I have been a professional stuntwoman for over 40 years and have been treated by chiropractors the majority of my life. I found Dr. Nate through my daughter who attends school in Indiana. He is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever been to and his adjustment technique far surpasses any other chiropractors. I find the majority of chiropractors are "crack and go" but Dr. Nate takes time to make sure all bothersome/painful areas are not only addressed but also put into alignment. The only drawback for me is that I live in California and can only be treated by Dr. Nate when I visit my daughter. From my experience he is by far the best chiropractor in the profession.

I came to Alliance Chiropractic as a last-ditch effort to get some relief for my knee (not the typical chiropractic treatment, I know). After 6 years of chronic knee pain, having been seen by one of the most highly regarded knee doctors in the state, and then having a surgery that was supposed to fix everything (but didn’t), I was desperate for anything that might help. Someone recommended shockwave treatment, which I had never heard of before. I was very skeptical, but after finding positive reports from both the NIH (National Institutes of Health) and AAPM (American Academy of Pain Medicine) about its efficacy and safety, I figured it was worth a shot. I had this treatment done by Dr. Nathan back in September. I’ve been waiting to write the review until I knew if it had really worked. In the year before my knee surgery, I would have a flare-up so bad that I couldn’t walk and was in extreme pain every 2-3 months. After the surgery, it still happened every three months. My last bad episode was in July, so I was due for another in October. I had the shockwave treatments in Sept/Oct. It’s now halfway through January. I should’ve had another big “I can’t walk, I can’t sleep, I just want to cry all day because my knee is in agony” episode since then. But my knee has been good. The shockwave is not a cure-all. I will never run or jump again, and I still have a manageable level of knee discomfort every day. But I haven’t had a day on crutches since, so I’ll take that as a win. If you’re having knee pain, the shockwave is worth a shot. I’ve had better results from it than I had from surgery. And although I didn’t see Dr. Nathan for a chiropractic treatment, I have seen another chiropractor in the past, and I will for sure switch to Dr. Nathan if I ever feel I need a chiropractic adjustment again. He is absolutely wonderful — genuinely caring and easy to talk to. I would trust him with my knee (or my spine) above anyone else.

This was my first time ever being seen by a Chiropractor! The environment was so welcoming and it smelled amazing! My experience was phenomenal!! The secretary was such a sweetheart! I had an appointment and only waited for 5-10 min to be seen by the Chiropractor!! Dr. Ziegler was AMAZING! He explained everything that he was doing and asked a lot of questions to better treat me and my scoliosis! Dr. Ziegler made me feel comfortable and made my anxiety level go down within the first 5 min of his exam! I’m 10 weeks pregnant so I was a little nervous at first!! I started seeing Dr. Nathan for tension headaches and discuss issues I have had with my back in the past. He took X-rays and then did an adjustment. So much tension was released from my neck and back and felt wonderful when I left. I was surprised how good I felt. I also realized how long I have been not feeling good and accepted it as well this is my normal. We reviewed the X-rays at the next visit and I was amazed how out of alignment I am. Everywhere I was complaining of aches and pains were validated by what the X-rays showed. Dr. Nathan took the time to explain my X-rays to my husband at another appointment. Dr. Nathan is very knowledgeable, thorough and puts you at ease while doing your adjustment. I highly recommend them!

I went to Dr. Nathan on the recommendation of a friend. I have been seeing a chiropractor since I was a baby and I will say that his adjustment was the best I have ever received. His initial examination and assessment of my x-rays was very thorough. He took his time to answer all of my questions and explain everything. I love that there are no contracts and he is not pushy. Dr. Caitlin helped me at the front desk. She is very kind and friendly. I appreciate her help in scheduling, as well as figuring out the best deal for us... insurance/cash pay/HSA funds, etc. A huge bonus is that the office is kid-friendly. I can bring all 4 of my kids and it's not a problem. When my son, who is 9, first got adjusted, said when we got to the car, "Dr. Nathan's adjustments are magic"!

Little to no wait to get seen. The Doctors and Staff are very professional, kind and sincere. They offer acupuncture and other services aside from adjustments if that is what you want to look into. As for the actual alignment they do a very good job! I feel better throughout the week and am much less stiff and sore. So far the best team I have been to. I highly recommend them!

Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. After having back issues for quite some time and other people (other chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists) would always just put a bandaid on the problem but Dr. Ziegler took x-rays and found the root causes of all my issues. He explains things thoroughly and does a great job explaining treatment options. He is very personable and I am really impressed how well he gets to know his patients! I would highly recommend him!

We really liked the early appointments that were offered 2 days a week. We were greeted promptly when we walked in. We were seen within about 5 minutes of being there. The attention to where our problems were at was listened to, & the adjustments helped. we really liked the post adjustment treatments. We think they really helped as well. We were happy that the price for the exam & the treatment were exactly the price we were told it would be. We would highly recommend that if you are looking for a good chiropractor office, this is the place to go. Everyone was very nice & friendly, even at 7:30 in the morning.

Went to DR. Ziegler due to pain in lower back, very difficult to drive 70 miles to work without being in tremendous pain. We were planning a road trip, and I knew I would be miserable! The office staff is professional and efficient, got an appointment offered the same day. After 2 visits, I was pain free when driving to work. My daughter was also having headaches and was diagnosed with scoliosis. DR. Ziegler was very thorough and professional, very knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend. Before I found Alliance Chiropractic I was having severe abdominal and hip pain for over a year. I’ve had just about every test out there for abdominal pain but every test kept coming back with flying colors. Like the majority of us my insurance does not cover Chiropractic procedures and I have a high deductible so I am paying 100% out of pocket. They really did a great job in sitting down with me. I can't say enough about Alliance Chiropractic. Dr. Nathan (Ziegler) fit me in as a new patient late in the evening just July 3rd when I had a pinched nerve. While many offices were closed at the time and a Med Check would have likely prescribed meds, I felt immediate relief after the first adjustment and I was able to enjoy the 4th of July weekend as a result. My neck is back to 100% and no meds were required. We are now working on some trigger points and I have experienced significant (and consistent) improvement there as well. I actually decided to try Alliance Chiropractic based off of the reviews. It is NOT AT ALL what I thought that a visit to the chiropractor would be. Dr. Ziegler is great!!! He is very personable and always makes me feel comfortable. His general conversation while working really puts me at ease. Dr. Wolf is also great and makes you feel as though you are not in a doctors office but visiting a friend. The office always smells great...so warm and welcoming. I could feel a difference after just one visit. My pain really decreased to almost nothing after just two visits. Other healthcare providers could really learn a lesson about just learning to connect with patients by visiting Drs. Ziegler and Wolf!

I drive by Alliance every other day because it's perfectly located between my house and Meijer. My back and neck had been hurting me because I sit at a desk all day long. I finally wanted to do something about that, so I filled out the new patient request form on their website. Literally within 10 minutes, Dr. Wolf called me to set up my first appointment - for the following day. Talk about quick turnaround! I made an appointment with Dr. Ziegler. During the initial examination, he saw several concerning things (though didn't make me panic), but wanted to take x-rays. Turns out I have scoliosis (I'd never been diagnosed in school as a kid) and my neck is nowhere near in the normal range. I've been seeing him three times a week for two weeks now, and I'm already noticing a huge difference in my range of motion, my pain levels, and even my energy. I'm so thankful for Alliance, their reasonable pricing, and just how nice and knowledgeable they are. Highly recommend to anyone in Fishers or Castleton who's looking for chiropractic care.

I have been visiting chiropractors for a good deal of my life. I stumbled upon them at a Festival in Zionsville and decided to try them out. I quickly discovered that Dr. Zeigler and Dr. Wolf are beyond caring about their patients. They have up to date equipment and the office is gorgeous. I go to Dr. Zeigler and he isn't afraid like many other chiropractors that I have visited in the past to "dig in" and work out the pains, knots, and help me get back to feeling good. From my first visit which consisted of xrays, a very through examination and a follow up 6 weeks later to see if the treatment plan needed tweaking or stay the course. I received a wonderful thank you note from them for becoming a patient. I haven't received a hand written note in years from a Dr's office! I can't say enough for these two...they are an excellent team and I recommend them to everyone. I feel so much better since the first day I went to them.
