My spondylolisthesis is improving as well as the narrowing of my spinal column. Brandon Takahashi knows his sh*t and will listen to your needs. He makes time for you. And he has the BEST staff. Amazing and efficient office! I had been suffering with neck and back pain for years... countless doctors and physical therapy, and no one could give me an explanation I could understand. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Takahashi was able to see that one side of my body was misaligned due to a car accident 10 years ago. Immediately after the initial assessment, I got an adjustment and a plan. Office is very clean, staff is very friendly and professional, scheduling is a breeze, adjustments are very efficient and overall a great experience. Dr. Takahashi is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations, and translates medical speak into plain English that anyone can digest and understand. Dr Takahashi has been the biggest blessing in my life. He is kind, caring, attentive, patient and always happy. Always greets you with a big smile. I started going to him because I got into a car accident and he not only did he help me with my injuries, he also went above and beyond. He will most likely tell you that you should not cross your legs anymore when you sit because of our knees and at first, I was haha ok. After a few weeks of not crossing them and getting adjusted, my knee pain has reduced significantly. He is now a must in my life. The office ladies who work with him are also very attentive, communicative and friendly! Always greeting you with a happy smile and very accommodating!! They also text for appointments and it’s so easy! Makes my life a ton easier!

Got an assessment back in 2019 and just came back this week (ooops!) for my first adjustment. OBVIOUSLY not the smartest thing to do, since my neck pain started spreading down my shoulder. Dr. Takahashi told me I might feel some discomfort and that I will need to ice the area but that it was normal. So FYI: do follow his instructions. I was a bit sore but iced the are as I was told, and this morning I’m already feeling a HUGE difference. Looking forward to my next visit. I also got a courtesy call later in the evening from him, which I appreciated very much :) 10000% recommend him. The whole team is very nice and kind.

Great experience! Office desk (Maria) was kind,polite, and attentive. Dr. Takahashi was busy juggling alot of clients (he's popular for good reason!) But despite being a new client, he took his time to evaluate my concerns and made really concise and simple explanations about treatment recommendations. I have bad posture, slouching, tense neck and shoulder chronic discomfort and low/middle back issues but he relieved my immediate discomfort on the first day! Gave me at home stretches to implement in my morning/night routine. Made me realize how bad my right side weakness compared to my left! I am going to follow his recommendation to visit him 2x week for the first 4-6 weeks. Will update review afterwards, but so far so good! His practice is nice and clean and very welcoming! Would recommend him to at least give him a try! Finances are straight forward and simple, with our without insurance.

We saw the doctor for hip pain my daughter is having. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he made my five year old daughter feel comfortable. He actually made a joke about her making popcorn with the adjustment and she still jokes about it a day later. He was so gentle with his adjustment and showed how her hips had been off by a whole inch. We are so grateful that we found him and will return next week.

I’ve always called Dr. Takahashi “the magician”. I had a severely dislocated disc in my lower back from a sports incident combined with years of poor posture and my lower back that day just completely gave out. My L5S1 was off by an inch and a half so you can imagine the great pain I was in. I was referred to by a co-worker who had given me stellar recommendations and I immediately went in as an emergency. I remember being in so much pain that day that I was unable to sit or fully stand up. All I could do was stand half way in a bent over position. I will never forget my very first visit where I was in the waiting room standing in a bent over position with my hands on my knees with other patients staring at me. You can imagine how embarrassing that looked. That day Dr Takahashi was able to centralize the pain with his adjustments so that I could at least walk home standing which was a life saver. From there it took seeing him 3 times a week down to twice a week down to once a week over a 1 year period to eventually make a full recovery. Thanks to his adjustment work and most importantly the homework he would give me which I did everyday in between visits I was eventually able to make a full 100% recovery. Dr Takahashi’s goal is to help you make a full recovery so you can go back to a normal life, not to keep you coming back forever. Full 5 stars from me.

Dr. Takahashi was astute in his intake and had many meaningful recommendations about how to get me closer to pain free. I see a chiropractor in my city and happened to be on vacation and in extreme pain from a tension headache that causes migraines - the pain wraps around my head to my eye socket. I was able to walk away, after one visit, with significant relief. Upon his suggestion I also bought a firm neck support block to help reintroduce the curvature to my neck. This has proved almost life changing. I use the block twice daily and have reduced my pain to 10%. Thank you!

In 2012, I had a iron rod puncture through my leg, causing severe nerve and muscular damage. After 2 months of extensive physical therapy, my leg was still severely injured and partially immobile, with no sign of a quick recovery. I then started seeing Dr. Takahashi. After 1 1/2 months, of treatment with Dr. Takahashi, I was able to go up and down stairs and even went to a yoga session! He truly knows what he's doing. Dr. Takahashi is amazingly gifted in aligning and healing the body. The masseuse was excellent: relaxing and energizing at the same time. Dr. Takahashi explained why I have a knee problem. He adjusted knees, back & neck then had me walk again and asked how I felt then gave me another neck adjustment, which caused me to feel a bolt of energy go up my spine, neck and head. Dr. Takahashi is also into sports injury and he has helped me several times over with dislocations and pulled muscles. I go to him for weekly chiropractic to manage Migraines and nerve pain, which is necessary considering displacement of my bone structure inflames my nerves and creates huge knots, pain, and headaches. He is the only Care Doctor I see, and the only one I need to see to deal with my health issues, as I usually can deal with the other stuff naturopathically. Dr.Takahashi is a very caring person and his patients health is very important to him. I took my 9 year old son for the first time because he had slipped and fallen on his buttocks. I have been coming here for 6 years! Do I need to come no but man after Dr. T turns your power on I feel so much better! He helped me rehab myself from sciatica 6 years ago. It took almost a year and a half of adjustments and the stretches he gave me to help me get back to myself with 0 surgery and zero prescriptions! I love natural healing. I went in today after having 2 weeks of terrible mid-back pain. I received a custom massage tailored to my problem areas and an adjustment. I was so tight I couldn't bend forward before I walked in. Literally 3 hours later, my pain is gone and I can bend forward and touch both palms face down on the floor! I am very happy !

Dr. Takahashi was amazing when my son had some problems with his ears. After numerous doctor visits and antibiotics that were not working. I was suggested by a friend to visit him, since my son did have a Fall about 3 months prior maybe it was causing his ears to have problems. After a week of treatments daily for 5 days and every other day the following week, his ear infection and his fevers had disappeared. I continued treatment once a week to maintain: and whenever I feel something is off I make sure to take him back in. I also was able myself to try treatments for neck issues and feel less discomfort. My father in law was in town and he as well has ear problems with not hearing well with even hearing aids. The one time he visited Dr. Takahashi he was able to hear a lot better and hopes to visit him again this year. Highly recommend
