I didn't think it was possible to live without migraines. I've been to chiropractors since I was very young getting my neck adjusted to help with symptoms. Dr. Jeff changed my life and before I was even finished with active care correcting my curve, I was no longer having migraines. I had a brain injury this last summer that set me back a little bit and but he helped me know how to navigate that as well. I'm confident I'm receiving the best chiropractic care I've ever known. And the staff at Dynamic Spine have been so kind and informative the whole way.

Dr. Jeff is so kind and answers all your questions. Reception and staff equally as kind. We searched high and low to find an office that provides the 3D printed over corrective scolibrace to help our daughter’ moderate s-curve idiopathic scoliosis. We were so pleased to be able to get one through Dr. Jeff and he even gave up his lunch hour to get our daughter in so she could have it ordered before the start of swim season. That’s one caring guy!

For years I had limited movement of my neck which also caused many headaches. Within the first few minutes of my first consultation with Dr. Watson, and I rolled my shoulders so he could hear the snap, crackle pop of my neck bones, he immediately said its 3-4-5 grinding against each other. I CAN HELP WITH THAT!!! That was the most wonderful statement I have ever heard in my life. The xray showed I had a curved neck with some bone detioriation. We set up 3 months of appointments 2 days a week and am now doing home exercises with a check up appointment I feel like an entirely new person. Staff is so friendly. I always felt comfortable and welcomed by being there. I had a great deal of pain in my neck which caused headaches everyday. I also had hip pain from standing all day with my job. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a headache. I have not felt this good in years. I don't even have to tell him where it hurts. I suffered through headaches and neck pain for years. I went to several chiropractors to "get fixed". Little did I know, it was a temporary fix because the pain kept coming back. On 6-16-21 I started going to Dynamic Spine Chiropractic Health Center, due to severe pain in my back and spine that caused me where I could'nt get up and walk, stand, going up and down stairs, and do my daily duties. I've had back pain my whole life, but when it got to the point I was afraid of dropping a grandchild or when I could not straighten back up after bending down to pet our cat, I knew I had to do something! I've had chiropractic treatment in the past, but it only seemed to help for a little while. Dr. Watson has restored my spinal health and I have the most mobility I've ever had - and no more pain! It sounds minor (unless you've had back pain!), but I can bend and twist without the fear of my back "catching". Dr. Watson's customized care made all the difference for me, and I can't imagine life without Dynamic Spine!

In a little over 3 months from the time I started care under Dr. Jeff I went from living a life full of debilitating migraines, anxiety, and panic attacks to living a virtually pain free life. I’ve been examined by at least 4 doctors and countless LPNs and PAs over the last 5 months, had several X-rays, and 2 ultra sounds, 2 specialized injections and 4 mis-diagnosis but it was Dr. Watson who looked at my X-rays and said (carefully, so as not to overstep) “you should see an Orthopedic surgeon. It looks like you need a new hip”. I did. I do. I’m getting one. From the start Dr Watson did a thorough examine and review, developed, discussed/explained his action plan, discussed progress and issues, and executed on the plan. I made much of the progress he projected in his plan, by the way. Telling me to consult the surgeon cost him money (fewer visits by me to his practice), but he did what was best for ME, not him. Personally, I like a medical professional who is focused on what is best for the patient, not in paying off his BMW. (I don’t think Jeff even has a BMW). Jeff’s attitude extends to his team. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with and works to meet the patient’s needs. Need a good chiropractor? Give these folks a shot. I think you’ll be pleased.

Dynamic Spine Chiropractor is a great place to go to with any issues one may have. I had a major curve in my neck which triggered headaches. My first few month of getting fixed, I had a quick change and a decrease of headaches. If you suffer from headaches this is the best place to go!

I went to Dr. Jeff throughout my pregnancy with my 2nd. I can honestly say that my labor and delivery was a WAY smoother and easier than it was with my first. I credit that to Dr. Jeff! Not only did he ensure my spine and pelvis were in perfect shape to deliver my baby, he also explained changes to my spine and pelvis throughout my pregnancy and taught me exercises and stretches that could help with both pregnancy as well as labor and delivery. I really appreciate the variety of ways that are used to help manage discomfort from my neck pain. Dr. Watson explains the issues from the X-rays and misalignment issues with skill, is a very gentle doctor and also is concerned about progress and gives updates frequently. Both assistants are excellent to give encouragement and suggestions for increasing good posture and range of motion. The office is always clean and provides a variety of customer service appreciation events, and client options while waiting to see the doctor.

