to chiropractors before where you go in and the doctor is in the room with you for maybe 5 minutes... that is not the case here. They take their time to make sure they understand your pain and treat you accordingly. They go above and beyond and I never feel rushed out. When I first came to DE Spine, I had no prior knowledge on Chiropractic Therapy. I can honestly say that Dr. Catagnus has made me a believer in what they do here. I have been receiving treatment for a little over a month and I went from taking a medicine cocktail every day at work (Tylenol, Aleve, Ibuprofen) to now only feeling minor pain and not needing pain releivers at all. Dr. Catagnus took x-rays and spent time going over them with me. I left after my first appointment feeling well informed and confident in all of his recommendations and plans for improving my quality of life. Every time I come they give great customer service, they’re friendly and professional, My first visit I had ex rays done and he went over them with me identifying my problem areas and we built a plan of care specifically for my needs and I got an adjustment the same day. I highly recommend this facility for any and everyone who has been in an accident or just needs routine adjustments. I also would like to add Dr.Cattie is very good at what he does and coming to get adjustments also feels like you're talking with a good friend or even a therapist, he's very invested in his patients. I fly in from Ohio for a business trip in serious back agony. I was unable to get seen at the weekend, but Kevin and team got me in within an hour of landing. And they work some serious miracles. I was struggling to sit or walk and all I wanted to do was lay down. On my first session they managed to make things more a little less painful. Went back again on the next day and Kevin improved my range of motion. By day 3 I was a million times better but still went back prior to a flight home to ensure I was truly comfortable on my flight. I’m a newer patient at Delaware Spine, but have been a patient of Dr. Cattie’s for approx 2 years at a different practice. I was impressed enough to refer friends and family to him before, but now that he has opened his own practice, I basically take all the business cards every time I leave. I always need more since I find myself handing them out to everyone. When it comes to adjustments, Dr. Cattie is the the most thorough chiropractor, and doctor in general, I have ever been treated by. Some of his techniques that were new to me but actually provided results, when the more “common” approaches I was used to were not. And no complaint is too small - even a sore thumb or stuffy sinuses. I’ve experienced more relief (without medication) for those kinds of ailments from seeing him than I have from seeing my primary care physician. In addition to that, I always walk out educated - With exercises or stretching techniques tailored for me. The office is a lovely building with a tranquil vibe and comfortable lobby. The office staff is beyond sweet and accommodating. They even went out of their way to help me find their parking lot (it wasn’t that hard, but they were sweet about it anyway). The building has a flow that provides each patient with privacy and the best care, including state of the art X-rays that blew my mind. Dr. Cattie explained the layers of muscles down to the bones which made it easy to understand visually why I was in pain and then provided a treatment plan for what I needed to do to fix it before it became worse - without overselling just to get more visits than necessary - which I respect. Beyond the feel of the office and excellence of care, you walk away feeling like you were treated as a whole person, not just a generic patient. I feel like Dr. Cattie makes every effort to connect and get to know his patients and never rushes them out of the door, which leads to a better visit overall. The more you can tell him about your habits or a fall that happened, the better he can help you - and he gives you time to do that. You’ll want to come back for the whole experience even when your ailments go away (and you should because maintenance is important, plus it’s a nice thing to do for yourself that is medically beneficial)! I could go on and on. I have nothing but good things to say.

My first time visiting a chiropractor and everything went exceptionally well. Delaware Spine was recommended to me by a friend who happens to be a professional bodybuilder. Upon entry I felt right at home. Dr. Cattie was very transformative while breaking down all the medical gibberish into layman’s terms. Once we got all the technical stuff out the way it was on to the table. I walked into the office feeling very tight in my lower back area. (Fun fact, earlier that day I got a massage thinking that would help. I was wrong) First, was a series of lower back stretches that felt amazing. Then it was on to the actual back cracking which went very well. Afterwards I felt great. I left the office feeling a cooling sensation in my lower back area. I remember walking back to my car thinking no way. All in all I had a great experience. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the time I left the office. I love this place I have severe fibromyalgia migraines and those chronic pain and Dr Cattie has been a godsend. He has helped me not only with readjusting my body but has taught me how to stretch so that I can continue to alleviate some of my pain. I have gone from maybe 9/10 on my pain scale to a 7 most days and 5 on good days. I've only been going to him for the last 2 months. I would recommend anyone to goto Dr Chris Catagnus for any back/neck pain. I had a severe neck and back pain which was cascading till my right arm. With my first visit to Dr Chris, he was able to figure out the right stretches and concrete plan to fix my neck and back issues. I was able to feel better with the first session itself. Three weeks down , I am feeling almost 90%. Dr Chris takes out time to listen, doesn’t rush you up and pays attention to your input . I would definitely recommend Dr Chris.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Catagnus for the past 2+ years and have noticed a significant difference in how I feel. I was hesitant at first as I had never worked with a chiropractor before, however, Dr. Catagnus alleviated any reservations almost immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to get to know me and what was important to me. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it and it’s even allowed me to learn some new things along the way!
