Dr Ashley is amazing and so smart. He is so kind and considerate while working with his patients! I love the atmosphere and staff at Filter chiropractic. They have many services to offer there! Plus they do a lot for the community! They don't accept insurance and it's only $35 a visit!

Dr. Filter is the best!!! He really cares and wants to make sure that you feel better. He is so personable and always is so nice. I used to have the worst back pain and I don’t have any now!! The front desk girls are exceptionally friendly and sweet. Massage Therapist Amber is top notch. The best thing about our visits are that we are visiting friends. I've been coming here since I got pregnant in 2018! The staff here are absolutely amazing. Through pregnancyp and everything after Dr Filter's staff have taken care of my family including adjusting my baby for free her whole first year of life. They have multiple Drs on staff, awesome and friendly front desk staff as well as amazing massage therapist. I leave here feeling like a brand new person every 2 weeks. They are so affordable and good at what they do I go even more often sometimes. And if I'm feeling off at all, I call them first!

My mom and brother spoke very highly of Dr. Miranda (their recommendations I hold in high regard). I've been seeing a chiropractor 2-3x/week for over 10 years and I've been through 8-10 chiropractors in my time, mainly from moving from college, to dental school, to residency, and back home to Lexington. I've liked many of them but haven't found one as thorough as Dr. Miranda. She exudes confidence from front to back, explaining what she feels from your misalignment to how your muscles begin to feel better following her adjustments. She adjusts from head to toe and spends the time I've not seen from anyone, but not exhaustive in detail - perfectly confident and sure of her treatment (thorough yet efficient with her time). My family has seen her for multiple appointments and tell me she continues to show the same level of thoroughness. In my experience I've seen chiropractors selling you on the first appointment and complacently giving generic adjustments moving forward once they've earned your trust. What so many people don't understand in today's society is the doctors and practitioners we should all be searching for are those who are young, fresh from school, confident and hungry to learn the newest and best techniques.. all the while treating you like family/friends. From the 3 families she treated before me I knew she'd already formed these relationships and being that I hold a similar business model for my practice I liked her before I even met her. Highly recommend Dr. Miranda to anyone who is searching for the answers they haven't been able to find through so many attempts.

We love the Chiropractors and staff at Filter Chiropractic! We have been clients for a number of years and they take amazing care of us and our growing family! They are patient, thorough, and super helpful! Their approach is very individualized and they take time to go over whatever is feeling out of place due to extra curricular activities or where we are in life (i.e. toddler, nursing, dancing, etc). Dr. Miranda adjusts my littles from birth to near adulthood. She has done an excellent job with each of them including caring for them pre and post frenectomy (tongue, lip and other oral ties) surgery. We all love her and the whole body adjustments she gives. My husband loves seeing and has been helped so much by Dr. Brian as well. We all look.forward to coming to Filter. They are all so nice and so patient with us and our kids! We also love the fact that they give back to the community and support lots of great local businesses!

I have been going to Dr Filter for several years now. I go as needed for my neck issue. He truly has changed the way I used to feel about chiropractors. I heard so many horror story’s about chiropractors and how some of their practices. Dr Filter is NOT one of those. He is amazing. If you have never been to a chiropractor for any reason, but you just can’t get rid of some long lingering aches and pains, do yourself a favor. Call this guy. You will not regret it. I know I don’t.

Loved seeing Dr. Filter. He saw our family of 6 the whole time we lived in South Carolina. He is very easy to talk to. We never felt rushed. You didn't even have to tell him where your trouble spots were, he can just feel exactly where you are needing to be adjusted. He is amazing!

I live in Richmond Va. and every visit I go to see our daughter's family in Lexington SC. I go to visit Dr. Filter or one of his staff. They are all truly amazing ! I suffered for about 40 years from a softball injury on my knee and Dr. Filter worked on my knee and helped fix the pain right then and the pain I was having riding in the car or on our motorcycle for long periods of time. I love watching our grand children during our visits telling Dr. Filter where their neck or back maybe hurting. Our oldest grandson 10 years old is having less head aches now. Our youngest grandson 4 years old, didn't know if he was ready to get adjusted. Miranda & Dr. Filter's are both so wonderful with children. When we got into the room, our grandson surprised us and wanted to be adjusted right away.... he told Miranda that his neck and back was hurting from doing a somersault off the sofa. Miranda had him so relaxed and adjusted in no time. I was skeptical of this method of pain relief for years. Until my sciatica got unbearable and my regular Doc could not do anything and suggested perhaps surgery would be required. I decided to go to Filter at a recommendation of a friend. In just a few weeks of adjustments, I feel great again. I can walk, sit, do anything without anymore pain. I highly recommend Filter. Very professional staff. Very clean office.

I sent my husband here first and they have helped his back immensely. I started coming myself and didn’t have any noticeable aches- until he fixed them! I didn’t realize how much my neck was sore and sitting in a car for long times would bother my back until they stopped after my first adjustment! I also appreciate that if everything is in place, they don’t adjust joints “just because”; you have to have a need.

Had the best, most extensive adjustment I've ever had with Dr Filter today. Having had various back issues since I was a teenager, I have been to several chiropractors over the years but none so precise, accurate or thorough as him. He was able to discern places of old injuries, sleeping habits and misalignments by hands-on assessment better than any x-ray I've ever had. He even knew things I had not divulged about my history. He is patient, explains his findings as he goes along, and doesn't try to sell unnecessary treatment. Office staff were polite and did I mention that kids under 12 are adjusted for free with paying adults? As a parent of four, this is such a blessing. All around a fantastic experience; try them and you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Filter is professional and effective. He takes the time to listen to your issues and then spends the time necessary to check you out for problem areas. He explains everything he finds, how it is currently affecting you and how he can correct it. You do not feel rushed or that it will be the same two adjustment moves and out you go.
