The staff are wonderful. Always treated with kindness. Dr. Grant knows how to communicate and is good at explaining everything. I went in for my neck and back pain and after a few weeks I can feel much improvement with not only neck movement but the pain is mild and not as bad as it was when I went in for my first treatment. Would recommend him to anyone who needs care. Dr. Grant and his staff are awesome.

Dr Grant has improved the way my body moves. After a car accident I went in to get myself checked out. After my adjustments and spine mobility I walk much more freely. Bonnie at the front brought me to my room most of the time. She is professional and very nice. Adjustments by Dr. Grant were very clean. I scheduled my first appointment over phone call. When I arrived I completed paperwork using my basic ID credentials/claim number. That took about 10 minutes. Every appointment after that I was brought back anywhere from right away to 3 minutes after sitting down. These people will try and make your schedule work by all means possible. I had several scheduling conflicts when booking and all of them were accommodated with good appointment times. I even went in during lunch at times. I liked going here and recommend it to fix your body!

Dr Grant is the embodiment of what a good chiropractor looks like. He is passionate about his practice and will ambitiously and thoroughly teach each one of his patients about the importance of good posture and alignment. I've always had my reservations about chiropractic care, not having the best experience in the past with other providers, but Dr. Grant really wants you to be in good health, like is genuinely concerned about it. If you're reserved about seeing one, call him for an appointment.

Easily the best chiropractic care that you will receive in the Greater Salt Lake area. You can go to the back crack factory farms that are cropping up like weeds, but you won't get what you need. Dr Grant and his fine team of professionals will take the time to evaluate your condition and educate you on your treatment plan. My time in the military, combat sports, and the gym left my spine, hips, and shoulders out of place and in considerable pain. After several weeks of consistent corrective treatment, I knew that my life had changed when I assumed a sit up position on the ground and I felt absolutely no pain. Previously, the very act of laying down flat on a hard flat surface was an exercise in anguish and discomfort. Presently, I'm flat on my back and my vertebra are slack. Thank you, Doctor Grant!

I've had chronic lumbar pain for about 9 years before I herniated my L4/L5 back in November 2020. I had to take time off work because the pain was horrible and the condition was very debilitating. I had never had an injury like this and was not sure if I should have had surgery or not. Dr. Grant was very adamant that he could help me out of this without surgery, so I trusted him. I do not regret it at all! Dr. Grant put me on a regiment of traction, decompression, laser and adjustments. I have progressed nicely and returned to work earlier than planned. I'm still doing follow-up treatments and I'm getting better every week. I have personally been told of terrible stories from people who have done the surgery route and suffered as a result, which Dr. Grant had warned me about before I spoke to these people. I'm really glad to have avoided that with the help of Dr. Grant. I'm confident that my lower back will be functional and better than ever from here on out! I highly recommend Dr. Grant!

Highly recommend coming to see Dr. Grant or his son Dr. Brett. I was in 2 car wrecks within 2 weeks and started coming in immediately. At first, I could barely walk straight and was in horrible pain through my neck and back. It's been about 2 months now and I feel better than I did prior to the car accidents! If you've been injured, have old injuries causing nerve or joint pain, I highly recommend coming here! I've had 4 kids as well, and as other moms know, it takes a toll on our hips and back. Wednesday before Thanksgiving I had severe pain in my right leg and could not walk or stand without a cane. I called Dr. Grant and made an appointment with him for the following Monday. I walked in with my cane and after my first treatment I walked out without it. The relief of pain is so great, to be able to walk and stand. Dr. Grant and his staff are fantastic to work with. I recommend Dr Grant to anyone who is stiff and sore. I hold my stress and tension in my neck. When I came in, I couldn’t really move my neck. My rang of motion was getting shorter and stiffer. Dr Grant worked with me to get my neck moving again with adjustments. I can now move my neck back and forth without pain and stiffness. It was well worth my time and effort to come in and find a solution rather than live with the discomfort. I didn’t think I could do anything with my lower back since it is a genetic issue. James Grant’s office and staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I had back pain that had been building over a number of years and Grant did an excellent job diagnosing and treating the pain as well as the underlaying problem with x-rays, massage, exercise, and physical adjustment. He also goes out of his way to explain the process and treatment, as well as what would happen without treatment. My back now feels much, much better!! The office is super flexible with scheduling (def try to go first thing in the morning if you can) as well as pricing/payments. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and colleagues. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel like maybe the staff lost track of me and left me on the message table for too long, but even that isn’t so bad. ;)

