Really grateful to Dr. Rojas and team for their support on my lower back injury. 1 month ago, I was unable to bend forward or sit for longer than 15min. However with the planned sessions, I am now able to move with much reduced pain. I can finally sit right and relaxed. Completed a 5 hour journey in the car yesterday, which just a while ago I would not have thought possible. Thank you so much for the accurate diagnosis and focused treatment.

This clinics changed my life. I have had only 3 sessions and even after the first session I could feel relief. Doctors are highly professional, very nice, use customer-oriented approach, ready to explain everything they do. In addition to that, customer service is amazing. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times and the receptionist was nice, explained everything and did troubleshooting for the platform. Also they accepted my college insurance, so the price was very affordable even for a student on financial aid. Highly recommend to everyone!

I went for the first time last week because of severe discomfort in my back and back of my thigh. I felt pain when I sat, when I stood, when I walked, and the only thing that provided some relief was cracking my back and laying down. Dr. Yang and the staff is so kind and friendly and the vibe of the interior is very cozy but professional. After an initial assessment, Dr. Yang gave me electric stimulation, did cupping therapy, a quick massage, and some minor adjustments. I haven’t felt this kind of relief in 3-4 years. I was able to ride a bus for 6 hours with minimal pain, and walk around for 10 hours with almost no discomfort. I’ll be coming here again and again. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Yang and Dr. Shroff are both amazing! Both doctors are very compassionate and they attentively listen to my concerns. As a competitive figure skater, I've had chronic back pain for years and have never experienced long-term relief from previous treatments. Since starting physical therapy with Dr. Shroff, I no longer feel pain after skating or while performing normal tasks. I've had 10 sessions so far with Dr. Shroff. She is very balanced in being patient with me all while making sure I'm pushing to be consistent at my PT exercises and form. She is knowledgeable and good at her job, while also being personable. Overall, I believe I have benefited tremendously from the treatments, and I see improvement in my strength and posture, and an overall decrease in pain. Consistency is key, thanks to Evolve!

I felt comfortable and welcomed immediately upon entering the office- from the front desk staff to Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang was knowledgeable and used a variety of techniques to help my tense upper back. I had always been hesitant to try chiropractic treatment out of fear of being “cracked”, but I was informed that chiropractors do so much more with different therapy (such as vibratory treatments, cupping, massage), and that adjustments make up only a small part of what chiropractors do! I felt better immediately after my appointment. I am looking forward to going back!

I really like Evolve! I have been coming for physical therapy for a month or two now and I find Dr. Shroff's approach to treatment really reassuring. It can be frustrating to need PT even for minor issues, but Dr. Shroff is a knowledgeable and efficient guide. She has been working with me methodically to pinpoint the root of my issue and develop a training program to deal with it that fits into my schedule. Other things I like about Evolve: It's full of pleasant people, the atmosphere always cheers me up, it's very clean, and you can text the front office instead of calling.

Evolve chiropractic is a safe haven for me to say the least. I got into a car accident that left my already bad back even worse ; I was in constant pain that would take away from my daily activities and sleep as well. I was going to another chiro but due to commuting I had to find another chiropractor and I think about it very often of how lucky I am that I called and checked out Evolve and it's one of the things I'm actually most grateful for right now as it gave me power to take back the ability of doing those daily activities and sleep well. I wasn't receiving half of the care and treatment that I am receiving here at Evolve. I'm very big on customer service and the second I spoke to the receptionist over the phone I knew it would be a welcoming place (to feel that over the phone and before even seeing the place in my opinion is big). I walked in for the first time and immediately got confirmation of it. Dr. Yang as well as ALL other staff were and are exceptionally kind. Dr. Yang continuously demonstrates her skill set and knowledge in this field with her techniques, exercises, and explanations. I feel more comfortable with this Dr. than my own primary care that I have had for a couple of years now. From the very beginning she was receptive, attentive, friendly, and easy to talk to and continues to be. It's amazing to watch her know how to tailor everything to your specific needs. It's such a comforting feeling to know that I WILL keep on feeling even better after seeing her. After having the experiences I've had here it's hard for me to imagine any other place being the place to be. Thank you for your work ethic and the way you guys provide services Evolve Team.

Overall my experience has been 10/10. Dr. Shroff, the Doctor of Physical therapy at Evolve Chiro & wellness is amazing. I’ve had chronic back discomfort for several years and have seen chiropractors over the years with little progress. It never occurred to me that I should also be seeing a physical therapist until I met Dr.Shroff! Working with her to help me improve my back strength & posture issues related to minor scoliosis has significantly improved my chronic pain and discomfort. Would highly recommend seeing her for any physical limitations you may have. Dr. Yang, the Chiropractor at Evolve is also amazing. She uses the most updated technology to diagnose your problems and explains it in a way that is easy to understand. Together, these two doctors are the dynamic duo! I feel like I finally found a place that holistically treats my symptoms, has accurately diagnosed my cause of my pain/discomfort and is equipping me with the knowledge I need to continue treatment at home. Both doctors are intuitive, kind, and passionate. Even the ladies (Bethany & Cindy I think) who run the administrative tasks of the office are kind, professional and do a great job. I starting going here because of my chronic headache and muscle tension, after approximately three weeks of treatment, I've noticed significant decrease in the frequency and severeness of my headache. Dr. Yang is very nice and kind to take care of my back and neck. After about 3-month treatment, the stiffness of my body gets much less. She can also provide suggestions for any problem with fitness recovery. Drinks and snacks are always well prepared for relaxation. Dr. Yang is a skilled and caring practitioner. She was highly recommended to me by my internist when I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and sciatica over a year ago. Dr. Wang spent a lot of time with me, clearly explaining the various modalities she would be using – including acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic, massage. After several visits, my lower back had fully recovered in six weeks without need for surgery or injections. Dr. Yang was the first chiropractor I saw. I found her online (exactly here). She was very nice, friendly, and thorough. She did a few adjustments on my neck and I was able to open my mouth wider w/ less pain (before it would be impossible for me to open my mouth really wide because it felt like my left jaw was locked). She told me of the many different techniques she uses and explains to you what they are and the benefits of them. She also answers any questions I have and understood my specific problems and tells you what is wrong and how you could fix it. I am looking forward to my next appointment for a better back and shoulder + hand (will try and update you guys on how that goes)!

Dr. Yang has changed my life! After years and years of all kinds of medication and doctors for migraines and tension headaches I decided to come off all meds. The work that Dr. Yang has done has stopped most of my headaches and my constant neck pain. I had no idea she would also help me so much with my anxiety as well.
