All the staff at Power Chiropractic are first of all knowledgeable and professional. They are excellent at what they do and operate in a place of kindness and compassion. This place is great! I have been going to a chiropractor for over 20 years because of gymnastics and cheerleading. Every chiropractor has been the same - come in a few times then we will maintain or if you have an issue we will have more frequent visits. I thought this was normal until I started going to Power Chiropractic. They gave me the option of continuing my 'normal' or they could fix the issue. At first it sounds too good to be true but you only have one spine so I went with the fix the issue route. I am about a month from finishing my customized program. My lower back and neck issues have been greatly minimized. Movements that used to trigger a visit to the chiropractor have stopped. They have shown me ways to avoid or think differently about the triggers. I don't think it has fully set in that it worked but I can tell a difference in my daily activities. My plan after the program will be maintenance but that is a personal preference because a visit to the chiropractor is like heaven. If you are on the fence or worried about the expense, it is a very rewarding investment. Surgery is not something I want to experience and this has fixed it. I am 39 years old and going to a chiropractor since I was 15....this is my most favorite experience!

My body felt so much better (relaxed and calm) and interestingly enough, my mind felt the same way and with so much more clarity. I started experiencing extreme pain from my spinal cord sitting on my sciatic nerve. I wasn't able to efficiently do my day to day activities and was desperate for relief. I have been working with Dr. Myles and Dr. Andy for a year and I don't know where I would be if they hadn't helped me. They set me up on a plan that was suited for me. They explained in detail what was going on and the symptoms I had been having (besides the pain). Turns out I had been having other symptoms for years just not the pain. Prior to finding Power Chiropractic, I've suffered from years of back pain (exercise related). I'd gone to other chiros that simply cracked your back and adjusted you. This has it's place, but if you are never delving deeper than a weekly adjustment, you aren't gonna find out what your problem(s) is/are. I found out that I had bigger nerve issues than simply "my back hurts from lifting and running" after the imagery that was taken on the first visit. Dr. Andy is the man and isn't there to sell you miracle cures or make you think your conditions are either worse (no scaring) or better (no snake oil sales). You will find out exactly what your issues are and get a treatment plan based around that. Your upper back might hurt, but the root of the issue may be nowhere near the perceived pain points. Dr. Myles will adjust you and in a few minutes you'll feel so much better (after any other adjustment administered in the sessions by Dr. Andy) I wish I had started here sooner. Going to another chiropractor (in my experience) has so far been the equivalent of going to an urgent care - they can help with the basics but not much beyond that. Going to Power Chiropractic and Wellness is like going to Vanderbilt for help. You will get a no BS-assessment and treatment plan. Stop wasting your time with simple adjustments and get treated here so you can start actually healing.

About 8 years ago, I started having a severe shooting pain in my neck and arm. Countless doctor visits later I was advised by a friend to try chiropractic care. After doing some searching, I came across Power Chiropractic & Wellness. Dr. Myles Crawford began aggressively treating the cause of my pain and not just the symptoms. His amazing staff worked out a plan to ensure that I would get the best results, and sure enough I did. After a trying first few weeks, I made it past the constant pain and noticed that my body was healing and feeling better. I continued to go to ensure that I maintained this feeling of wellness. Ever since that time, I have continued to be treated amazingly by not only Dr. Myles, but now Dr. Andy as well, and of course by the amazing office staff. They are the nicest, friendliest people who genuinely care about your health. They remember me by name and always are willing to work with me for appointments and the occasional walk-in when I need a “tune up”. I have recommended Power Chiropractic to many friends throughout the years, and I do the same to anyone reading this who wants to ensure they are getting the absolute BEST in their chiropractic regimen.

Upon the recommendation of a friend who has been receiving care and treatment from the Docs here, I went with tingling nerve discomfort involving my left leg which I had never experienced before. Dr Myles and Andy were very thorough and explained the treatment should I decide to opt in. I elected to begin treatment and after two months, there was a marked difference in my health. I was active again and continued to improve. After a year I am still a patient and quite satisfied. Everyone at the facility is professional, caring, attentive and open to change. The person at the point of entry is always smiling and attentive. She is very helpful and with my schedule, is open to rescheduling me and there have never been any problems accommodating me - and I have to reschedule a lot. There are products for sale but not once did anyone in the office press for me to purchase or even market the products. I was so happy when I asked about the pillows and discovered that this was the same type of pillow I bought 20 years ago and had been looking for since then. I bought one and took it home and my husband asked where was his and then several friends asked me to purchase for them and they are thrilled with the results being a restful good night's sleep and proper positioning. My husband and I have recommended this practice to several of our friends and all have been pleased with the results. In summary, I would recommend these professionals and encourage the new patients to experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and road to recovery. The overall results will not occur overnight but as they say Rome was not built overnight and it will take one's buy in as well as one's involvement ie: exercise, daily habits, maybe changes to work environment or setup - If you are looking for a "family" oriented (even though they are not related) organization committed to your well being then Power Chiropractic Wellness Facility is your next stop. A patient since 2015 and I find Dr. Miles the greatest at helping you get to your physical best! My pain when I started was a unbearable and not very physical, he has helped me get my neck and back issues corrected. I am able to actually work out with no pain or strain. I was just briefly visiting Nashville and experienced a pinched nerve in my neck. I could hardly lift my left arm and certain movements caused severe pain. I was referred to Power Chiropractic by the manager of the RV camp where we were staying. I contacted them and they worked me in promptly. I'll admit i was skeptical of the chiropractor. I always thought I didn't need it because i was young and strong. Well that day changed when i was doing some heavy back squats and felt a pull and nearly collapsed to my knees. I had a friend tell me about Power Chiropractic and they took me in THAT day! Dr. Andy changed my life! I've had chronic hip pain for several years from a career on my feet and an injury from when I was younger. All of the sudden it would dramatically and painfully feel like my leg was popping out of the socket. I decided to give Power Chiropractic a try because I live nearby in Inglewood and they were recommended by a friend. Dr. Andy got to the source of my pain very quickly and with regular visits he literally disappeared it. The resident massage therapist, Linda, is out of this world talented. I had a massage membership with a national chain for 3 years and never had a massage that came come close to what Linda does. She provides a clinical and therapeutic massage that heals the body. I can't say enough about Dr. Myles, Dr. Andy, Linda, and the rest of the team. Highly highly highly recommend!

