I have been going to Columbia Family Chiropractor for over 2 years and the experience is beyond words. I am impartial because Dr. Alison is my favorite. Lol. She has been doing my adjustments for over 2 years. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Tom see you outside of the office and speaks, that is rare. The entire care team is warm and inviting. You really feel like a family. They genuinely care about you no pretend. I love going for my adjustments and I have saw major health changes since going. I’ve been to a number of chiropractors and holistic doctors, and this is hands down my favorite place. They will first get you x-rayed, analyzed and adjusted before setting you up on a care plan that includes take-home equipment and exercises. No woo-woo stuff or hand waving here; they show you your spine and walk you through a way to achieve and maintain a proper spinal alignment. Everyone—docs, staff, etc, are friendly and professional. I brought my kids today and they were great with them!

Most of the chiropractors were pretty decent some werent. I can tell you that I have never been to a chiropractic care center that was so thoroughly professional as Columbia family chiropractic. I have excruciating pain in very specific parts of my leg, numbness in my calf, and tingling in my foot and toes. I’m a 34-year-old guy he was relatively healthy. Over the course of a number of months, the pain became so bad that a few days ago I was in an airport and had to buy the whole row just so I could sit in a comfortable position that didn’t make me yelp in pain. I knew it was time to do something. I do not consider chiropractic care to be traditional medicine. However, because I currently do not have health insurance, I decided to give it a go as it is a very affordable option compared to seeing an orthopedist. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thomas Stetson and Dr. Kloss. They are efficient, kind, informative, and I trust them both. After only one adjustment, my pain is slightly reduced, which is more than I can say about anything that I have tried at home. I look forward to full relief in the near future. more than anything, Dr. Tom gave me hope when he showed me exactly via x-ray what the root of my problem really was and how it was causing my symptoms.

The doctors and staff at Columbia Family Chiropractic are the absolute best. During my military service I had spine surgery on my lower back and needed another, plus I was recommended surgery on my neck. After my failed some surgery I lived in constant pain until a friend recommend I receive treatment from CFC. I had kept putting it off because I was skeptical but the office called and told me they would take care of me and set me up an appointment. If it wouldn’t have been for that I may have never gone (stubborn ego). It was not the typical chiropractic experience I had heard about where you go in and get adjusted the first visit. They took x-rays, went over my medical history, and then had an orientation where the doctor explained the process of what they do and answered any questions. Upon my first adjustment I didn’t notice a change at that moment but later that day I stood up from my desk with anticipation of the pain that accompanied me for years and I couldn’t believe that I had zero pain. Somebody must have cut up an onion in my office cause a tear fell as I was pain free for the first time in years and I was simply amazed. I even went to the gym that day. From that moment I haven’t looked back and do not regret investing in myself and trusting the doctors and staff at CFC. I have now been a patient for a little under a year and the difference I feel has positively impacted my life in body, mind, and spirit. The staff is always professional, happy and upbeat. They are also knowledgeable, attentive, and always there to lend a hand with physical therapy and anything else you need. I brought my infant daughter in for flat-head syndrome because CFC came recommended by a friend. Staff is courteous, friendly, professional and office is well managed and inviting. Patients and staff are always smiling. Not only are we seeing results, but CFC appears to be different than any other chiropractor I’ve been to. They don’t simply adjust you and you leave. Patients appear to be informed thoroughly about your condition and given instructions or exercises for what you can do to improve your condition by making adjustments to your daily life. OMG 😳! This is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Let me explain, I am a combat veteran who has degenerate arthritis in the spine. My problem area’s are my lower back and neck. No matter where I go to get adjusted they only can do one adjustment when I need two. They always take x-rays and treat me for my problem areas. But they never can fully explain what’s happening to me. Not only did she explain why I was in so much pain but she actually came up with a plan to help me get better. When I first came to her a month ago she wouldn’t even give me a adjustment until she did her research 🧐. I wasn’t happy about a month ago, because I want her to take the pain away. I’m so glad I listen to her. When I say she explain everything to me so I have a better understanding of my issues and adjusted me in both my neck and back. I wanted to take her everything in my wallet. She is a life changing chiropractor Who really genuinely cares about her patients . The warm up drills were so helpful and her staff is so caring. I have been a patient here for about two months and I feel super amazing. I came in with extreme back pain and shoulder pain. I was only getting about 5 hours of sleep and now I'm getting 8 hours and able to move around with no pain. I have not taken any pain medication since being a patient here. Dr.Tom and Dr. Allison offer such wonderful chiropractic care. I recently moved to Columbia and was looking for a new chiropractor when I learned of Dr. Tom’s dinner lecture. To say that I was amazed by his philosophy, his passion for overall health, and the results his patients have achieved is an understatement. I have always been a bit skeptical of things that sound too good to be true, but, this...it’s true!! I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Allison since the end of June. I used to have pain in my upper back/shoulder daily. It impeded my sleep as well as my routine activities. In just two months, I no longer have pain in my upper back/shoulder, and seldom have lower back pain that used to affect me regularly. The office staff greets each person through the door by name. Dr. Allison remembers conversations you had several days ago. It may sound silly, but I always leave feeling like I matter to each of them. Honestly, I can't possibly say enough about this Chiropractor's office. This is the only place that has ever given me answers about my pain, and gave me relief from it. You never know how bad you feel until you feel better. I walked into Dr Tom's office limping and in pain.
