When I first found them, I was experiencing frequent back spasms that prevented me from exercising, regularly forced me to stop whatever I was doing to try to stretch my back, & made it difficult to even put my own socks on without triggering more spasms. Dr. Nate and his team are amazing!! They take the time listen to you and make sure you're getting the best treatment possible for your condition. I injured my back and had a herniated disc and was told I needed surgery to fix it. I could hardly walk or do basic chores around the house without excruciating pain! I was informed about Highest Health and decided to give them a try before surgery. Thank goodness I did! Highest health chiropractic has truly changed my life. I suffered from concussion syndrome and a constant pain in my lower back. After several other consultations and appointments with other professionals, I had begun to lose hope. After receiving care at highest health, my concussion symptoms were gone and I was able to fully move my back again. Great practice overall. I have already seen improvement in my posture and a reduction in my back pain. The Torque Retention Tool has been a game changer in the chiropractic field. The subtle adjustments add up and provide serious relief consistently. The people are very nice and informative as well. If you need a chiropractor, I would serious ask you to consider this office. I absolutely love highest health chiropractic. I started going to the practice over 6 months ago. I was having severe headaches, back pain and heartburn. My headaches were almost daily, some making it hard to go about my daily activities and work. I started out with twice weekly adjustments and now have continued with once weekly adjustments. My headaches are down to once maybe twice a week and not nearly as severe as when I first started. My heartburn has almost resolved and my back pain has decreased significantly. I am always greeted by name and always feel like all of my questions are answered no matter how many I have. I would definitely recommend highest health chiropractic to anyone looking for a great chiropractic team. Keep up the great work

My journey at Highest Health began in December of 2018. I had tried several other chiropractors over the years to help with my frequent headaches. I am intrigued by the torque release technique practiced at Highest Health that encourages the body to naturally heal itself. She ordered me wrist braces to wear at night which helped some but in the morning my joint aches were much worse. I was miserable. I had heard about Highest Health Chiropractic from a friend and decided to message them for some insight on what seemed to be a nerve problem. I wasn't sure if they could help me because in my prior knowledge and experiences, Chiropractic was for back pain. Boy was I wrong! Dr. Nate at Highest Health does some amazing education about the reality of Chiropractic care and the fact that it's not only for back pain but it essentially involves the entire body. He stresses that the body has the ability to heal itself with a little guidance and care of the spine. I was so impressed by his insight and the knowledge he provided me in my diagnostic and orientation phases that I decided to give it a shot. He found my problem areas and told me he wanted to see me 3 times a week starting out... My thought was, "WHAT! 3 times a week seems like a lot seeing as though I live about 40 minutes from his office." BUT I was miserable and decided to trust him and boy am I glad I did because not only did my carpal tunnel symptoms dramatically improve to the point I didn't have to wear my braces anymore and I wasn't in pain, but my lower back pain went away also! Pregnancy takes a toll on your body and when I provided it with the correct maintenance care it needed, I felt so much better. I was skeptical at first don't get me wrong. I was traveling 40 minutes 3 times a week for what seems like a pointless adjustment. He doesn't twist and crack you like chiropractors I've been to in the past... He uses a device called an integrator that pushes your vertebrae back into alignment. It doesn't hurt at all, it almost seems like he is hardly doing anything. The appointments are so quick. I'm usually in and out of there in 15 minutes tops. Their scheduling system is my favorite. They have an App that you have all your appointments in and if you can't make it, it's so easy to change your day and/or time in the App. You don't even have to call them to change your appointment, it is so convenient!! The pricing is cheaper than my insurance co-pay! His prices are very reasonable and he draws out your entire treatment plan over a span of time and collects payment automatically on a monthly basis which is so much more convenient than paying every time I go in, or getting a bill in the mail. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Nate and his team with my care! I am so happy I stuck it out, my life is so much better because of Highest Health Chiropractic, you need them in your life too!!

Highest Health is the most amazing place with awesome staff. Several years ago I was suffering from random hives that would come and go at will. Sometimes I would have them for hours and sometimes for days at a time and then they would go away and come right back. I was seeing several doctors/specialists for this and was taking 5 allergy meds per day with several other medications as well for this issue. I then had the opportunity of meeting Dr. Nate at my work where he was giving a presentation on how chiropractic can help with all sorts of issues. I approached him and asked if he had a patient with any hive issues and he said no but he thought he could help. I began my process of chiropractic care and was soon diagnosed with a hive disorder (CIU-Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria) where my hives crop up regularly for no reason with severe skin itching. I was overly tired from all the antihistamines in my body (5 daily, 3 different kinds) having no energy and constant itching. I worked with Dr. Nate and my allergist to get the proper treatment. Now several years later with his help I am down to 2 allergy pills a day and one shot a month for my illness, with little to no side affects of the disease. I have also been a person with lower back issues that have all but cleared up with his help as well.

I initially went in for an assessment after dull pain in my lower back and neck for about three years. My wife, daughter, and I have been receiving specific adjustments from Dr. Nate for almost 6 months. At first I was a bit skeptical, as I had never heard of the technique that he uses, which is called the Torque Release Technique, but decided to give it a try. During the first few weeks, I noticed an overall improvement in many areas, the biggest one for me was that the frequency of my migraines had gone way down. Prior to seeing Dr. Nate, I usually had a few migraines a month. By keeping the appointments and being upfront about how I was feeling/my body was reacting to the specific adjustments has been a crucial part of keeping me migraine free for the past three months. That’s just one of the many ways that they have helped to improve my health. Being 56 years old and never having been to a chiropractor I was skeptical. But after my family doctor said my nightly leg pain was either restless leg or spinal steno-sis I was hopeless. After a knee athroscpopy that didn't go as planned and a hip injury, it was hard to even walk the dog. I was really afraid I wouldn't be able to have a flower garden this summer. We ran into Dr. Nate and Sabrina during an Arts Festival in Downtown Sioux Falls when they were launching their office. I have had chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain and mobility issues with those areas since 2005. My wife and I had been going to a larger chiropractic office in SF for years and only ever maintained our level of pain and never saw improvement. When we started at HHC, it admittedly took a while for me to see any changes and I wondered if I had made the right choice. About 6 months into their care, I started to see a difference. My back spasms decreased in frequency and I started to decrease the amount of hydrocodone I needed to take to manage my pain. Now years into treatment, I no longer have a prescription for hydrocodone as I no longer need it and only take Aleve or Ibuprofen occasionally. I have been able to do exercises again and am finally losing weight (which they keep track of and hold me accountable on) and my back only flares up when I overdo things. Their technology is able to show my improvement during my 6mo evals and I can see how my nerves and muscles are reacting over time. I can also feel the change through increased mobility, especially in my neck and lower back.