I have gone to many chiropractors in Nashville, and in other states, but Miles is really amazing. Some Chiropractors are very "Vibe-y" and not really clinical in their approach, but Miles and the team are really great about actually being clinical. The take temperature measurements, x-rays, and more to then give you, on your first visit, a clear measurable look into what is wrong, and then they show you exercises (extremely simple and done on site the day you get adjusted) before you are adjusted and in a few short weeks you can really visually see and more importantly feel better. I normally feel better before I walk out the door and is the best in Nashville . Super friendly staff as well! - Just go, quit reading and feel better.

Just a few months ago, my neck and left arm hurt so bad that I couldn't sit down or even sleep. It was probably the most painful experience of my life that never let up. I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Myles and Dr. Andy. I bring both my sons to see them (both under age 2) and I see them myself as needed and have been getting adjusted by Myles for about 3 years now. My most recent experience was with my youngest son. He is only 10 weeks old. I brought him to see Dr. Andy and told Andy that he hadn't produced a dirty diaper in over a week and I was getting concerned. Andy examined him, took his time adjusting him and a few minutes later told me there was a kink in his lower back that he put back into place. I took him home and within 2 hours he had a huge blow out in his diaper. Finally! Then a couple hours after that another blow out, than another right before he went to bed. I was so grateful for Andy and how he took care of him. Since then he's been regular and we haven't had any problems. My other son was having a hard time sleeping for a consistent amount of time. He is 21 months old. I told Dr. Myles that he hadn't been napping very well. Myles examined him and took his time adjusting him. When we went home it was his nap time so I laid him down thinking I would only get a 30 minute rest. He fell asleep and stayed asleep for 4 hours! And then went to bed at the regular time that night and slept 12 hours! Again, so grateful for both Myles and Andy! We will continue to go for sure!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly and willing to work with your needs. The care is excellent and has lead to major improvements. Depending on the problems you have it may a little time but the experience is very worth it. If you are having back or neck pain this is a great place to go. Even if you think you are okay, this place can help you be better. My reason for coming started 3 years ago. I had back pain my entire life and I had been working a very stressful job on my body. By the end of the week, I could barely stand and had to rest every minute I could get a chance. My aunt had came here before and recommend that I come here. I saw major improvement in the months I came, but stopped coming because I thought I had improved enough that I no longer needed the visits. As time passed, the pain started to come back. I ignored it even after I had a car accident last year until I had trouble doing anything after work because of the pain I was facing. I finally got to the point I regularly felt as though I was going to collapse and the pain was affecting my ability to concentrate on anything else. About 6 months ago, I decided to come back here. They put me on a program for 3 months to work on a series of sublaxations in my neck. The first few visits were rough but by the end of the program I was feeling extreme levels of improvement. All but one sublaxation had gone away and I had more energy and less pain that I could remember in my life. This time I decided to continue care and have saw improvements I didn't even realize would happen. Now, when I do have a problem my body seems to recover before I even make it back for an appointment. The most impressive thing that has happened is headaches I have had 3 to 5 times a week since I was a kid have nearly completely gone away. Doctors prescriped medications that wouldn't even knock out the headaches but the regular appointments have helped prevent them. I have only had one in the past month and it went away on its own in a few hours. I have not had to take any medications, not even over the counter, in the past 3 months. I feel better, I have more energy and I can get back to working out rather than sitting around in pain. This place is worth the cost and don't stop coming because you think you are fine. These guys can keep you feeling that way and maybe help with things you didn't realize were wrong in the first place.

Dear Power Chiropractic, When I shuffled through your doors hunched over and in intense pain over 5 months ago I was immediately met with professionalism. I was x-rayed and adjusted on the first day.
