I can look left without having any pain on the right side of my neck. After being aligned I can stretch deeper and for longer periods of time. I feel stronger physically. If you are senstive to noises and movement, this place might feel a little overwhelming. The space is loud and there is a big dog walking around. The walls are paper thin so the noise levels don't go down if you close the door to one of the offices. Another issue I had was that the staff did not communicate with me until I walked into the office that my insurance wouldn't cover any of my screenings or adjustments.

These people are so awesome! After having many small heart attacks that the hospital told me weren't heart issues, they did everything possible to find the issue. They did not turn me away, and continued to try to find the underlying problem. Once my heart was so bad I had to have bypass, the hospital couldn't deny the problem was heart related, True Roots was there for me with love and support. During my first adjustment I felt what I thought was stress on my shoulders fall off like dead weight. This practice is completely different from any other chiropractor. It directly works with the nerves causing the MAIN issues. Everytime I go I feel refreshed when I leave like I just had eight hours of gooood sleep.
