I used to go to chiropractor adjustment once a week, but stopped during covid. Dr.John is definitely one of the best chiropractor I've been with. He fixed me in 10 mins, neck pain gone, felt 1 inch taller and I can breath better! Just wow. Updated review 2 weeks later: John is CONSISTENTLY on top of his game. I just completed my marathon race this past weekend and came back for another adjustment. Felt immediate relief and now I can walk again. I also came in an hour earlier than my appointment time. He was very kind and offered to start the session early. He was listening to some chiropractor webinar. He definitely go above and beyond updating himself with the latest technology and techniques.

Dr. Dave at Back in a Flash has made me a true believer in the benefits of chiropractic procedures. I am a 66 year old woman with chronic joint pain and considerable digestive issues. Flashback to 2019. I had been suffering from migraines at that point for years on end, since my teens. Which at that time would have been 10+ years, suffering with this pain on and off. I would always end up in the ER one way or another, so often to the point where they would just let me wait out the pain there and provide me with Tylenol/Ibuprofen and anti-nausea medications. My frequent visits for the "migraine injection" prompted them to think I was just there to abuse the medication and get high. The very last ER doctor I saw for my migraines asked me if I ever considered trying a chiropractor. I had never thought of this. So immediately I knew to go to Back in a Flash. At the time, my husband and I lived in an apartment literally above this place. I went in and saw John, and explained my situation, to which they educated me on how migraines due to neck problems or back problems are definitely a thing. I was in pain from migraines literally every day. I had many sleepless nights, called out of work many times.. I had never felt pain this severe in my LIFE. I thought it was a brain tumor or aneurism or something. Anyway, after seeing John that day, by the next morning I was 100% migraine free, and this lasted literally THREE years. My migraines started up again a few weeks ago, and I knew immediately that I needed to see John again. I was nervous to go, being 5 months pregnant, but they were gentle and knew what to do and what not to do to a pregnant person. Literally within 2-3 days I was migraine free, and have continued to be since my visit with them. I plan to see John more frequently so that I never have to experience that pain again. Thank you!!!

Awesome service. Dr John’s adjustments have really helped my neck and hip issues. Not only is the quality of the adjustments spot on but the flexibility of getting appointments is great. A lot of times in the past I miss regular adjustments cause my work schedule doesn’t line up with the limited hours most chiropractors have but Dr John has perfect hours from after 5 and on Saturday's so now I can keep up regular maintenance. His subscription service is also a really good option.

Back In a Flash is the best place in Denver to get a chiropractic adjustement, float tank session and massage. I've been going to Back in a Flash for a while and like to get the "triple threat" which is a chiropractic adjustment, massage, and deprivation tank session all in one day! Dr. John has helped me alleviate alot of my upper back pain and lower back pain that I had through chiropractic work. Selena is great as well, I always ask for a deep tissue massage but also enjoy the occasional swedish massage which she does great! I highly recommend Back In a Flash and would say they give the best massages and chiropractic adjustments in Denver Colorado!

Today was my first visit to Back in a Flash. There was a quick 2 page profile sheet I was asked to complete and within minutes I was with Dr. John getting my adjustment. His adjustment was one of the best I have ever had. I could tell that he is very in tune with what is going on with my body and tailored his efforts accordingly. He also gave us a tour of the facilities and I was very impressed with beautiful massage rooms, hydration IV room and pod floating room. Everything was very clean, modern and new. Wow. I happened to be in Denver, Co that day on business & stumbled upon this place. I was in so much pain & they took me in as a walk-in for an adjustment. That in itself is impressive! This place is great! I have their monthly membership, $79 a month for a 90 min & it rolls over if you dont use it. I used to work in the beauty/spa industry & this is honestly one of the best deals I've seen. Go see Annie, she asked what my needs were & met all of them, she also made me feel comfortable & is super attentive. Dr. John is amazing too, I was in pretty bad shape & he did my adjustments in less than 5 minutes which was great. Cant wait to try all the other services!!

Dr.John is a chiropractic wizard. Just went in for an adjustment and, wow, just what I needed. He used this tool called a cervical decompression strap, and boom! It hit all the right spots. He sounded knowledgeable and explained to me very thoroughly how it works. He made some quick adjustments on my spine and I felt better instantly. I love this place- it’s close to home, affordable chiropractor treatments, and also offers the option to pay for multiple sessions at discounted rates as a member. Dr. John is awesome. I appreciate him sharing his philosophy of the importance of maintaining a healthy spine alignment. He is knowledgeable, attentive to what you say is bothering you, and really easy to talk to. He uses many different methods to adjust your back. The numbness in my feet disappeared after 1 session. I did a monthly membership of 4x a month so far, and the knots in my neck have had the most relief in mooooonths. My posture is way better. Bonus- they offer massage services too. The CBD lotions are great. Firm believer. Huge fan all around! I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place.

