Dr Pleasant is exactly what anyone would ever want as a dedicated professional chiropractor. I was never rushed during our consultations and he listened and remembered everything I said during our conversations. Each time I come to the office I am greeted by name from all staff!!! Dr Pleasant and his staff have been so kind and helpful throughout this whole process. I was very overwhelmed after being in a car accident that resulted in an injury, and Dr Pleasant answered any and all questions I had, which was so incredibly helpful. I also appreciate their flexible scheduling and willingness to accommodate my not-so-flexible schedule. They take the time to explain everything and are very patient! This is my first experience with a chiropractor and my expectations on the level of care have been set 🙂 I did not know what to expect but Dr. Pleasant and his staff were empathic to my needs. What stands out for me is with this being my first encounter with a chiropractor Dr. Pleasant gave me a lot of information and it can be overwhelming to retain a lot of information when you are not feeling so great and to be asked frequently if I have any questions was a win for me 🙌🏾 That showed me not only do you recognize I’m receiving a lot but you wanna make sure I’m understanding it. Dr. Pleasant is genuinely kind and honest about what your care plan will most likely look like. The front desk staff is welcoming and easy to chat with. Me and my fiancé got into an accident a few weeks ago and were experiencing neck and back pain. We looked into chiropractors and Columbus Injury and Rehab was the first one to come up so we reached out and we are so glad that we did. The service by the staff is very professional and friendly. They even made accommodations for my 4 year old son who we couldn’t find a sitter for on a couple visits. Dr. Pleasant was also very friendly and knowledgeable, And made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable during this uncomfortable time. They do a number of test to find out what your specific problem may or may not be. Which was great because me and my fiancé experienced different issues after the crash. So he and the staff catered to our specific needs differently but with the same amount of care and consideration. I would recommend anyone who has been injured in a car accident or has back ,neck problems to go to Columbus injury and Rehab

I had to the pleasure of getting treatment and therapy from Dr. Pleasant. And since that time I have been referring my friends and family to him. Look no further this man is the real deal. He is a intuitive listener and will try his best to meet your needs. Recommending home methods and also getting those ache and pains out and if you think chiropractic work is done in a couple sessions it’s just an on going thing. Your in good hands with this man he will get the pain gone and you would be back to living your normal life. Keep him in your emergency contact he is open to text and stays in contact with you throughout your treatment. Can’t say enough how much he relieved all my lower back pain. I feel so much better I’m back to running, biking and going full force with little worry.

This was my first time ever visiting a Chiropractor, and I was very Skeptical about going after my car accident. But the day before my appointment Doc. Call me to confirm my appointment. That call changed my mind. I walk in the office barely walking hunched over and that was 8 visits ago. I can walk straight up and lift my legs up now. Dr. pleasant has taken care of my chronic back pain and I have been going to him for years. His staff is friendly and helpful and the office is very clean. Dr. pleasant also has very accommodating office hours which is useful for someone who works a normal 9-5 job. I always feel refreshed after a treatment session and Dr. Pleasant always is willing to show me at home exercises that can help the adjustment relief last longer. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional chiropractors I have known and I have never hesitated to recommended his office to friends and family.