I have struggled with low back pain for several years. It forced me to give up my passion of running and made common daily tasks a struggle at times. I met Dr. Jeff at a women's expo but was doctoring elsewhere at the time, months later my sister mentioned seeing a Chiro who had helped her with neck pain and a co-worker mentioned how much she had been helped with a similar issue to mine. Turns out they were both seeing Dr. Jeff so I decided to give him a shot- thank God I did! My back hasn't felt this good in years AND I am running again! He has also helped my son with back pain. During my pregnancy with my son two years ago, I suffered from constant sciatic pain as well as constipation, heart burn, migraines, and a rib out of place for the duration of my pregnancy. I began seeing Jeff for adjustments near the very end of my pregnancy and he was able to help align my body in order to help my son get in the proper position for labor as well as help encourage labor to begin. I experienced over six weeks of prodromal labor because my son was not positioned properly but after an adjustment from Jeff paired with spinning babies moves, my labor started soon after and I had an amazing birth experience. After my son was born Jeff adjusted him to help him have equal and optimal neck movement, which helped with some resistance my son was having to breastfeeding on one particular side. After birth, my rib was still out of place; Jeff was able to help me get it back in proper place and well as put me on a treatment plan to help halt - and hopefully reverse - my scoliosis and lower back disk thinning. I have seen other chiropractors in the past as well as been on therapy schedules by them but nothing has ever been as effective as the plan Jeff made for me. My rib has stayed in place since starting and completely treatment and I have experienced barely any of the pain and limitations associated with my scoliosis I have previously experienced for literally my entire life since elementary school. I am now pregnant again, and with weekly adjustments and some specific exercises, I have experienced near none of the pain that accompanied all of my previous pregnancy with my son. It has been the biggest relief to know that a pain free pregnancy is possible and that all the common discomforts of pregnancy don't have to be a reality this time. I no longer have to put up with pain! Most chiropractors in the last 15+ years I've seen, only do short term improvements. Dr. Jeff is totally different and was more than willing to show me why, it's for long term improvement. From the multiply exercises I was shown to do while being treated, to the fantastic table I get to lay on to "warm up" for an adjustment. The whole experience is an A+! I used to have random muscle spasms that caused my knees to give out every few minutes, which made working in a facility that has a 5 story dryer near impossible. My wife decided to find us a chiropractor that had knowlege on torque release method because thats what worked in the past. I have been coming to Dr. Jeff for about 2 months now. My scoliosis angle was at 24°. After 2 months of 3 times a week appointments, my scoliosis has improved by 6° which is actually remarkable. Dr. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and consistent. I was referred to Dr. Jeff by a friend who had seen him. My 14 year old daughter had been experiencing hip and leg pain. We found out from the x-rays that she had a slight curve to her spine! We opted for twice a week visits, and by the end of the summer her spine was almost perfectly straight and her pain was GONE! She now goes for maintenance adjustments to keep everything in place. I had Dr. Jeff look at my neck. I truly thought I was a lost cause.... YEARS of accounting and computer work had given me constant tightness and aching in my lower neck and shoulders. X-rays showed I had 7 sublexations and Stage 2 (almost 3) degeneration between 2 discs! I also got adjustments twice a week, and have seen major improvement! My range of motion is better and my post x-rays only showed 2 sublexations and much improvement in the overall health of my discs. I have always been a "chiropractor" person, but Dr. Jeff has been the most thorough and I have gotten the most improvement from his techniques. I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review! Dr. Jeff and Hannah offer a very friendly environment and make you feel at home!

My previous position of Chiropractic care was more of a realignment or “put something back in place that popped out” approach. Based on my previous experience, and preconceived notions I expected my initial appointment with Dr. Watson to be “same old stuff, different day.” I was wrong. I was impressed with Dr. Watson’s approach, “Let’s find the root cause of your discomfort”. That wasn’t what I expected to hear from a Chiropractor. Upon conclusion of my initial visit, Dr. Watson articulated the “root” cause of my 35+ year back discomfort. He developed a treatment plan and presented his plan to me explaining why he is doing this and what I should expect from his treatment strategy. Dr. Watson vocabulary was plan spoken, easy to understand. He wasn’t trying to prove that he was the smartest person in the room, which I appreciated. Although I can say his Chiropractic treatment is, at times, unconventional or not what I was accustomed too, the outcome was exactly what Dr. Watson told me at our first meeting. If you are experiencing pain and have tried traditional chiropractic care, I would strongly suggest contacting Dr. Watson and see what he can do. What do you have to lose, except your pain.

