Very pleased with the progress I’ve made with Dr. Casey. After experiencing one month of constant, severe dizziness, I made the call to Upper Cervical of SF. Dr. Casey was able to get me in for my first appointment within a week, and after just one adjustment I had significant relief. He took the time to listen to any questions and gave constant reassurance that helped me get through the difficult days in the beginning. I’ve only been seeing him for 4 months and am now mostly symptom-free and able to live a normal life again! Highly recommend!

I clicked on a free neck pillow ad they were offering on Facebook recently. Dr. Dom was very informative & friendly as well as Dr. Casey I talked to briefly. I used the neck pillow behind my lower back on our couch upon returning home & really liked it. The first night using it on my side took some getting used to, but I figured I’d stick with it at least until i gave a review. I’m so glad I did. It definitely seems to be helping! I usually have to pop my neck several times a day & see a chiropractor weekly who does it as well & it seems like the need to has greatly decreased. I also feel like I haven’t been tossing & turning as much the last couple of nights & plan on sticking with it to see if my neck continues to improve. I do wish the neck pillow came with its own cover as it’s kind of odd shaped, but it was free & that is overlooked when it works so well. I would definitely recommend this place- super nice they’re offering a free pillow & it seems like they know what they’re doing when it comes to spine alignment. Super cool that they specialize on necks since so many people deal with headaches & other neck issues regularly. Not to mention they were really nice & seem to have a heart for helping people.

A few weeks ago I clicked on a Facebook ad to get the free neck pillow. Of course you usually think there is a catch but there was none and no pressure to sign up for an appointment. Dr Dominic was extremely friendly and helpful with tips on how to use the pillow with the way you sleep. I have had way less neck pain in the morning and have been very pleasantly surprised on how much it has helped me! I reccomend calling and talking to Dr Dominic if you have neck pain and are in need of relief.

i have been going to Dr Casey for about 3 1/2 months. I suffer from chronic migraines and the past few years I also have silent migraines with more of a dizzy/oozy feeling that lasts for days. Since treatment at Upper Cervical my dizzy- oozy feeling has gone away! I feel so much better. My migraines have also lessened. I responded to the ad to receive a free pillow. It was simple to set up the appointment to meet with Dr. Dominic. He asked what type of problems I was having and explained how to use the pillow. I was skeptical as I left the office. My lower back was having sharp pains as I was driving home so I positioned the pillow as described by Dr. Dominic as I was driving. When I got home and got out of the car, the stabbing pain had lessened enough for me to get into the house. I couldn’t believe it! I went to Upper Cervical with some headaches that wouldn't quit. I'd been to the hospital for tests and no results. Dr.Casey explained what he wanted to do and I agreed. He did some tests and X-rays and devised a plan. I came back the next day and had the first treatment and by that evening, my headache was gone. We kept up a schedule of treatment and now I just go in periodically for a check up. Dr Casey and his staff are great people. Highly recommended to anyone in need.

I have been seeing Dr. Dominic at Upper Cervical since January 2018, and it has made a big difference in my health and well-being. I didn't know until my assessment with Dr. Dominic that my body had misaligned over time to the point my right leg was operating like it was a quarter inch shorter than my left leg. Dr. Dominic explained fully why my body misaligned over time, how the Blair method treatment he provided would help get me back in alignment over time through gentle manipulation of the upper cervical portion of my spine, and how treatment would decrease over time as my body re-learned how to hold its correct position and remain in alignment. I have seen great improvement over the last year, and I can tell now that my legs are both operating at the same length again as they should be. I can turn my head further to the left and right, which makes it easier to check over my shoulder for traffic as I drive or when I back my car up. Dr. Dominic always takes the time to listen to you, asks about what is happening in your life, remembers follow up questions at following visits, and explains what is happening with your body as it makes changes over time. For those who do not like the sound/feeling of being "cracked" by a chiropractor, the Blair method Dr. Dominic uses involves gentle pressure, and there is no "cracking/popping" sound or feeling when he does adjust you. I had never experienced chiropractic care like this before Dr. Dominic at Upper Cervical, but now that I have, I'm sticking with it and not going back!

After having baby #3 I had developed non-rotary dizziness, lightheadedness and nausea that were really bad. 5 months later after a battery of blood tests, brain MRI and a thyroid ultrasound that all came back normal, the doc's gave up on me and decided it was anxiety and postpartum depression and suggested Zoloft. To which I said no, the symptoms were causing anxiety not the other way around. And after a lengthy search about vertigo I found out about Dr. Casey, scheduled and appointment and after the first adjustment I haven't felt lightheaded and nauseous again! It truly helped me to get back to my old self again, I looooove Dr. Casey and Carrie at Upper Cervical. One down side is unfortunately they only accept Blue cross and blue shield for insurance. I wish they'd accept Sanford too! Other than that, there are no words to describe what they do! It's pure magic!

Our Son, who lives 2.5 hrs from us, referred us to Dr. Casey. Our Son is a chiropractor but not our normal one as he lives too far away. I was having migraine like headaches for weeks and I am not a normal headache person.
