I've been seeing Dr Phinney for chiropractic adjustments since July 2022. Twice a week, he has adjusted my neck, my middle back, my lumbar back to help me with chronic pain. He has also helped with my shoulder pain. I am amazed at my neck the most. I'm a stage 3 for degenerative disc and bone disease. I had a fusion in my neck in 2011. The curve in my neck was straight. Crazy, I thought I'd have to live that way. After 2xs a week @ about my 3 month mark, I was re-x-rayed for my neck. I was absolutely surprised that the curve in my neck was coming back! I'm continuing with the program and hopefully the rest of my spine will start to heal like my neck is. Since starting Dr Phinneys plan, I have taken less pain medication. I've actually cut that in half. I sleep better, not a 100% yet...but better than before seeing him. I feel better overall, with less chronic pain. I've been able to get out and do more things that I enjoy too. He and his whole staff are wonderful people, very professional, confident and real. I highly recommend them. Thanks for helping me! So great to be back in the office to be adjusted after several weeks of being home, as always Dr. Matt and staff were welcoming and the office is very clean. They are doing a phenomenal job of following safety guidelines not allowing too many in the office at once and keeping tables cleaned thoroughly in between adjustments. Before coming the the Chiro Doctors I could not move my neck. I somehow tweaked it two weeks prior. It definitely wouldn’t have gotten better on its own so my husband recommended that I try them out. Dr. Matt went over what I had been feeling for quite some time. That was the fact that I had discs that were locked up in my lower back and a whole lot of other issues from being an athlete my whole life. The "interview" process, as I'm calling it, was very thorough in order to understand why I had chosen to visit them: what pain or issues I've been dealing with and for how long, possible incidents or other factors that might have contributed to them, and figuring out a core area to concentrate on in order for Dr. Matt to create a treatment plan directly tailored to my needs. During my second visit, Dr. Matt showed me the x-rays of my spine and neck taken at the end of the first visit. He described what a healthy spine looks like compared to mine and explained the differences, the level of degeneration I have, and what he could do to help me. He was very open and urged me to ask questions for clarification when needed. I was given a detailed treatment plan synopsis with the total cost so I wouldn't get an unexpected bill down the road. I really appreciated the time they spent with me during the entire beginning stages. The office is a bit of a drive for me, but it is worth the time and gas in order to feel like I am in good hands and part of a caring family!

But I noticed that my oldest daughter had a curved back more than what I thought was normal, I decided to take her to see Dr. Phinney after some visits and a re-exam I noticed the results. Best chiropractor I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of different chiropractors over the years. They take the time to get to know you personally, they take X-rays to be sure they know what the real issues are and have payment plans if your insurance doesn’t cover all the charges (which most don’t) the exercises they give you to do at home are easy and they give you the tools to do them at home. They really are invested in getting you better not just keeping you coming back. Would give 10 stars if I could! Come check them out you won’t be disappointed!
