They are good at what they do but I'm seriously considering a different chiropractor. More than once I've gone to a location in the city only to arrive and see an Out to Lunch sign. Anyone know of any other businesses that close during their schedules working hours? The Joint is the only business I know that shuts their services off to customers during the scheduled work day. And the hours on the door don't even elude to closing for lunch. May be my last month with the Joint.

Professional services, was recommended by a good friend of mine, had a really bad pain in the my lower back, and 2 weeks; 3 session 1st week, 2 in the second week. Was perfect for me. I'm glad to have this service. And I will continue having them. Friendly staff. Specially the front desk lady. Very kind and professional in her manners.

So wonderful! Love how convenient it is and the later hours. Everything is explained wonderfully! (Except that they are closed for lunch from 2-3 and that isn’t indicated on the web site and in this heat and gas prices that’s important info) but everyone has been so kind and they outline all their info clearly. I love how convenient it is to get in and out without appts.

Finding an office and a chiropractor is always a challenge. Once you find one, you stay and hope they stay! This is my experience with the Charleston office. Makaylah is always a pleasant greater and very efficient. And my doctor of choice is always Dr. Russeau. He's very professional, knowledgeable and personable. All the doctors are great. We see Dr. Rousseau mainly. He is knowledgeable and personalized our treatment. I look forward each week going to get my back and neck worked on. I do not have to take meds for head and neck pain since I started going. We do the monthly plan for me and my husband and so worth it.

Tbh, I didn't have the best experience with the receptionist. She didn't greet me while i was standing at the reception desk, waiting for her to acknowledge me while her head was down, she also was condescending when i needed clarification on how many visits i get since I signed up for weekly sessions. However, Dr. Russeau turned things around for the better and that’s why I marked it (4) stars instead of 1. He was extremely professional, friendly and did a great job with adjusting my back. He is the only reason why I decided to sign up for weekly visits.

Big fan of this place. They aren’t run like your normal Chiropractor/ doctors office. You get a key tag and you come in at your own will and get adjusted. It’s a great business model for people with busy or varying schedules. I have been in a few times but got the honor of being adjusted by Dr. Cohen today. This is the first time I’ve walked away from an adjustment actually feeling better. I’ve had a ton of tension in my neck and crazy headaches and whatever he did today, felt like magic. I’ve been going to the chiropractor since I was a kid and this guy is the best I’ve had to date. I’ll definitely be back and calling ahead to see if Cohen is in.

Great clinic and service. Fits super conveniently into my life, much prefer to get a treatment when I happen to have time in my busy day than have to make an appointment. They post the schedule of doctors on the front desk counter, in case you have a favorite! Usually don't have to wait longer than a few minutes. If you're willing to pay for the convenience (it is not cheap!) then you'll be very satisfied with this chiropractic care.

Overall, they've taken good care of me when I go in. It depends who you get...different styles and such. If you're looking for something more comprehensive, and individualized, probably better to stick to a more traditional chiropractic office. You probably won't get that for $69 a month, though.

I've come here several times after my motorcycle accident. The doctors there were all fantastic and wait times were super minimal! I ended up going with the monthly plan and came a couple times a month until I was feeling better. It was a fantastic service with a great and friendly crew! The price is right, but the personality of the employees leave a little to be desired. From the moment a person walks through the door, the receptionist lets you know that you have to sign up for multiple visits Of course, the Chiropractor, informs you that multiple visits are needed, and you should pay for them now. When I visited, there were 2 Chiropractors working in the back room, which has 2 tables. As I was filling out the First Visit forms, several customers checked in and went to the back room for adjustment. Each visit for adjustment took less than 5-minutes. A real assembly line process. My turn came, and as I got about 3 sentences in explaining what my issue was, the Chiropractor took over, showed me an old spine model & gave me 3 sentence explanation. Had me lay on the table and roughly started adjusting my neck (I had not mentioned my neck) & upper back). Turned over and he started working from the front. After the first maneuver, I found myself tightening up to avoid the Chiropractor heavy handed actions. I've visited chiropractors for the past 10 years, and tightening up is a no-no, but this guy was hurtful. I had images of a Samurai Warrior inflicting pain on my body. Then it ended in less than 4-minutes. He then told me that I needed at least 10 more visits, and I could pay in advance at the front desk. Thank You. Nope, I cannot recommend this office.

