I have been to chiropractors before and I needed a switch due to distance. I found this office and immediately was at ease when I saw their website. It’s super easy to look through and read all about their practice. I’m pregnant as well and they even advertised adjusting during pregnancy which sold me. I made my first appt and immediately was impressed by how thorough and intentional they are. Dr. Bobby Abate has been excellent in walking me through my care plan and forthcoming about what to expect in the coming weeks. Super grateful I found this place! Now my husband wants to join me so his first appt is in the books!

I have been so exceptionally impressed by Donato chiropractory. I love how they incorporate massage, Chiropractic care, chiral therapy, sleep and fitness and obviously free water LOL there's a massage element that is fantastic and then the doctor will come in and do your adjustment. Then you can have neurostim. I've never felt better in my whole life. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.

What can I say, I love coming here for my bi-weekly Chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Bobby is great at realigning every bone in my body. I come here as part of my selfcare for my entire body, mind and soul. The mini-massage at the beginning of my appointment, always helps to set the tone for a great adjustment. I’m from out of state and twisted my neck and lower back on a zip line. I was fit in on the same day I called. Real massage therapist loosened me up prior to adjustment. This is my first time going to Damato Chiropractic Center. I was having frequent shoulder pain from my college years playing fun football. Prior to Dr. Nick, I saw another chiropractor for my shoulder. After few sessions, I stopped going and just told myself to live with it. As time went by, my shoulder was bothering me more and more. I was extremely happy after. the first meeting with Dr. Nick. Right away I felt the differences in services. My shoulder was definitely felt more mobile. I was greatly pleased with the deep massage he was able to provide. I am relieved to know that progress and improvement are on the radar, and look forward to my upcoming sessions.

Before I went to Dr. Nick Damato clinic, I didn't know what to expect, I didn't even think it would be effective. After reading other patients' reviews and how services from this clinic has improved their lives with better mobility less pain, rejuvenated and relief, I gave them a try. Lin , one of the people in front us very patient, pleasant and friendly to work with.. I have done a complete 360 in my expectations after my first visit. Dr Bobby worked on me. Right away I felt much better. Standing up, I feel straight and strong, My job is a desk one, Sitting down all day felt more normal. I felt less stiff and bit more flexible as it was my first visit. I now completely believe after more sessions, I will feel energized, my posture will be better, and there will be less strain on my lower back as I lift and carry my infant. I look forward to more sessions with this clinic where its more of a holistic approach vs going to my doctor and getting prescribed pain killer pills. Dr Bobby also worked on my 5 month old. Although she couldn't tell us if its better or not, I liked how the focus will be on her nervous system - so all parts of her body will "communicate" with each other.

Stephanie took the time to listen to my concerns, my areas of pain, and adjust my treatment accordingly. Each visit, she would begin by treating my back while inquiring about my progress. If there were any areas of concern, she would immediately address them and adjust my visits as needed. At one point during my treatment, I was experiencing a tremendous amount of tightness and pain in my hip. It was extremely unbearable. Stephanie not only encouraged me to contact the office to be seen immediately, but also provided me her personal number to reach her directly, at any time, if the pain were to worsen. She took great care of me, and with her expertise I am no longer in pain. Being involved in a car accident is no fun, and is very painful. Most Dr.'s and companies you deal with after your accident are more concerned about liability and money. But not the office of Damato Chiropractic of Glastonbury. I've been a patient here for a year next month. Before my first visit I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes without feeling like there was a rock in my hip joint, I couldn't stand up with out grabbing my hip and limping (making my 26 year old body look like I was 96!), and I couldn't sleep on my right side (I would wake up wincing in pain the moment I rolled onto my hip). Dr. Nick Damato picked up on my hip displacement as an infant and that one of my legs is longer than the other during the consultation. After reviewing my x-rays we discovered that my hip is fused to my spine! No wonder I was in pain after bowling, dancing, and kickboxing a few times a week that spring! I was back to normal range of motion within 5 months and convinced my husband to visit Nick and see if anything could be done about his sore neck and pain near his eye. Well, Nick found the problem and my husband now gets adjusted once a week too and is feeling amazing again! The staff is amazing and friendly - they feel like an extension of our family. The atmosphere is very relaxing and feels like a spa. Our insurance doesn't cover more than 12 visits, but that's not an issue with the payment plans that DCC offers.

When I initially walked in I could barely turn my head enough to back up a car. My initial x-ray showed a spine that looked like I had been a crash test dummy for cars. Seriously all the years of playing football, hockey goalie and running marathons even when injured had taken quite a toll. I have been a long distance runner since high school, 1953 -1957, and for many years I have been running the annual New Haven Labor Day 20K road race. During the last week of August, 2018 I was pursuing,for the race, a training run of 13 miles ; when, at about the six mile point, my left foot hit the ground, in a certain way at a certain angle, that a shock wave was sent up into my spin, and, as a result, I was in a great deal of pain. A visit to the Harford Hospital emergency room provided me with temporary, symptomatic relief, but I needed therapy of some sort ; as I also received there the diagnosis that I had fractured the L-1 vertebrae in my spine. I just assumed that at 78 my running days were over. I had never previous been to a chiropractor so it was with some trepidation that I decided to go to one. I chose Damato Chiropractic because it was near to my office. That was during the first week of September, 2018, and I could barely walk into the establishment for my first appointment. Well, today, October 25, 2018, I ran 5 miles at the average rate of 12.90 minutes per mile! The only therapy that I had for my spine injury was that obtained at Damato Chiropractic. Dr. Damato is very competent and very personable. His massage staff is very skilled,. I am greatly indebted Dr. Demato and his staff for all of the help that they gave to me. In particular they returned to me the opportunity to pursue my first love, long distance running. I highly recommend Damato Chiropractic Center of Glastonbury. It is a first-rate operation!
