Doctor Mitchell definitely gave me a lot of relief just sitting in my vehicle right now after my appointment today I am not in lower hip pain so so I mean it feels great to just be able to sit for a small car ride and not be switching sides or leaning to one side of my hip because it's discomforting to sit so this is amazing and I can't wait to continue with my treatment and get myself back to a 100%. Nearly 15 years ago a doctor told me I had the worst neck and back he had ever seen, that did not stop me from getting chiropractic treatment or doing rehab or working but it was a setback, ( had to completely change careers) since moving to the coast I was worried about finding another doctor that could give me the same kind of care and treatment that would keep me being able to continue working and I found it right here with this doctor on Pass Road he has been quite amazing! He doesn't waste too much time, he gets right at it, I feel great every time that I've left there. I will continue to go back as long as I can because of the quality of care that you receive there.

I have finally found someone who has helped with my back and neck pain. He has a wonder mechanical traction chair that takes the pressure off your lower back. I was referred to him by another Chiropractor and so thankful. Dr Mitchell is the real deal. I highly recommend this man! He listens and cares for his patients. We had the best experience with Dr. Mitchell. He is very personable and knowledgeable. My baby was having lots of gas and abdominal discomfort and he was able to easily adjust him to ease the discomfort. I would like to say this Doctor is great! He knows exactly what to do to get your body where it needs to be. He is honest about the process of healing. I highly recommend this office and this Doctor. Back & Neck Care Center is a really good chiropractor. I was in a wreck and had upper back pain and couldn't straighten my right arm. I had seen another chiropractor before coming to Dr Mitchell and had no relief from the pain so I started going to Dr Mitchell and after the first visit with him I could straighten my right arm again and my pain level has gone down some. Most chiropractors put you on a treatment plan and thats it. Dr Mitchell explains everything, puts you on a treatment plan with him but also gives you guidance to take care of yourself at home as well. Also other chiropractor I went to had to get my x-rays done somewhere else but Dr. Mitchell has the equipment to do x-ray in his office. You can feel that they really care about their patients. I would recommend Back & Neck Care Center to everyone it's more than anyone could ask for in a chiropractor.

I went to the Back and Neck Care Center for a neck injury. I was in pain for almost two months, and it was not getting better on its own. The first visit is for x-rays and a consultation only, but Dr. Mitchell saw that I was in pain and did some therapy and an adjustment on me that same day at no extra charge. On my second visit he went over my x-rays with me and explained everything in detail, and he thoroughly answered the questions that I had. I appreciated the time he took without rushing through the appointment. I also have fibromyalgia, which has no cure, but Dr. Mitchell has been able to give me my quality-of-life back. The pain and fatigue is far less now and much more manageable. I highly recommend the Back and Neck Center.

I'm a industrail union painter who travels for work year round and a week before having to head out my back gave out and was bed ridden for 2 days and Mitchell was able to get me in and adjust my issues and within a day I was 90 percent back to normal. My back has been hurting for years, and I came in here a little over a month ago. And as of today, I'm feeling 80% better. If your back hurts this is the place. But you have to do what he tells you in order for it to actually work. Stretch, come on the days scheduled, etc. AND He and his staff are very nice and the atmosphere is amazing. I found Doctor Mitchell when I was 21 suffering from grade 1 spondylolisthesis and needed relief. I was in constant pain. A low, dull pain that wouldn’t ever go away. I was tempted to go to a general practitioner and try to get something for it. But I thought, why not try an active approach instead of traditional method and it sure paid off! Ever since the first adjustment, I’ve been a believer. I found instant relief after years of suffering. On one of the visits, I had missed an appointment and was having occasional migarines and the back of my eyes were hurting. So I asked him if he’d adjust C1 vertebra and again instant relief. Migraine, back of eyes no pain. Doctor Mitchell is very informative explaining the science and reasons behind his method. His knowledge is invaluable. Best in the business! The care was okay but I paid cash for my treatment for chiropractic and Medicare does not and he said that is what he was doing.I had Laser treatment for Neuropathy and he got money from Medicare also even though I paid him cash before any treatment . I would suggest that If you have paid him check the statement you get from Medicare because he claims I got chiropractor and I don’t take that from any one.