The Drs were great! Woke up with substantial mid back pain. Couldn't take a deep breath at all. Downloaded the new patient paperwork from the website. Felt immediately at least 75% better after the adjustment. I was back in my office in under 30 minutes ( including drive time to/from The Joint). Might need 1 follow up visit in a couple days but, to be expected ( chiropractic isn't magic). But overall tremendous instant improvement!!

My daughter had flown into Las Vegas the day before and had slept the entire way on the plane. When she arrived in Las Vegas, her back hurt so much, she couldn't lift her luggage. The next day, we stopped by The Joint for my daughter to get an adjustment. Including paperwork, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Jason Lovaas did an excellent job adjusting her back. We were so impressed that we went back a few days later so that my daughter could be adjusted one more time before we left on a hiking trip to Bryce Canyon. While there, I got an adjustment as well, since I had hurt my back climbing in and out of a rental car. Again, we were impressed with our treatment and were both out in under 30 minutes! The two different receptionists were unbelievably friendly and helpful. One receptionist even looked up a phone number for the next place we were going. Everyone working there was very professional. I now have a chiropractor the next time I am in Vegas!

The reason I began going to the joint was because of a horrible spinal tap surgery I had 2 years ago. Dr. lovass helped me to loosen up since I had severe hyper tension, and muscle stiffness. Dr. Parks is also another doctor at this location I enjoy they both have a gentle touch, and provide great conversation. I haven't been here to many times this year because I'm a busy business owner. Yet , when I do come they remember me well enough to remember the week priors conversation. These are the only two doctors who did a great job in my opinion dr. Dexter was short and I felt like I was being rushed through the session. I don't like not having a few seconds to adjust in between changing positions. Other than that this was my only gripe this location had very positive energy though overall !

How about no insurance claims or paperwork to start? My family and I have been members here for a few years and we love the doctors here for their quality adjustments, friendliness, and the convenience to be in an out in under 15mins most days. Check in is easy, just scan you Keychain Barcode. Since this is a franchise, your membership crosses State lines. We've gotten adjustments in a few different cities in Utah during the ski season too. Definitely a great deal and no need to worry about appointments. Drop in any time.

On November 1, Dr. Nathan Blanton relocated to the Boca Park location of the Joint. On November 2, I was there and he provided an adjustment. Dr. Nathan Blanton has been my chiropractor since July 2012 and I just keep following him when he changes locations. I have recommended Dr. Blanton to my friends and family, and would encourage others to try his adjustments at The Joint. In September of 2011, I was injured in a car accident. After eight months of orthopedic doctors, three physical therapists, and another chiropractor, Dr. Blanton provided me the greatest pain relief and increased my mobility. Not only did he work on my spine issues, his adjustments of my right hand relieved pain in two of three fingers which allowed me to again pick-up small items without pain. After I had fusion surgery for discs in my neck in 2014, Dr. Blanton was very careful about when he resumed adjustments to my neck. He gradually increased the intensity of the neck adjustments. I am able to turn my head and move my neck any way I want. I attribute this both to my surgeon and Dr. Blanton’s adjustments. As I have increased my physical activities through the years, adjustments from Dr. Blanton have kept my spine, neck, and hip in alignment plus helped me with pain issues. Now The Joint, basically offers chiropractic adjustment, if you want more or something else than the Joint isn’t for you. From April 2015 through October 2016, Dr. Blanton treated me over 50 times at The Joint on Fort Apache and Tropicana. I really like how easy it is to get an adjustment at The Joint locations and their reasonable pricing. Unlike traditional chiropractor offices, The Joint doesn’t require scheduling appointments in advance and has extended evening and weekend hours – even Sundays– WHICH IS GREAT! No fuss-No hassle-No waiting for days for an appointment when I am in pain! Dr. Blanton has always been friendly, professional, and wants to help his patients any way he can. He seems to have “the touch”; an intuitive ability in his adjustments. If I sleep the wrong way, use improper form when I exercise, or just am in pain, I know I can go that night or weekend to see Dr. Blanton and his adjustment will give me relief.
