However, if you have been to chiropractors before, raise the bar and make an appointment to this practice where you are sure to be involved, educated and a true partner in achieving your, "best self" possible! My first visit included a deep tissue massage. I have had massage therapy for years and have splurged on the occasional massages at places like The Ritz Carleton and other notorious spas. THIS was honestly the BEST massage that I have ever experienced. I am an educator who suffers from severe migraines with much stress, trauma, and an individual who has been very hard on her body. Recently, I had "another sinus infection." My first massage was when my therapist focused on my face, head, neck, shoulders, and feet to provide some relief from my acute infection, tight muscles, and an old injury of a torn rotator cuff. I walked out, feeling as if my head was 50 pounds lighter, providing instant relief from tension, knots, and chronic pain. I can not thank each of you enough! I know that this is a wise new attempt for the total well-being of my mind, body, and soul.

My daughter was diagnosed with Hip dysphasia the same day she was born. The 3rd day she was born we went to Helen Devos, the specialist recommended putting her on a pavlik hardness 24/7. After 1 year and a half, her hips improved but still there was a chance that she could have had surgery. I decided to try something else because Rubi was having trouble sleeping. A friend, Christy recommended me Dr. Heath (her family chiropractor). In January 2018, I reached out. since then, the adjustments have not only improved Rubi's digestive system and health but on June 6, 2018 my daughter 1 year X-ray showed great improvement. My daughter does not need to wear a brace anymore and we prevented hip surgery. Honestly, I believe that the adjustments combined with our care has helped improve my daughter hips. My husband and I have decided to continue with the adjustments to make sure she stays healthy and we are also getting our regular adjustments.

I never could understand why people would go to a chiropractor before I met Dr Heath! I experienced lower back pain, neck pain, and migraines when I first came to the office. I now have almost no lower back pain, no neck pain, and maybe experience one migraine every 2 months. I know I have already left a review for Dr.Heath, but I am leaving another one because, due to life circumstances, I was unable to go to a chiropractor for a few years. I was in constant pain (primarily in the lower back, thigh, and neck). In addition to the physical pain, I lived with constant headaches, and chronic insomnia where I would wake up 15-20 times a night. This resulted in a lot of stress, depression, and general lethargy. I was able to come back to Dr.Heath three weeks ago, and I have already seen progress. My physical pain is less, my stress levels have gone down, and I have been able to get to sleep within 15-20 minutes of laying down. Plus, I only wake up 4-5 times a night, which is really awesome! I know I will see even more progress in this area as I continue my care, but to get this much help in three weeks is amazing. Dr.Heath and his staff are caring, and they work hard to ensure you leave the practice well informed about your condition, your care plan, and the benefits of chiropractic care. Always highly recommended!

I've had pain down the back of one leg for years. 5 or 6 times a year it would get pretty intense. When I started having daily pain, I decided to try Chiro. I called Dr. Heath's office and got an appointment quickly. I got x-rays and a complete evaluation and everything was explained fully before my first adjustment. I've been treated for 2 months so far and the leg pain has improved a lot! No more constant pain! I also had a bonus surprise. My 25+ year slow digestive system issues are improving! I'm almost as regular as a clock now! Dr. Heath and the Ladies that help run his office are Fantastic. They are educated and fun to work with. 10/10 Best Sleep ever!!! Definitely will keep going. I must admit, going to a chiropractor was not my first idea. However, after having back pain that other doctors just wanted to throw pills at I figured I’d give it a go fully expecting to throw a copay into the fire. Just one visit got rid of foot pain I had gotten used to. By the second visit and on I’ve have gotten some of the best sleep I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Was not sure and even kind of skeptical of chiropractic practices and their effectiveness. I have always had constant headaches and nagging aches and pains from various injuries. So I thought why not give it a try. It is not a miracle cure but my quality of life has definitely improved. Migraines have diminished significantly and I rarely get headaches as compared to before. Still experience some discomfort from injuries but I don't feel that they are nearly as uncomfortable or debilitating. Balancing my insane schedule with work and family is difficult and Chiropractic First is exceptional at being flexible to accommodate life's changes. Since I was 19 or so I have had lower back problems from working hard and not relaxing enough. Poor habits from gaming at a computer for long periods of time to not being smart and lifting with my back would eventually lead to displacement of anyone's spine. Now that I have turned 30 and have had more frequent and more severe back pains. I also have had other issues arise including poor digestion, high blood pressure, short breath, fatigue, depression, and a few other things that could really put a damper on your quality of life. Granted, many of these even occurred after experimenting with diet, yoga, exercise, meditation, and quitting smoking. At the end of December 2016, my stomach was in so much pain that I finally headed to a family doctor. The doctor gave me meds and I was on my way. Days later I woke up and my back was stiff and shooting pains down my legs and arms. I decided to inquire with Chiropractic First because I drove past it on my daily commute and was always fond of the silly Hunchback Skelleton guy on the road sign 😆. Within the hour I was contacted and immediately invited to come in for a full consultation. I was given the almighty wow factor with the family oriented staff. The system that was in place was very organized and set up for success. I was thoroughly educated about subluxation (Google it! Or, just come on in and see what it is all about.), I was also given a posture exam, and an xray. Then I met Dr. James Heath. Dr. Heath take pride in his work. He is persistent to educate and motivate everyone on a personal basis. He also has every trick in the book to make sure he gets his message across clearly. So, what was the result? Dr. Heath scheduled a one-on-one review of my xray. Shockingly, my posture was very alarming. With all the education I had been provided with in one visit made it perfectly clear as to why I not only had pains in the visually obvious regions of my spine, but how those subluxations directly affected the organs that communicate to the brain through the nervous system of those regions. These organs included the cardiac, respiratory, stomach and digestive system in my particular case. After my first couple adjustments, I decided to cancel my follow up appointment to my family doctor and gave up on the medications, because instantly I began to feel relief. So now, going on only 4 months later, I am feeling great. Not only the back pain has substantially resided, but I sleep better, I have more energy, and my body seems to be functioning better. I have been more mindful of my posture, and have made even greater strides to improve, including using a stand up desk at work. I came in for my adjustment today, Dr. Heath poked around between my shoulder blades and said, "Oh, yeah, right in there". My response was, "I don't know what you're talking about!" I realized then that some of the worst tension I have had is nearly gone! Thank you Dr. Heath and your wonderful team for providing the greatest of wellness practice that EVERYBODY should at least try. It works for me, it most certainly could work for you. Your quality of life is just an adjustment away.