Thankfully, Back in a Flash accepts walk ins and is super affordable. This was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the team at Back in a Flash was welcoming and friendly. I had been experiencing pretty severe lower back pain for a week and was unable to sleep more than an hour at a time. Decided to go there after learning several of my friends and coworkers have frequented this business. Dr. John gave a thorough explanation of why it's good to keep with regular adjustments. I had a really effective adjustment and then soaked in a float tank for an hour after. They offer very reasonable special introductory prices as well as reasonably priced packages. Next time I think I'll try a massage before the adjustment and maybe soak afterwards. It was my first time soaking so it takes a bit of getting used to but I think it'll feel more natural the second time around now that I know what I'm doing.

WOOOW. So we’ve had massages before, but we’ve never had a Chiropractic adjustment. My back was in a lot of pain- a combo of slipping on a hike and my dog pulled on his leash - my back was on fire. Getting out of bed and bending over was really painful. I somehow dealt with it for a week before searching for help. My boyfriend on the other hand has always complained about lower back pain. We’re talking years. He’s tried exercises, foam rollers, different contraptions- and hasn’t gotten anywhere with it. SO. We both decided it was time to seek some help. THANKFULLY Dr John was able to squeeze us both in this afternoon. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he was extremely informative in explaining how our bodies work, improving nerve flow - all this good stuff I never knew I was missing out on. I’ve gone in for three adjustments, the first two for maintenance and the third for pain. John explained why my back still would be sore after the third adjustment and gave me some advice on how to recover. I imagine my recovery would have taken longer and with more pain without the adjustment. Unfortunately, I've had lumbar and cervical issues since my early 20s so I've been seeing chiropractors for many many years. A friend here in Denver told me about this place i could just walk into and get an adjustment for $29.00. And on a Saturday. I thought she was mistaken. I never knew that existed. . I got there an hour before the Doctor arrived so I was introduced to the float capsule. I had to try it I floated in this salt water capsule on my back for an hour. Amazing new experience foe me. Nice shower afterward to get all the salt off. By this time the Doctor was in. Without waiting long at all I got as good an adjustment I have ever had from a chiropractor . I got up off the table and felt an immediate relief. Now its 12 hours later and i am still pain free. Im in Denver 3 or 4 times a year. I will definitely be back next time even if im not hurting. OK, so this was my first ever Alignment. I am 35 retired athlete, current chef. So I told dude this and he released the kraken. I had been barely able to sit up prior to walking in the door, after my session ,I sprung up. And all of this was just a basic alignment. The pricing is very fair. I will most definitely be making this a weekly treat. OK, so I waited until the morning after to finish my review, and I must say I slept wonderfully. Yes, there is still tension due to it being my first ever alignment, but that tension has very noticeably diminished in severity from before my release. I say again, I am making this a weekly treat, I suggest you do also and with pricing at BIAF, I may even make it a couple times a week. Highly recommend. I haven't slept that well in year. And I seem to be flushing impurities faster.

Dr. John is by far THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR that I have seen since my injuries & associated problems started 15+ years ago. I have seen a countless number of other "so-called" chiropractors, but Dr. John Perea is definitely in a league of his own! Suffering from sciatica and a herniation at L5-S1, my medical doctor initially said that I would likely need surgery, but my orthopedic doctor recommended that I try chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy first. Well that's where the last 15 years of looking for a good chiropractor have left me - STILL needing treatment. It wasn't until I met with Dr. John & Marilyn (massage therapist) that I realized what a chiropractic office SHOULD be like & WHAT he should do to address my sciatic and issues stemming from a herniation at L5-S1. Dr. John always ensures that his patients feel welcomed, at ease and comfortable with both himself as well as his procedures. He combines all of the above with a perfect mix of professionalism & empathy making it a welcomed "joy" rather than a chore to go to a chiropractic appointment, not to mention the awesome trigger point massages I get from Marilyn. Lastly, I am almost always pain-free until my next appointment, and one very specific problem area that has consistently plagued me over the last 15 years, in a matter of only a couple visits, has COMPLETELY HEALED in that area! I would recommend Dr. John over anyone, especially all of the other Denver Chiropractors hands down!! This place is fine for a quick fix but if you have any actual problems, go see a physical therapist or an actual professional. I came here prior to the pandemic with severe hip pain, my concerns were ignored and I was given the run of the mill adjustments, which would leave me in more pain than when I started. After a few bad adjustments, I finally went to see a PT and got the care I needed. So again, if you are relatively healthy and just wanna get aligned, this place is great for that!
