Great place! No more negative energy! All positive! Dr. Grotzinger is a great and compassionate, skilled and seasoned male doctor. He'll get you in and out and on your way. Dr. Abby is also compassionate, generous, detailed and skilled. She is very easy to talk to about your symptoms. She'll give you the extra attention you need. Dr. Bartley is nicely seasoned as well. Dr. Ware has great technique. Our newest wellness Coordinator, Janeele is fluent in spanish. She is able to communicate to our spanish speaking community. Very warm environment. You'll be right at home. Cross promotions are welcomed and important while building community relationships. Check the Facebook page and IG page out!

I went earlier today as a walk in after 9 days of extreme neck pain. As soon as my adjustment was done I felt a little relief. My pain (now-9 hours later) is down by about 65%!! I will definitely be back for a few more sessions! Barskdale was on duty today and was actually taking the time to hear my symptoms. And spent a good time asking follow up questions.

I went in for a visit to address pain in my back. Janeele was friendly yet professional, efficient (three other existing patients came in and were taken care of while I filled out my paperwork) and informative. Dr. Moore assessed my posture and functioning, identified tight areas, and then did a series of adjustments. At this point I definitely feel Improvement, I'm going to see how well I feel in the morning. I also received an exercise sheet and instructions from Dr Moore on how to do the ones that were the best for my situation. I did bring that home and I have done the exercises already. I'm intending to have my son sign up for their program, but it was nice today on a Sunday, to be able to go in and get the care and treatment that I received!

I left feeling better than when I went in. I will say that the experience was a little uncomfortable though. While filling out the paperwork, the front desk assistant approached me and told me that I would have to speak loudly to the doctor because of his hearing problem and that I shouldn’t take it personally if he cuts me off when I’m speaking. I can totally understand the hearing issue but listening to the person before me screaming their responses was odd. It was even more odd to have to do-so myself. I don’t see how it’s expected to yell out your health history so that other people in the waiting room can hear. I also don’t see why the doctor cutting people off while they’re speaking hasn’t been addressed with the doctor. It seems unprofessional to expect the paying customer to just deal with it. It was also in poor taste to tell me after I already declined the wellness plan twice, that you were still going to explain the other options because “you still have to do your job.” I had already explained that I would follow-up with my decision within the next few days after I met with my insurance provided chiropractor but was forced to continue to listen to this lady continuously come up with more reasons why I should buy the plan. It took me agreeing to do a visit with another doctor for her to ring me out. I’ll also mention that I heard the person before me try to cancel their plan and they were forced to explain why more than once, in front of everyone else sitting in the lobby, instead of her initial request just being accepted. I understand that you’re a business and you need to keep your customers coming back but part of customer service is listening to the customer. Life is too short to deal with this irritating behavior when I absolutely don’t have to. I won’t be returning.

Today was my first time here. I got in quickly, the doctor was nice and attentive. I was worried that seeing a chiropractor would cost a lot of money but not at The Joint. I signed up for monthly adjustments and I couldn't be happier to be getting relief. And they offer a military discount which is a major bonus in my opinion.

Great concept, super nice people. The doctor was very through. My regular guy was on vacation but this doctor did the same adjustments.. He asked many questions about my discomfort and narrowed the problem to hip misalignment, then fixed the issue, all ready feel much better. I think I found my new Chiropractor. I’ve never felt more welcome or valued as a patient as I do when I visit The Joint Chiropractic in Glendale. Dr. Robbins has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to treating my chronic low back pain, because I’ve often felt like no one will listen to me or believe what I’m going through. Not only does Dr. Robbins take the time to explain what she is doing, but she has taught me many techniques that have turned my life around. She is a complete professional when it comes to assuring my comfort and modesty while treating me, and I truly think that the negative review below is not only false but it sounds like a malicious attempt by some entity to try to tarnish a reputation for whatever reason. Dr. Robbins’ results speak for themselves, and I would (and have) recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Robbins is an excellent chiropractor. She is a no-nonsense lady who is somewhat firm in manner, but don't let that fool you! She has the warm heart of a care-giver and is very sensitive to the needs of her patients. She is a good listener who is excellent at explaining what she's going to do, and ensuring I understand before getting my consent. I love going to her because she is unique in her approach to body work--she doesn't baby her patients, hold their hands, or try to sell them any New Age BS. AND THAT'S WHY SHE GETS RESULTS. She heals and empowers her patients, then holds them to high standards of self-care--she expects me to take as good care of myself as she does, and that's the IT factor that led me to change my habits, improve my health and change my life! In the negative review below, there are multiple suspicious comments that ring false or malicious, and do not reflect my experience there in the slightest. But what do I know? I've only been going there once a week for 6 months ;)

