For the past few years I've dealt with pain in my neck, shoulders, and lower back,along tingling numbness that shot down the whole right side of me. I'd grown semi accustomed to it, and had developed a very high pain tolerance. After the first month of adjustments with Dr John, i was taking my morning break and went to do my usual stretching to help alleviate my "normal" pain and sore I realized I wasn't sore or stiff. I'm writing this after my 3rd month of adjustments, and my mobility and pain is no longer on an extended scale but manageable. John and his team are and have always been supremely friendly, welcoming and eager to explain any questions I've had. My only regret is not knowing about John and his team sooner!

For the last 6 years I have hated going to the doctor. Not because I am scared of them, or because I dislike them. But because I am sick of hearing the same four responses over and over again. “everything LOOKS fine,” “your labs are within normal range,” “you are too young to have that problem,” or my personal favorite “take this and come back in four to six months.” Always left the doctors office with more questions than when I first arrived. And I will admit, when I first started seeing Dr.John I was a bit leery. How can something so small make a difference? How can he be so sure that he can help me? Dr.John did a fantastic job in explaining the process to me, answering all of my questions, and let me know how he was going to help me feel better. After just one short month of adjustments not only was I more positive mentally, but physically. I am able to perform daily tasks that had caused me pain for 7 long years. My wrists and shoulders no longer bother me daily. My headaches are nearly gone. I haven’t had siatic pain since my second week of adjustments. I have now been seeing Dr.John for 6 months now and am very greatful to him for helping me feel like myself again. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. No words can express how grateful I am. Thank you so much :)))

I have been going weekly for the past month and I am so impressed! My daily headaches have almost completly stopped and my hip pain from carrying my children on my hips is so much better! They get you in and out so you can just stop in whenever works best for you! The staff is so nice and kid friendly incase you have a few tag alongs. I'm so glad a found a place that uses a different technique then your usual twisting and cracking!

Always a great experience when going to ignite! starting with the friendly smiles and welcome from the girls at the front desk to seeing the doctor and getting adjusted! They truly care and treat you like family! They take their time to listen and address your concerns! They are also quick to accommodate my husbands ever changing work schedule which to us is huge! 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommend!
