I came in for a massage and an adjustment today. After Dr. Madsen adjusted my neck I felt instant relief and so much better than when I first walked in. The massage therapist, Veronica, made sure I felt very relaxed and comfortable. My back was very tight and after the massage I feel very loose and I feel amazing. The receptionist, Berenice, is very friendly and she is speaks Spanish!! I highly recommend this place!

I started using the services at Axcess last week following a pretty traumatic car accident and what a help it's been so far! I did my first set of Ozone injections the other day in conjunction with some other chiropractic treatments and wow what a difference! We're still in the process of treatment but I'm extremely optimistic about pain and symptom reduction!

Dr. Madsen has adjusted me and I would rate him 10 stars. Dr. Madsen has a great technique and approach. I have been adjusted by a lot of Chiropractors over the years and even when in school becoming a Chiropractor. He is also certified in Acupuncture and Ozone Injections. All of these things can help with the sore muscles, pain, and health issues from being very active.

The experience was great, I came in with a back injury from work due to lifting and I had acute pain. With one adjustment and few days of recovery. I felt so much better. I also tried their acupuncture. The next 48 hours were so relaxing I would try it again. I got a massage it was very relaxing, it was an overall massage. And Bri made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Madsen is very informative and patiently explains all questions. Will definitely comeback.

I can’t thank Dr Madsen enough for introducing me to Ozone therapy. I’ve struggled for 20 years with pain. I’ve have had 2 back surgeries and 2 neck surgeries and the only lasting relief up until now has been pain medication.I can now cut down on the medication and look forward to living life without being dependent on medication.

I love Axcess Accident Center! After my accident I dreaded going back to a chiropractor or any appointments that would take up my time after work. But they made me feel like family! Always so welcoming and helpful. Selena made sure I was scheduled for my next appointments and kept me updated when they were or if anything changed in a timely manner. UPDATE: 2/15/22 I still very much recommend Axcess Accident Cent of West Valley. I continue to come for adjustments and leave feeling relief each time! I have been coming to Axcess Accident Center for almost 2 months. Initially I came for a tweaked back. After 1 appointment I felt so much better! Came a couple more times to make sure everything was back to normal. I get headaches and now I come to get adjusted and work on getting rid of those headaches. I feel so much better every time I come. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I have been telling everyone this is a great place to come and get adjusted and feel better. Steve is the BEST massage therapist! He does good deep tissue and always targets the areas I most need work on. I also love getting adjustments from Dr. Horstman, he is gentle with the way he adjusts but gets just what you need popped and loosened. Dani at the front desk is always so comforting and welcoming when you walk in the door, she’s quick to make sure you’re taken care of! I leave Axcess every time feeling way better than I did when I came in! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I found Axcess Accident Center after following Dr. Scott to the practice. Clearly, I think Dr. Scott is a great provider if he’s worth following to a new location, even if it's further from my home! He is thorough and attentive. With this new practice, I was pleasantly surprised with the rest of the office. They are an upgrade! The support staff was friendly, courteous, and communicative. The facility is clean and neat. I loved the massage chair to loosen up before the adjustment, that was great since I didn’t have time for a real massage before. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and the rest of Axcess Accident in WVC! UPDATE: I had a massage from Steve before an adjustment. He did a great job and I would recommend him as well.

My wife initially started visiting Dr. Walker for back pains with her pregnancy, he has helped her with adjustments, alignments and having his massage therapist massage her back. This place is awsome! I won't lie though I was scared at first. I thought I was gonna be on the local news talking about "a man's neck was snapped at a local chiropractor", but its a good experience all in all and after my motorcycle accident I was in tough shape. My husband and I were on a week long vacation in Snowbird, and of course planned to do lots of snowboarding. The first night I hurt my back and could barely walk. My life long girlfriend, who lives in Utah, recommended that I go see Dr Walker, so I did. The entire experience was awesome. The girls at the front desk were so sweet, the doctor was genuine and wanted to make sure he addressed all my issues, but not overdue it, so I didn’t end up sore. He had a very welcoming personality and made me feel completely comfortable. After he treated me, my pain was gone almost immediately and it allowed me to really enjoy the rest of our trip, without worrying about back pain. I will definitely be back when we visit Snowbird again!

I have been adjusted by many doctors since my first auto accident in 2017, & have gone to many clinics. Dr. Horstman has by Farr been the most helpful. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and explain to you step by step what is causing your pain and what will help alíviate the pain. I am fairly active, I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week a week, and during the winter I am an avid snowboarder. But I also spend a lot of time driving for work, so my back was always sore and tight. I looked for three years, trying to find someone here in Utah I trusted to fix me, give me good advice, and not require me to pay an arm and a leg to do it. Dr. Walker is THE best! He knows how to pinpoint the exact cause of pain, treat it, and give me at-home exercises to prevent further injury. He's treated my kids, even my newborn baby when he was colicky and helped him with gas pains. He even comes to our home at night sometimes when we need emergency adjustments! I’ve been having lower back pain on and off for the past year. It’s mainly due to my job and that I drive a lot and spend copious amounts of time sitting. It got so bad that I started having issues sleeping and getting comfortable at night. I’ve been to several chiropractors that have just popped and cracked but never really got to the cause and prevention of the pain I get from time to time. I dropped by Dr. Walker’s office yesterday, I didn’t make an appointment, he got me in and took time diagnosing my neck and back pain. He listens and was very helpful and eager to answer my questions regarding how to rehab my back. The best part of the whole thing was he got down on the ground and showed me the stretches that I should be doing everyday to help with the inflammation and reactivate the muscles in my S.I. Joint. He had amazing perspective and advanced knowledge that he took the time to simplify for me and create an action plan for me to do at home. In my book that’s a great doctor. I give Dr. Walker 👍👍 and would recommend him for anyone whether it’s an auto accident, sports accident, slip and fall, or just general maintenance. Thanks again, doc!

This is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr. Walker especially, because he never forces anything like other chiropractors do, so I am never very sore afterward. I just had another great experience with Dr. Anderson who is filling in for the day. I have degenerative disc disease in my C-spine and they are so great with that.
