This place is wonderful, truly caring staff. Angela the acupuncturist is amazing, she knows exactly where to go to relieve pain. She is so knowledgeable, caring, sweet and funny! She is a pleasure. Tiffany is strong and amazing! She does the best stretches and massages. I definitely recommend this center for all wellness needs!!

I have been going to Kearny for a few years, and just thought I'd leave a review because I happen to meet the new receptionist Krystle and wow she is such a sweetheart. Friendly, kind, bubbly, accommodating. Kearny has really be instrumental in helping with my neck and upper back adjustments over the years. I highly recommend them.

Have always loved this place. Even on short notice, they always accommodate you. Lou and the staff are great and very professional. Went in today with a very bad persistent knee pain and got the best massage from Stephanie and literally left there with now pain. Recommend this place 100%.

I have been going to Kearny Wellness for a few years now, and I highly recommend them 100% every time. My family and I are extremely pleased with all they have to offer. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend acupuncture from Angela Cubero. From being a mom to full time worker, it can be stressful and painful. Angela works hard to relief my stressed tight muscles while I get my moment to relax. Kearny Wellness has really been instrumental in helping with my neck and upper back adjustments over the years.

Kearny Wellness is AMAZING, it’s so clean and has a very inviting atmosphere. The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming! Rolando is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The doctor was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. The massage therapist, Jessica, was incredible. I went it with extreme shoulder/ upper back pain and I felt a huge relief immediately after my session. I felt brand new by the next day! This is an outstanding wellness center, would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Amazing place, highly recommended!! I Had an old upper back injury and fixed the issue. My massage therapist was a super woman, took out all the knots and the doctor conducted some spine and neck adjustment.

I can not speak highly enough of this place. I would give them 10 stars if I could I went to them in complete agony the day before an important trip. They did everything they could to make me feel better and it worked. After 1 visit I went from not being able to move from pain to enjoying my trip! They were all so patient and kind. When the Dr. is present, this place runs very smooth! He is attentive, respectful and rather knowledgeable. Outside of his work I am not thrilled. Massage therapy is rather hit or miss. Acupuncturist is also knowledgeable and polite. The cryotherapy they have is great and enjoyable when open (one of the most enticing reasons to visit IMO). Will continue to visit on occasion.

I have been coming to Kearny Wellness for years :). While i was pregnant I went regularly to get pre-natal massages and it was such a huge help to alleviate my lower back pain. Nowadays I go regularly for deep tissue massages, I workout 5 times a week and lift weights regularly. Nothing like having a great recovery to keep my body healthy. I love the cryotherapy, the chiropractic adjustments and the NormaTec... all of these combined are the ultimate recovery one needs and deserves!

I go to Kearny Wellness for my Cryotherapy Sessions and could not be happier with my experience! The staff is very knowledgeable about the services they provide & the facility is clean. I was nervous at first to do Cryotherapy because I have low tolerance for the cold, but the session is painless and goes by super fast! After your session you feel revived & the added bonus is that it helps burn 500-600 calories on average EACH session. Definitely recommend trying Kearny Wellness!

The whole staff are very courteous and professional. They give you a variety of choices for what type of treatment you want. They have acupuncture, deep tissue, etc. I had serious back pain and could not sit in my seat for a long period of time. I could not sit for more than 15 minutes without feeling extreme pain. I received a same day appointment and felt much better after leaving there. The next day, I did not have anymore back pain and the horrible back pain was gone.

Amazing! Just went for the first time to try to manage a sciatic nerve pain naturally since I'm preganat and the service was A1. I scheduled an appointment for accupuncture and to my pleasant surprise they give you a mini massage session before the accupuncture. Both of the services were stupendous. Will definitely be returning. The little massage session definitely convinced me to book a full sessions. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist was super friendly. I was a skeptical on chiropractic treatment but when Tim suggested to give it a try I said why not. I suffer from sciatica and honestly it was very hard to even walk. After 3 treatments in one week, I was amazed by the incredible results! I was not limping anymore, I had more motion on my legs and was able to lean forward. I had tears in my eyes seeing what i was capable of. Kearny Wellness has your best intentions at heart and they will work with you to get you the best results! Kearny wellness is truly is the joy of wellness!! Recommended to visit because I couldn't turn my head or lift my right arm. Sitting in the waiting room was uncomfortable because I wanted to engage in conversation with the friendly staff. The session started with a consult, electric stim, followed by massage and ended with an adjustment. The team made me feel comfortable under my uncomfortable circumstance of limited range of motion. The massage was completely divine, I swear Meirin is an angel! The stretches she did surprised me to see how flexible my right arm is compared to my left, with an injury. The three adjustments were completely new ever to me and the doctor has such a jovial spirit...and an amazing bodywork massager. I left with an ice pack and a couple goodies. Yes I do still have the pain but I can actually turn my head and lift my right arm again. I am very excited to use my ice pack later tonight but I'm so thrilled for the recommendation to walk into Kearny Wellness Center. THANK YOU KEARNY WELLNESS TEAM

A friend recently suggested I visit Kearny Wellness for workout recovery and a wrist injury. When I entered Kearny Wellness, I was welcomed by Tim, who was extremely friendly and explained everything I needed to know before starting treatment. Being a distance runner, he explained the benefits of cryotherapy and how it will help speed recovery. Thanks to Tim, I no longer need to sit in long ice baths. I will definitely continue to visit Kearny Wellness weekly for a cryotherapy session and other beneficial services available. I recommend this place!!!

For someone like me who does crossfit and then spends the majority of the day sitting at a desk job, I cannot stress enough how important it is to maintain your body. Kearny Wellness has released knots in my muscles through massage, improvement movement in my neck through chiropractic and reduced inflammation and pain in my muscles through cryo-therapy. They do it all and are very helpful when answering any of my questions.
