Started going a few weeks ago on a friend's recommendation. Lower back pain and neck stiffness. Within 2 visits my neck stiffness, that I've basically had for years is nearly gone. My back pain as of today's visit is zero. Very nice. Very clean and inviting. Highly recommend. I will always go back if I have issues.

This place is great very few places are truly worthy of a five star review however I went here on the advice of a friend to help with some back pain I was having. They listened to my every complaint and explained the what and why of my pain they gave me advice on things to help and just generally seem to take a real interest in their patients. Every person in the office is an amazing human and they have great massage therapy. These guys are people I like to talk to also not just take care of business and leave they are not just professional but personable as well if you are tired of other places that aren't helping and seem robotic give these guys a try and I promise you will not be disappointed Signed one very satisfied UPS man!!

I was going to an other chiropractor for as month . My pain was getting worse. I decided to make a change. It was the best decision in my life, because with in a week , I had no pain! I have been having consistant back pain for some time now and I was looking for a chiropractor. I was so appreciative that Columbus Chiropractors were able to see me the day after I called them. They have a flexible payment schedule and their doctors are so good at what they do. Also, a special mention to Mary, the massage therapist. She has the hands of an angel! I am so happy I found this office and they are able to help me manage my back issues!! 😁😁

Love getting a massage before my adjustment. Always feel great when I leave here and everyone is super friendly. Very laid back environment, no pushing for excessive visits or purchases. Just a great massage and a fantastic adjustment every time. They really listen to your needs and care about their patients!!

Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and you can truly tell that they care about their patients. Not only do they help with your current pain relief, but also preventative care! I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is in pain, and needs some relief! I have been a patient with them for years now and I'm very grateful for all their help and support!! Very nice chiropractor center. Can definitely tell there are years of talent and experience running it. Positive points: Massage therapists are phenomenal especially when sometimes I find that some massage therapists do not apply enough pressure. Inexpensive, especially if you have insurance. I know people who have spent 100s of dollars on less effective treatments. Excellent diagnostic practices. They are wonderful at pinpointing your issues and tailoring treatment to your specific ailments instead of a one size fits all response. I've seen a variety of patients in their office before me and they all seem to have tailor made treatments. Very good at giving you "homework" so that the sessions are more productive. Especially since a lot of the "homework" helps the issues at hand anyway. Points of criticism: Dr. Covault (the male specifically since his wife is also at this location) can come off as pretty condescending. I understand the notion of doctors being honest but thats not what this is. He has his own (ill informed) personal thoughts and quite frankly it sometimes bleeds into his consultation. His conversation can sometimes sour an otherwise 5 star experience. In my experience they are usually running behind. Not sure if this is SOLELY because their admin is on maternity leave. I don't mind running a bit late, but we probably shouldn't be so outspoken about penalties for when patients are late when they have to wait when they arrive for appointments. Overall, wonderful clinic and first chiropractor experience. Would return for more care if it becomes necessary.

They are just amazing. Have been coming here for years. My doctors wanted to put me on pain killers for my back but I have two children and that isn't a option for me. He is helping me decompress my spine and it really does help!!!! Anyone that don't wanna go the pill route I highly recommend this Chiropractor ! My boyfriend even had a shoulder injury , I sent him here and they did a amazing job so he wouldn't miss any golf.

Dr. Jeff Covault is very friendly, caring, professional and good at healing. Therapy is what you put into it, but Nicole will guide you effectively and is very kind. Renee is the scheduler and billing clerk, so sweet, understanding and fun to deal with as well. The massage therapist, Lindsey, is the one you like to see most as she loosens those tight muscles for the doctor to do his corrections. I love this group and I have been to many chiropractors since I was 19 years old, long ago. They are GREAT!

After a neck injury for a car accident I came in for an adjustment without having any idea what I was getting into. Luckily for me, this place is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and treatment was a fluid plan that changed based on my needs each visit. I even have come back for an unrelated back injury. I highly recommend this office!

I have been to several different chiropractors (all good) through the years but Dr Covault is the best. If I run into trouble with my back and hip he will always try to squeeze me in that day. The staff is always friendly and they treat you like somebody special.

Love the staff at Columbus Chiropractic Center West! After my car accident I wasn't really sure how to go about receiving and paying for my care- they made it so easy for me! Dr. Covault is very obviously passionate about his work and makes sure you're getting the care you need. The massage therapists and personal trainers all always super nice and make you feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need treatment for neck and back pain. I was pretty skeptical of chiropractors before I visited Dr. Covault. But after just a couple visits the Dr. and the staff put my mind at ease by not only finding out what I needed as an individual, but explaining to me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Now they keep me feeling better than I ever thought I could and they are a great bunch of people to be around. I would suggest Dr. Covault to all of my friends without a second thought.

This is the best Chiropractic Care I have received in Columbus and I have been to different locations. Dr. Covault and the staff are all great to work with. Dr. Covault is excellant at helping the patient set goals for the treatment they want and the ongoing maintenance and care they choose to receive. He has never been judgemental or pushy in anyway. The staff are all friendly and professional. The office is equipped with a variety of different Physical Therapy tools (weights, tables balls, bands, massage chairs stem machines.) so more can be done to fit individual needs for exercise and chiropractic care.
