I started at the end of October weighed in at 201lbs. I was having a hard time breathing when I walked up hill's, stairs and even when I'm singing. I knew my health wasn't right because i began to start having other elements within my body.. And I knew it was time to get it right. Dr. Jae was very supportive and always responded when I had questions. As the weeks went by my family and co-workers began to see a change before I did and as the diet continues I began to see a change in my face and my clothes and I began to get more excited. Every time I went on a diet I would lose 10 to 15lbs. and it would stop and I would give up and end up gaining it all back.. But this time the pounds and ounces kept dropping. Two things that made me so happy was I was flying out of town I ran to the rest room before boarding my flight and I wasn't out of breathe nor did I breathe hard and the second thing was when I saw my family members that I haven't seen for while they all noticed that I had lost weight and they told me that I was looking good and to keep up the good work. I was so very happy they noticed it. So, I've made it to my six week and I have lost 30lbs. and I could not have meet this goal without the encouragement of Dr. Jae Chang and his weight loss program and of course my family, friends and co-workers. This program works if you just have to stick to it and follow the program. Thank you again Dr. Jae.

At first I thought it was just another annoying ad popping up on my phone, but this one changed my life. It was a special on lipo laser (whatever that was) and Dr Jae's weight loss program. I was intrigued . Increasingly stressed out cuz I was 20 lbs over my ideal weight, steadily gaining, and nothing I tried seeming to work., I knew I had to do something if I was going to get a handle on it. . I needed to find a weight loss program that would hold me accountable so I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Chirowell in Tempe. It is a physician-monitored weight loss program using natural supplements and diet modifications along with laser lipo sessions. So far I have lost 16lbs in just under 6 weeks. Dr. Jae Chang has been great in monitoring my status and making modifications when needed to continue to see a steady drop in my weight. He is very pleasant and supportive. Indira sets up my laser lipo sessions. She is super sweet and very professional and always makes sure I’m doing okay. If you’re struggling with holding yourself accountable to lose weight consider investing in this program. It has been worth every penny and I feel soooo much better. I am currently on day 25 and I am down 17.6lbs thanks to the amazing team at ChiroWell. This program is different from other programs in the valley for several reasons, a few I will discuss here. First, Dr. Chang is one of a kind. Weight loss is not the easiest subject when speaking to a doctor but in this case, Dr. Chang recognized my humanity and understood where I needed help. He recommended I try the 6-week program and because of his compassion, I decided to give it a try. Second, this program comes with daily check-in with the doctor. He is constantly monitoring weight loss and will send messages with suggestions if he sees you have stalled or gained weight. Third, this program is designed to help you lose weight but not lose it fast. The key to losing weight is to do it right so it does not come back. Lastly, the foods you are allowed to consume aren't much different than what you probably eat now. The key is to stay consistent. I have not been tempted to eat outside of the allowed foods and I think it has a lot to do with the support of Dr. Chang. I still have about 3 weeks to go on this program. I am looking forward to taking my life back (in the words of Dr. Chang).

My experience with Dr. Jae and his assistants was nothing short of wonderful. I met with him for a weight loss and Lipo Laser consultation late September. After turning 52, loosing the extra pounds has not been as easy as putting on the extra weight these past few years (especially with the pandemic). They show you how to properly plan your meals and train yourself on what to eat and how much.
