After 2+ years of struggling with my son's EPIC tantrums/meltdowns, two friends recommended I take him to see a chiropractor. I was a bit skeptical at first but truly willing to try anything. I received a recommendation for OptiLife and I'm SO glad I did. Dr. Rachel is WONDERFUL. On our first visit she took the time to listen and ask thoughtful follow up questions about what our experience had been, what his tantrums look like, what other interventions we've tried etc. I didn't feel rushed or hurried in the slightest (a very rare experience I've found). After only a few adjustments my husband and I began noticing a change in our son's disposition. He truly is like a different kid. He's still a toddler, and we still have our moments, but it all feels so much more manageable. And he LOVES going to see Dr. Rachel. She starts every visit just like the first one- asking how we're doing, what we're noticing etc. And she really listens. It has been such a wonderful experience for our whole family. I cannot recommend highly enough. If you're curious or considering an adjustment for yourself or a family member I say do it! The results have been so impactful for our family.

I had an appt today for my baby and I and I was so happy with the relief I experienced when the visit was over. We saw Rachel and she has amazing bedside manners and was very caring and thoughtful especially since my baby was not comfortable to be on the table yet, she still was able to treat him while he was laying belly side down on me. We were both very comfortable, and she relieved so much pain from my back and neck manually. Her pressure was spot on, and was very careful with her movements on me which i appreciated. Definitely will have to follow up for another adjustment next time with her.

I recently had a terrible experience with vertigo. After visiting my medical doctor and going to physical therapy I found no relief. I then went to my chiropractor Dr Danielle and after the second adjustment I found relief for the first time in two months. If you experience vertigo I highly recommend going to Dr Danielle for help. She gave me hope and with continued visits I am much better now. Suffering with vertigo caused nausea and sleepiness. I had a great experience at OPTILIFE. We came in for my daughter’s first baby chiropractor appointment. The staff at front is very nice, and the wait time is very quick! We saw Dr. Amanda who was amazing and super friendly. She went over everything, no detail was left out. I never been to a chiropractor before starting my treatments three weeks ago at Optilife. First the office is run very efficiently and smoothly. All the employees are extremely caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Rachel has spent the necessary time to diagnose my issues , and implement the correct healing procedures. During my time working with her, the pain in my back has drastically decreased after each visit. I am very grateful for her help. I highly recommend Optilife for your chiropractor needs. Ps, they have a bonus. If your are a dog lover like me, you are greeted each visit my a golden retriever to make you feel welcome.

Dr. Danielle has an innate ability to determine your issue and treat it effectively. She is the best chiropractor that I have ever had and I have had about 6 to 7 over my lifetime. I think part of it is that she seems to really believe in and loved what she does. She is also very caring and very punctual with her appointments. Super important for busy clients. She also seems to do a very good job of hiring her staff as they are always professional, efficient and super nice. Two of my children (19 & 21) have also gone to her and they absolutely love her.

I highly recommend Dr Rachel Wroblewski. I came for postpartum (post C section) evaluation and for colicky newborn evaluation. My baby also had some asymmetry in shoulder/neck area - he kept his head mostly turned to one side. After couple of sessions my back, knee and hip pains improved. My posture is better now and I do not experience pain in pelvic girdle when I walk. My baby is significantly better - less fussinesses, less gas and overall calmer. As result I was able to implement sleep training techniques. His neck is less tense as well so he can move his head more freely (it is no longer turned preferentially to one side).

I am 9 months pregnant and was having severe hips and pelvis pain. My doctor recommended me to visit a chiropractor to help with the pain. After doing hours of research, I decided to give Optilife a try. I am so glad I did ! The office is located in a very convenience place and the staff is just wonderful. Amanda is very caring and addressed all my concerns about the pain I was having. I noticed an immediate improvement after my first consultation. Cherie also gave me an amazing prenatal massage. Dr. Hoeffner listens to you, which is more than many other chiropractors I have seen. She takes her time to make sure she adjusts anything that needs adjusting (including knees and ankles), and works with you if you do not like strong manual adjustments. Unlike some chiropractors, she lets you come on your own schedule, rather than requiring a certain number of visits per month. Overall, she allows you to choose the best treatment plan for your life. Additionally, she has other therapy techniques to assist in your recovery and the office staff are very courteous. Finally, the therapy dogs make the entire visit even more enjoyable!

I started seeing Dr Amanda last year when I was pregnant and have continued to take my daughter there ever since her birth. We started seeing Dr Amanda as a pediatric chiropractor and we had immediate results for our 18 month old. She was throwing up when crying, not sleeping, and constipated. After the first visit she slept longer than she had since a newborn. After the second she was having regular bowel movements and slept through the night. It was like magic!! The adjustments are easy and she is happy during them as Dr Amanda checks baby while on your lap so they are happy. The office staff is always friendly and the office is clean. The combined skills and willingsness to use all techniques and crossing over from chiropractic, orthopedic and pain management I was afforded treatment much quicker and I am hopeful to recover more quickly and with less pain and discomfort. The staff at Optilife is special. Take note when you consider a chiropractor next time. I switched due to an insurance issue and did not want to. Thank God I found Optilife. First rate.

What an amazing practice! I found them after searching for relief from severe sciatica. After treating me, an MRI was recommended & because of that the issue was found and ultimately I needed surgery. Once I recover from that, I will absolutely be back. I had been going to other doctors for over a year, where unfortunately I was "patched up" with pain meds and sent on my way, never really addressing the true cause. At Optilife you will feel cared for, that your health is put first, and the recommendations are tailored for exactly what you need. I can walk again, I can stand up straight, I'm back to my pain free self and looking forward to keeping it that way.
