Dr. Grimes and Dr. Nebiker are both amazing. Dr. Grimes helped me so much throughout my pregnancy with all of my aches and pains that came along with it. I never knew that chiropractic care during pregnancy was a thing and i was a bit hesitant at first, but im so glad i came to them! Dr. Grimes throughly explained everything to make sure i felt 100% comfortable with everything. Now I can't imagine going through pregnancy without chiropractic care and Dr. Grimes. They are both so friendly and personable and the office staff is great too! I recommend them 10/10!

Grimes is amazing! He is thorough. He is optimistic. He is professional. He is knowledgeable. I have nothing but positive things say about him. His staff is equally amazing. They’re a pleasant and helpful group of ladies. He came as a recommendation from a friend as I have never considered chiropractic health. Clearly, I wasn’t educated enough. I am now. But it took a pinched nerve in my neck, excruciating pain, and days on pain killers to be enlightened. He could see the agony and after completing his initial consultation, he squeezed me in so I wouldn’t have to suffer through the weekend without any intervention. Grimes always answered my questions and was thorough with his answers. Never was there a time I wasn’t greeted with a smile and a fist bump. When I had some concerns with a diagnosis with my husband, he took the time to explain and help us make sense of some medical documents that another doctor was able to communicate. He didn’t have to do this. Lord knows the man is busy enough. I trust him completely. I’d send my child to him if ever necessary. And my husband will start his appointments next week. I wouldn’t hesitate to make an appointment with Grimes. You’ll be happy you did.

I have been seeing Dr. Grimes for 3 weeks now, and the difference so far is night & day for me. Dr. Grimes approach is much different than other chiropractors I’ve seen. I appreciate his scientific approach and professionalism. His staff are always happy to help and patient with my family when trying to juggle appointments. Dr. Grimes is more than just a chiropractor, he is a very caring person who takes the time to listen to what you have to say. He cares about the things that stress you and talks to you on how to handle those stressors. I suffer from migraines and depression. Getting adjustments from Dr. Grimes has helped both dramatically. Holy cow! This place has 5 stars for a reason. I am blown away by the knowledge and friendliness of this whole establishment. I have been to several chiropractors although I am only 24. I am very active and it is so nice going to a chiropractor who gives advice on how to maintain my lifestyle rather than being told to slow down. I have dealt with neck pain since I was a teenager and have visited chiropractors since I can remember. After 2-3 weeks of visits, I walked into this place to check in at the iPad and when I went to select what body part hurt today, I had the realization that I didn't hurt just standing there. That was so amazing for me to realize because it's the first time in forever that I didn't ache just standing/ sitting still. Dr. Grimes is incredible and truly cares about his patients and it's super clear. I've also never been to a chiro that does x-rays. Total game changer when it comes to treatment plans. The best damn chiropractor in Las Vegas.....let me tell you why. The idea of getting adjusted can seem intimidating but Dr. Grimes uses a technique that is very gentle yet very effective. I have been using Dr. Grimes for 4 years and have come to him with all kinds of lower and neck injuries from sitting at my computer working too long, weight lifting or just long soccer mom driving. I don’t have time to be down or immobile and Dr. Grimes gets me back living the active, traveling mom life I love. I have also brought my 2 daughters for sports injuries as well. I’ve been seen by Grimes Chiropractic since 11/2019 for a pinched nerve in my cervical area, that created intense electrical pain in my right forearm due to a road trip from Vegas NV to San Jose Ca . Grimes Chiropractic is amazing! I was at my wits end with back/neck pain, headaches and just not feeling like myself. During the consultation he didn't rush me, allowed me to talk and he listened! Anyone who has been to other chiropractors needs to come here, what you will find out is that you were short changed by the others, Dr. Grimes approach is like no other I have experienced in 20 plus years of using chiropractors. The alignment of my neck relieved pressure in my eye and improved my vision IMMEDIATELY... my lower back hasn't knocked the breath out of me locking up since my first adjustment. Dr. Grimes is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. After having three babies and losing 100 pounds, my lower back and neck really started bothering me. On top of that, I got awful headaches every day, and I just thought it was part of the norm as a busy and stressed out mom. At my consultation, Dr. Grimes told me that the average person gets maybe 4 headaches in a YEAR! 😱😬 After seeing the results of my X-rays and other tests, it made sense why I was experiencing so much discomfort and frequent headaches. I’m only a month into my 6-month treatment plan, but I already feel like a million bucks! I really don’t know why I waited so long to get help. If you’re on the fence about seeing a chiropractor, or just looking for the right one, don’t hesitate in going with Dr. Grimes. He is one of just a couple in the area that uses the Gonstead method, which uses a gentle approach and is very specific to each individual’s needs. For that reason, I commute all the way from Boulder City to NW Vegas just to see him! I know there’s a lot of fear and mystery about chiropractors, and some of you may have even had bad experiences before. Don’t let that deter you. Dr. Grimes is amongst the best! Also, I have to give a shoutout to the team for being a true family business. My husband works out of state and is only home every other weekend, which means I have to bring at least 2 (and sometimes all 3) kids with me to my appointments. If you’re a busy parent, like me, being able to take your children with you is a make-it or break-it kind of deal. This family business has a little play area for the kids, and they also accommodate if you’d like a private area to nurse or change your baby (which I’ve done several times). And to top it off, the entire team remembers and genuinely cares about you and your family. My little boys and baby girl love coming here, and I know you will, too!