Have to agree with others Dr Robins is very rude and quite frankly seems like a b...ch. went there in severe pain with a pinched nerve just to be treated like nothing, maybe she was having an off day but I will never go back to that office again. Shame. Update.. and reason changed from 1 star to 4 Drove up to the Carmel location and doctors were great walked right in, respected and treated well. My pinched nerve in lower back freed up and was able to walk again. I see a chiropractor once a month however he wasn’t available on Sunday, leaving me to find an alternative. Post update. Got a call from customer service to ask about what happened told them how we were treated. Great to see they care and want to make sure everyone experiences a professional caring environment. My initial impression wasn’t great but afterwards would definitely recommend them if you need treatment.

I was very hesitant to see a chiropractor because I could not stand the “cracking” sound. A co-worker finally talked me in to checking out The Joint in Broad Ripple and I could not be more pleased with the place! The staff is great—particularly Dr. Robbins. I feel like she really makes an effort to get to know her clients. I really appreciate that I can walk in without making an appointment and I am usually back out the door within 5-10 minutes of walking in. The cost is insanely affordable-- $69 for four visits monthly and they accept Health Savings Accounts, so this was a no brainer for me! Lastly, the service has immensely helped my lower back pain and headaches. If you’re skeptical, at least give this place a chance!!!

Today was my first day and I was a tad nervous because after reaching to friends and family, I didnt get much support. With the discomfortant getting worse, I decided to give it a shot. I walked in my first day after being treated poorly at hospital ER twice in 3 days, I had severe pain due to a rotation in my hip, could barely walk, or move, today I drove myself through rush hour traffic from Downtown to Glendale for my 4th session, all the front desk staff are super nice and God bless the 3 different doctors, I am extremely thankful and will continue my treatment with them and afterwards get into regular adjustments. Great for a fast fix/relief! The male doctor was very nice, respectful and informative. The place was clean and the wait was short. Would not stop going to my regular chiropractor but it’s a great option for last minute or “emergency” fix.

The keystone location in Broad Ripple is excellent. I am a customer for life now. Forget difficulty getting an appointment, high cost and long wait times. Prices are extremely affordable and you are in and out in less than 10 minutes!! Highly recommend!

Came into the joint two months ago after full tackle football season trying to get some pain relieve. I got a membership and decided to try it out. After visiting with some of the doctors I wasn’t feeling the pain relief or that I was being heard from the doctor & decided I was going to cancel my membership. NOW, they brought in a new Doctor ( Dr. Wade), on my first appointment with her she took the time to actually hear my concerns and acknowledge my pain and even went after the adjustment to give me some stretching tips to help my back and overall pain. Dr. Wade and Denae are an incredible team that make me feel welcome, heard and who take my health care seriously. She doesn't just "adjust" me, she gives me instruction on what I can do at home to keep improving my stiffness and pain. I had been doing a lot of gardening and developed almost crippling back pain. So much so that on a Sunday I needed some sort of relief. I found this facility and fortunately for me they were opened. I went there and received an adjustment that immediately began to provide relief. Due to this I chose to purchase a monthly package and now go weekly for an adjustment. I suppose if I had to pick two words to describe the service they would be Ease and Effectiveness. I can just go there, have my adjustment and be on my way and I my back is feeling so much better now.