This is my 2nd go around with a chiropractor. My previous one was ok, but not even near as great as Dr. Jeff! Dr. Jeff is one of them docs that truly go above and beyond and works to build your trust. I would always tighten up around my neck area, but with his adjustments, it's like a day in the spa for me. Takes time to answer questions, explains the positives and the negatives. I just finished my full treatment and I went from 8 sublexations to 1 and only need to maintain a once a week adjustment or less if necessary. As soon as we walked into the building we were greeted and taken care of. I brought my three boys with me and they had a little play area for them. The receptionist offered to watch the boys while I was in with the Dr. And offered them gummies. Jeff took me through everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. We pretty much got it figured out by the time I left and made future plans to take care of it. I got more answers in this visit than I did going to my primary Dr. And Chiropractor. Dr. Jeff found the CAUSE of my migraines that every doctor and other chiropractor I'd seen over the past 23 years missed!!!! I first went to see Dr.Jeff when I couldn’t stand or sit for more then 20 minutes. I found him on Facebook and called and made an appointment, he did the scan and it wasn’t good news for me. I had some serious back damage( no function in most of my lumbar spine) due to falling out of a truck when moving to South Dakota. I started treatment right away and he let me know it was going to be a long road to recovery but I needed to do something because I was in constant pain. Well after 12 weeks of going 3 times a week and I feel so much better, I can stand for 14-15 hours days and not have problems. When I got there, Dr. Jeff did thermal imaging and saw that my neck was in bad shape. He took an x-ray to see if he could help me, instead of just jumping in to adjust, and crack. I didn't even know how bad it was until I realized I didn't have to turn my whole body while in driving in reverse. He explained everything and gave me a time line. I was in a car accident 20 years ago, and I have been going to various chiropractors ever since. I would always complain about a pain between my shoulder blades. The adjustments always felt good for a week or so then it was back to pain in upper back, and constant tightness along the trapezius muscles on each side of my neck. My sleep pattern was basically turning in circles all night trying to get comfortable, and wake up exhausted. Then I met Dr. Jeff. It was obvious after reviewing the first x-ray with Dr. Jeff what my problem was. I had 10 subluxations in my neck and reverse curvature of the spine almost to stage 4. He was confident that if I committed myself that he could fix the problem. He was right. I am now pain free. What I liked most of all is reviewing the before and after x-rays. Where you can clearly see the results. Dr. Jeff treats all his patients the way he would want to be treated. Which is why he is so successful. Thank you Jeff and Hannah!

I have a fear of chiropractors, for some unkonow reason. I lived in Brookings fro several years and had been talked into going to a chiropractor there because I had, had a headache for several weeks. I finally gave in and called, sobbing and told them I was afraid of being cracked, I was assured that I would be fine and that he would not crack me. The chiropractor that I went to there gained my trust. A couple years later I had such sharp lower back pain and I decided when I couldn't stand up off the chair it was time to go in. That day he did xrays and said my bottom vertebra was tipped and twisted to the right. I went several times and he tries to adjust and before he had moved my leg I'd guess less than 45 degrees I was sobbing. At which point he said I had to go to my medical doctor, he to moved my leg and again sobbing. He sent me for an MRI. Later that afternoon I was called with results. One bulging disc and one ruptured disc, the choice was to see a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic. I choose the neurosurgeon, where I was told "Yep, there is one bulging and one ruptured, we don't do surgery for that. If you do something and it hurts don't do it, if you walk 3 blocks and it hurts only walk 2." And was sent on my merry way. After that I just thought it was something I had to live with. About every 2 to 3 years the pain got to be so terrible that I could barely stand up, bit I powered through. The year I got engaged was the year it decided that I had been without pain for long enough, I had moved to Sioux falls and decided thatbi could not justify driving to Brookings several times a week for treatment. I called my trusted chiropractor and asked who to see in Sioux Falls. I went where I was told just a couple times, but that couple times totally turned me against chiropractic care again, because he knew that I didn't not want to be cracked, yet each time I want he would twist and try to crack me, which with my fear I always got extremely tense whichbonlt made things worse. After that experience I quit going again thinking this is something I will have to learn to live with, I struggled through each year for the next 4 years. This time when it got bad enough that I didn't know how I was going to survive, I kept telling my husband my butt hurts, I had such a sharp pinch in my right butt cheek which o kept putting off and the pinch kept going farther and farther down my leg, until I couldn't feel my toes. That is when I decided I had to do something. I saw the advertisement for Dynamic Spine and the digital scan of the spine. I debated with myself for several days before I called and made the appointment. Scared to death o went in, Jeff did the scan and determined that he needed xrays. He did the xrays and went over them with me. He told me I had 9 subluxations and a 6 degree curve to my spine. I thought fantastic, well o guess at least I know why I hurt. And thought I would just have to deal with it. Jeff gave me a treatment plan and explained the process to me, with the way he talked I thought, hmmm... he sounds pretty confident in being able to help me. With that information I signed up for the treatment plan. After the 2nd adjustment I could feel my toes, I was thrilled! This plan was 3 months, every time that I went i could tell it was feeling so much better. At the end of the treatment he did a new set of xrays, went over them took new measurements on them and went over the outcome with me, I was truly amazed. I was down to 1 subluxations, which is only .3 away from not being a subluxations and the 6 degree curve of my spine was now a .4 degree curve, almost perfect. Yes it is going to require sime maintainence, but he is the only one that has been able to give me the relief and explanation of why I hurt the way I did. Both Hanah and Jeff are super friendly and truly concerned about the way you feel. I say if you habe any doubts about chiropractic care, dynamic spine is the place to go. I am so extremely happy that I made the choice to put my trust in Jeff and let him treat me.