Dr. James Grant is the best chiropractor in the Salt Lake City area! Albeit I've only seen one other chiropractor 10 years ago. I've seen drastic and pretty rapid improvement from Dr. Grant's treatment plan he recommended for me, and of which I'm still participating. I had an injury at work and got the worker's compensation Dr. to refer me to a chiropractor, and I chose Dr. Grant, who has been the best person at taking me through this, aside from his other things, helping me deal with my workers compensation insurance, receiving adjustments, in office gym exercises, and traction table massages all while not yet having all the "number of sessions" "referred". He has saved me from the stress, depression and almost all my pain from getting hurt at work and going through work insurance. (I'm still working on it and on his plan.) Chiropractor adjustments are scientifically proven to improve your immune system too!

I have been receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Grant and his staff on and off for over 10 years now. This past summer, I was injured in an automobile accident that was not my fault. I thought I felt alright and that nothing was injured, but a few days later I moved wrong while at work and could barely stand up without major back pain. Then he did x-rays and a was able to find out what was wrong with me and explained it so I could understand. His staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I saw results within 2 weeks. When I first came in I had really bad pain I my lower back. Occasionally, if I bent wrong, I would have to hold myself up from falling over in pain. Now, I'm walking around, bending, picking things up with no problems. My back doesn't hurt me anymore. My neck started hurting part of the way through and he helped me with that during my normal visits too. Dr. Grant is very accommodating and really tries to help you not just with his practice, but also with scheduling as best as he can. When I walked into Dr. Grant's office, I could barely move. I had been in a car accident 3-4 months prior and walked away thinking I was fine. Finally the pain kicked in after my back was out of alignment for a few months. I have been seeing Dr. Grant and his staff since 2004. I broke my neck (c1, c2) and was not getting relief from standard PT and Neurosurgeon recommendations. Dr. Grant was methodical, thoughtful and skilled in his approach to my condition. He explained his methods and procedures clearly and not only adjusted my neck but gave me good exercises to do. I remember calling his office after one of my first visits and told one of his staff to thank him. I hadn't felt that good in years and was very grateful. I have known doctor grant for a couple years now and he is a fantastic doctor. He is caring and kind to all his patients and does a very thorough exam and report. Many doctors just want to get you in and out of their office as quick as they can, but doctor grant has staff that really care about their patients. I was referred here by a friend of mine whose back pain was helped by Dr. Grant. I have chronic lower back pain and saw an orthopedist last year, prior to seeing Dr. Grant. The orthopedist said I have retrolisthesis of my lumbar vertebrae and degenerated discs. I went through physical therapy without a ton of improvement, and then started to have sciatic pain. I went to Dr. Grant about six months ago and his diagnosis was the same as the orthopedist's. I've been doing the decompression table, laser, and manipulation, and the sciatic pain is gone. Back in June of 2018 I was in a severe motorcycle accident. I had flipped over a car who had made a left hand turn in front of me and got quite a bit of air. Landed on the top front of my helmet and slide for a few feet. I remember when I landed the first pain I had was in my lower back and neck, so much so that I couldn’t sit up or took over. I was quickly taken to the Trama unit and my back wasn’t clear almost instantly. About 4 days went by and I could tell something just wasn’t quite right with my back and how I felt. I had constant headaches. I was always drowsy. So I seeked out chiropractic help. Dr Grant has done wonders. From barley being able to sit in my desk chair for more than a few hours to finally getting back into the gym. He has been very communicative, professional and timely. I came in with severe neck and back pain, I have been coming to Dr Grant for about 6 months. After a few weeks I could tell a difference in how I move. Dr Grant has taken such good care of me. His staff and him are super friendly and really understanding when I have something come up and I have to cancel my appointment. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone. He has talked me through what the plan was for me to feel relief. He is the best chiropractor that I have ever been too.

I found dr grant from a friend that I work with, and decided to give him a try best decision I’ve made. Had hit the back of my head and it reactivated issues i had previously gotten better with my lower back and it also messed up my neck and upper back really bad. Was in allot of pain and it was really making it hard to go to work. But now I’m feeling great again thanks to him, he also shows you the right exercise to do for the muscle area you need for your back issues, which I love . His staff and Dr Grant are all so pleasant and great and knowledgeable, I’m just so glad my friend recommended him to me. And I now can say I highly recommend Dr Grant and his staff.😁
