After going 2x a week for 3 weeks I have begun to feel my best. He believes in manual adjustment with no machines to assist clients in their healing. If you're looking for a comfortable space to be adjusted, I highly recommend Alex and his practice.also, I got my husband who used to train at a kickboxing gym to try Alex as he was going to another chiropractor. I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Abundance Chiropractic. Alex was not only informative but had amazing energy. Best thing I've done self-care wise was getting a membership here! This place is awesome. I went in with some very bad sciatic pain. I mean I could barely walk. After getting me all set up and informed on all I need to know we hit the table. Quick and easy. Dr. Alex is the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I am about to begin my third trimester of pregnancy and it has taken a toll on the alignment of my body. I’ve been to several chiropractors before but none as thorough as Dr. Alex. He uses the Webster technique on me because I am pregnant and I always leave feeling so relieved. Wow, I felt like a new person after just one visit! Dr Alex was extremely informative and made me feel super comfortable from the second I walked in! The space is very open, clean, inviting, and had very positive & happy vibes. There’s even a space for little ones to play in the back, AND a table of snacks by the front door. Dr Alex is very professional and patient with each of his clients. Also, the front desk girl, China, was super nice and friendly. She explained the various, reasonably-priced payment plans they offer if you’d like to become a member. Or if you’d like to just pop in once in a while, you can do that too at a low cost!!! I couldn’t recommend Abundant enough! I’m fairly new to the neighborhood and had been looking to get an adjustment for months. I do a lot of desk and book work as a grad student and it does a number on my back and my posture after a while. I had walked by abundant dozens of times and decided to finally check it out and I am so happy I did. The paperwork process for first timers is so quick and smooth and Alex is wonderful. He pinpointed my problem spots within seconds and alleviated months of pressure building up in my upper neck and back. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I felt like a totally new man walking out. The rates are super affordable and they have discounts for students. So if you’re a weary and stressed grad student like moi and stay in the NoLibs neighborhood, make the effort to stop by. And if you’re not, stop by anyway. You can tell Alex loves what he does and that Abundant is here to serve the community. They’ve got a new regular for sure.

If I can give 10 stars I would. I've had chronic neck, shoulder and hip pain and after one adjustment I felt like they never existed. Dr. Alex was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable with every adjustment. The experience was superb. I went to Abundant Chiropractic for the first time last week in hopes of realigning my pelvis in order to encourage my breech baby to flip. It was my first time seeing a chiropractor and the staff made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The payment structure is the most reasonable I’ve found in the city and the atmosphere is very community based, down to earth and casual. The verdict is still out on whether or not the Webster technique will be successful in flipping my baby, but while there Alex also adjusted my neck and spine and I can say I felt instant release of tension in those areas!

Admittedly, I was never a believer in the chiropractic arts but decided to give it a shot after hearing about my wife's positive experience with Abundant Chiropractic. My first visit consisted of filling out a few forms, watching a short video on Dr. Alex's approach, and then a one-on-one meeting with Dr. Alex before any aligning was to take place. I was a bit nervous watching as others lie on the table, grunting in relief as Alex cracked, twisted, and aligned various body parts, but the meeting with Alex prior to my session quickly put me at ease. You can tell he loves what he does, and he takes the time to explain his approach and answer any questions you may have. He is very personable and obviously cares very much about the people who come in to see him, it was very refreshing to witness. I was left feeling lighter on my feet like years of stress was released in just a few minutes. Ended up grabbing a monthly pass to share with my wife (very reasonable rates by the way) and will certainly incorporate chiropractics into my health routine. If you've never been to a chiropractor, have any fears, doubts, or worries, highly recommend stopping in to Abundant Chiropractic. Found this place after visiting two other chiropractors who weren’t versed in the Webster method for pregnancy. Dr. Rubin is passionate about his work and attentive to each patient. The practice does not run on formal scheduling which allows for a ton of flexibility but can be a bit crowded during peak hours. I will say that even in those situations, I’ve never waited more than 10-15 mins so, still worth the convenience of flexibility. Overall, I’m happy with the switch and plan to continue treatment postpartum.

I went to Abundance Chiropractic Care about a month ago . I have never been adjusted in my life therefore, with much anxiety (to which I already have ) I waited for 3 hrs to build up the nerve to get adjusted . Normally I would probably have let anxiety win and would have left however, Alex was absolutely understanding of my being nervous. He showed me a video which explained in depth the importance of chiropractic care and the benefits. Not to mention his office setting isn’t like any other Dr office. It’s inviting and family like. Dr Alex helped me through my phobia of getting a chiropractic adjustment. My original intention was to only help a relative that was suffering from spinal issues and discomfort but after hearing the history of chiropractic care and all the benefits I needed to try it the same day and I don't regret it at all. It has greatly helped my TMJ and years of holding stress in my back and chest. I noticed better breathing, emotional well being, and chronic migraines disappear. The family member who I brought in also received tons of relief which was a miracle because I once felt powerless in giving her the proper help for her condition. Parking is limited in the area but you should be able to find parking if you have the patience to do so. I live locally so am able to walk. If you have to wait there are snacks and coffee available in the waiting area along with a children's area if you have to bring your kids along. This was my first Chiropractic experience but Dr. Alex spends time explaining everything. I am an athlete so I think that this will be helpful in making sure that everything is aligned. This is just day one but I do already feel looser.

My very First Chiropractor experience was yesterday. Why I hesitated for soooooo long to do the very thing that makes perfect theoretical sense, as a scientist and an athlete myself, I'll never know. More importantly, today is only 1 day post-adjustment by Dr. Alex, I am not grunting to get up from bed, sit down at tables, mumble under my breath that my knees hurt, etc. You get the picture. I am a 30 something y.o. female who does CrossFit and had an ORIF (ankle surgery with Titanium plates and screw put into my ankle to restore) a few years ago. I plan to workout harder to get back to my "pre-Covid" physique and I think I may have found a complimentary booster with my intense workout to get to my goal more efficiently-- much needed adjustments by Dr. Alex!
