I am so grateful I was given a recommendation to the Omaha Wellness Center by a friend. I had a reoccurrence of a problem that was resolved by a previous chiropractor many years ago and wasn't sure where I should go. Then I met the wonderful people at the Wellness Center. I've been nothing but impressed by my experience so far. Dr G did an assessment which he explained to me in terms I could not only understand but could see on the x-rays he'd taken. He knowledgeably, and again in understandable terms, the work that needed to be done. Making sure I understood my treatment wasn't going to be an overnight correction because it wasn't going to be. I'm very comfortable with the plan he came up with and look forward to us fixing my problems. He also took the time to go over the financial aspects that have left me confident that should there be any problems there we could work them out. I just can't say enough good things about this practice, Dr G and Trinity, who keeps things running like a clock. She truly is an asset and a big reason why things run as smoothly as they do. She always reminds me of my appointments, which I definitely need. She also works with me and my crazy schedule. I appreciate all of the kindness and respect I'm given. So yes, I got very lucky when I walked through their front door. If you're looking for a chiropractor who knows his stuff, values his patients and want to be treated with the utmost respect, don't hesitate to walk through their doors. You won't be sorry you did.

Every time I come in Doc is super professional and his staff is mad welcoming! I've made a full recovery after what I would consider to be serious lower back pain. Now I come in as needed and leave a brand new man after every adjustment. 10/10 would recommend. And they have pillows! Pillows that help your posture at night and are mad comfy! Grab you some when you come in

LONG POST ALERT :) I am currenting expecting my 2nd child at the age of 32. As soon as we found out we were expecting within just a few weeks after that I started getting these headaches. Not just your normal headache here and there, I was getting them every single day and they stuck around all day long, I was miserable day in/day out. (Just an fyi, before being pregnant, I didn't suffer with constant headaches) So of course I consult with ob/gyn we try different treatments, different medications, nothing helped. The last thing my ob/gyn said "there's nothing else we can do or try" and "maybe look into seeing a neurologist" they suggested to get a massage or try a chiropractor. I decided to look into chiropractors and do some research, I have never before been to one, so I was anxious and didn't know where to begin. I came across Omaha Wellness, they had great reviews and they were located close to my job. My first encounter and consultation with Dr. Goss and with his assistant Trinity/Hilary was nothing but informative and great! Plus the treatment plan we came up has worked wonders! NO MORE HEADACHES! If I remember correctly it took us about a week, tops 2 weeks within starting treatment to keep the headaches away completely and I am so HAPPY AND GRATEFUL for the work and dedication Dr. Goss and his assistants have done to help me in this journey! So happy I found a treatment so simple that did wonders, instead of continuing to take medications every day.

Dr. Goss has been invaluable to my family and I. I had a car accident and he’s been attentive, supportive and knowledgeable throughout. His guidance and patience has been and will continue to be critical to this rehab. What I didn’t expect was the time he’s taken with me each visit to get to know me, my life patterns, and everything going on outside of what I come to see him for. I've been seeing Dr. Ryan Goss for chiropractic adjustments for about 5 years now, and I have seen tremendous improvements in my overall health! I was a total non-believer before I began seeing him, but now I swear by the benefits of chiropractic care! I originally went in for tennis elbow. I had been living with severe pain and limitations for well over a year, and I was a month away from undergoing surgery. Dr. Goss was recommended to me, and I decided to give him a shot as a last resort. Needless to say, with regular adjustments, and his advice to change my sleep habits, in about 2 months I was pain-free. Not only do the adjustments help my body function at a higher level, but Dr. Goss is great about trying to help his patients better their overall health. He's always willing to answer my many questions about working out, eating right, allergies, etc. He even goes the extra step and finds articles that support our conversations. Dr. Goss takes the time to figure out what you're doing in your daily life that could be causing your symptoms, and he suggests alternatives, along with regular adjustments, that help you live with fewer limitations. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Goss for your chiropractic needs!

I’ve moved across three states in the last seven years. I originally saw Dr. Goss in 2016 but then moved out of Nebraska. When I moved back even though his practice had moved and renamed, I hunted him down because he was such a good chiropractor. I found many chiropractors were getting too aggressive as I aged. Dr. Goss gets me great results without aggressive adjustments.

I had suffered sciatic issue for one and a half years before I began to see Dr. Goss. My family doctor told me surgery would be the only way to “cure” the problem and I was planning to do it. I was glad that I first consulted Dr. Goss, after checking the x-ray, he gave me a good education what he would do, how my spine would respond, and suggested to begin with 10 treatments (2 months). He said surgery should be the last resort I want to consider. Long story short, after the 10 treatments, I felt the improvement, but my pain (on right buttock and along the leg) was still there. I am glad that I decided to continue to see him. The magic happened after the 3rd month. Some day, during my every day 2 mile walk, all of a sudden, I started to feel much less pain, which usually was quite bothersome. The pain came and went but it was less and less. Over the time, it’s getting better and better with fluctuations like the recovery chart Dr. Goss showed me. Now, the sciatic pain is no longer bothering me at all, sometimes i feel a little bit but at the very minimal level. Most of the time, I don’t feel it. I am thankful for his service! I would have gone through a surgery if I had not tried him first! From my experience , my suggestion is, chiropractic can be tricky, don’t give up too early if your body did not respond enough to the initial treatments, give Dr. Goss time to treat you.

I always enjoy going to see Dr. Goss. I have been going to him almost 2 years now. His staff is always friendly. The office is clean and tidy, not a pen out of place. Upbeat music plays softly in the background and the staff is eager to answer any questions you have and address any concerns. I have severe middle back pain. After one visit with Dr. Goss, I feel better. Regular chiropractic visits help me stay active. I am a toddler mom, lift weights and I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started seeing Dr. Goss about four months ago. I found out about the Omaha Wellness Center through work. I had chronic low back pain and neck/shoulder pain with frequent headaches for years. I had been to one other chiropractor in the past but quit going as I did not feel like it was helpful. My way of coping included Ibuprofen, ice, heat, massage and rest. It was hard to stand in one position for more than five minutes. Exercise was not a part of my routine, even walking any great distance was challenging. I decided to give chiropractic care another try. My initial visit with Dr Goss was very thorough. I felt very comfortable with the plan he had for me. I understood that my problems were chronic and weren't going to be fixed in a few visits. Four months later, I am feeling so much better. I did have some bumps along the way but there is such an improvement in my level of pain. I am able to walk without pain. Little things like standing to do dishes or make a meal without pain are priceless. I am continuing my plan and will be on maintenance soon to keep everything corrected. I feel better, I sleep better, and I am very happy I gave chiropractic another chance.

Dr. Gross takes a holistic approach to chiropractic care and I think it's helpful that he analyzes his x-rays as well as considers nutrition and other lifestyle realities that can mess with your back. Even though my insurance did not cover most of the care, I'm still glad I paid for it. Took my back from constant pain to none at all within a couple months of steady adjustments. Kelsey in the office is very responsive and helpful when it comes to scheduling. I injured my back helping a friend move. After a month and a half of unbearable shooting pain, MRIs, pain meds, and inflammation meds, my symptoms were only getting worse. It was to the point I couldn’t sit without pain spasms and no position was tolerable or bearable.
