Great experience all around. The ladies in the office are helpful and efficient. They were able to answer my questions and schedule me in a timely manner. Dr. Malcolm Williams is gentle in both his demeanor as well as his treatment. He does an excellent job of explaining everything and showing the patient what it is he is doing. I am very hopeful that he will be able to help me with my symptoms and already feel a difference in neck pain/stiffness after my first appointment.

Pricing is also some of the most affordable in the area by a long shot. Will be going there from now on. 280 dollars vs <130 for a new patient, still covers absolutely every necessary point. 100% worth your time and money. Update: Been going for a few months now and went from going weekly to once every 2 weeks now that my back is in way better condition. The overall improvement in my posture and the feeling in my back and shoulders has made this such a well worth experience I've recommended to friends and family with similar issues. Will definitely be keeping this in my routine for the sake of my back.

It might take a bit longer than you'd like to have no pain at all but as long as you can provide accurate location and changing symptoms, Dr Malcolm Williams can adjust his treatment to meet your needs. I’ve been going to Dr Willams for 18 months now and I can truly say that he has changed my life. When I first started seeing Dr Willams I had severe neck shoulder and back pain for years and just tried to live with it by eating hand fulls of Ibuprofen and Tylenol. When I would come to an intersection I had to move my whole body to look down the street. I could not sleep on my side because my shoulder’s would fall asleep. I would miss weeks of work because my back would go out. Dr Willams has helped me to correct all of this. I know longer eat handfuls of pills. I sleep on my side with out pain and can look down the street with out having to turn my whole body. Now I go in for regular maintenance to keep my body in line. Thank you so much Dr Willams.

Dr Williams is incredibly kind and genuinely concerned about correcting issues I’ve had with the goal of permanent correction with a variety of interventions. 13 years ago I met Dr Williams regarding an issue with my upper left neck/back area. Within a month my symptoms were essentially gone and I requested he work on my L hip as it always had been tight, range of motion wise vs R side. 13 years later I have had no regression in either of those two areas thanks to his care and education. I still do some of the exercises for those areas today. Now I am seeing CHA again due to low back pain and tightness. Treatment was started on a Friday, I could barely walk, and he saw me both Saturday and Sunday voluntarily and within 6 sessions over 7 days I feel great. I’ve also taken his suggestion to get custom orthodics due to supination and flat feet. They have truly been amazing.
