Natural State has been a literal lifesaver for me. I walked in with Neurological Covid Long Haul, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) from mold exposure and these amazing Practitioners worked hard to help me heal. They were very thorough in my consultation and testing. They worked together through the many modalities they offer to develop a treatment plan customized to my needs. I was told by medical doctors that there was no help for me here in Arkansas and that I would have to travel to places like the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, or some major University to receive proper care but that did not sit well with me. Through prayer and listening to God’s direction I landed at Natural State. I am getting my life back because Natural State showed up for me.

They can achieve optimal results as far as eliminating body pain and proper body care, but when it comes to operations and customer service they have a lot of improvements to make. It’s tricky for sure. Replying to owner: My very first complaint to the staff was made regards to Dr. Schultz. Her techniques made me feel worse so I asked politely to switch providers. That was ignored by everyone. Dr. Schultz still continued to treat me I agreed only because I suspected she received better distinct training for my specific ailments by her colleagues and I like giving second chances. I am truly afraid to come back to this place. If I would have continued I surely believe Dr Schultz would have made my condition much worse risking possible early arthritis due to neck injury. Stop and think about that please. I am glad I get treated elsewhere; the improvements/results are miraculous. I paid natural state close to 3000.00 for my treatment. I wholeheartedly wish I could get a portion refunded because I feel simply ripped off for services received. Dr Schultz put me in A LOT of neck pain. Thankfully again I am in good hands now. Thank you for responding and trying to improve but I wish persons on your staff would have listened when I spoke up twice for sure before this conversation.

Dr. Dawson is incredible, as are Dr. Kiernan and Dr. Parker! Their knowledge and care is second to none. My lower back issues from laying floors in 2018 are completely gone. They do such a great job! You will be treated as a person and not as just another patient. Believe me, you’ll be glad you e chosen them!

I was 8 days overdue with my fourth pregnancy when Traci adjusted me. I’d already done massage and positioning exercises to get baby to engage, and I was having some Braxton-hicks contractions for two days that wouldn’t turn into anything else. Dr. Traci felt and determined what the likely issue was. After she adjusted me, I had two stronger contractions five minutes apart. Then I felt a strong CLICK in my pelvis, and my first stage of labor immediately began. Can’t recommend her enough.

I would suggest to anyone to get an evaluation if you want to feel better, and the foot orthotics are amazing & the cervical pillow is fantastic, much better alingement
