Carly and Maddie BironDoctor Tim is absolutely amazing. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what each body needs for treatment. While working with him he educates you along the way of exactly what is happening in your body, and the way he is going to treat it. I cannot recommend him enough! I had been dealing with an injury for 6+ months and after seeing him a few times (and doing my exercises he gave to me), I hadn’t felt that good in such a long time!
Sara RichmanDr Tim works on both my daughter and I. He does a fantastic job and we always feel significantly better after visiting. I do CrossFit and am a masters rower who also has scoliosis. Tim not only finds ways to relieve any issues I have, he helps guide me in ways to be better prevent future problems. I really enjoy working with him - one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever worked with.
Sarah NelsonDr. Tim is the absolute best! I came to him with neck and upper back issues. I was in so much pain and couldn’t move my neck the full range of motion. After the first session I was already starting to feel a little better and by the third session I feel as though my injury has completely healed. He gave me exercises to do to strengthen the muscles around my neck and upper back and help my posture. If you have any injuries or issues I highly recommend Dr. Tim. He has a very friendly and inviting personality and will make you feel at ease if you get nervous about neck/back cracking as I do. He truly knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Easily the best chiro/PT in Boston!!
Jason ThorntonI’ve been seeing Tim for several years now, since we met following (what I thought was a life changing) back injury during a CrossFit competition. His objective is always to help his patients get back to where they want to be, healthy, moving, and stronger wherever possible, working to prevent re-injury.
There is nobody whose assessment, treatment plan, and interventions I trust more than Tim’s. His in depth, expert knowledge of the human body, how it moves, and the injuries we sustain (common and rare) guide his questions and assessments, always landing in a space of appropriate and accurate therapies to promote a quick recovery.
Clinical expertise aside, (as I think there’s more to it than just that), Tim’s a good human who genuinely cares about his patients and wants to see them be better. I believe these are important traits and tell you a lot about the person you’re trusting with your recovery, putting him over and above the rest.

Dave ArmentiTim is a next level therapist / chiro / trainer / all the above. I’ve seen him for various ailments over many years, from chronic elbow tendinitis to hip flexor pain to neck soreness and also just for some professional workout sessions. In every instance he’s helped me find relief and progress positively. The difference in approach, care and effectiveness from Tim’s methods compared to the typical hospital/doctor PT route is light years. Whether you’re proactively looking for injury prevention or dealing with something that just won’t go away, go see Tim. Highly recommend. And he’s a great dude too!
Brooke OsgoodDr. Tim is nothing short of a magician! He came highly recommended to me from a friend whose family are clients of his both for chiropractic and personal training services. I moved to Boston a year ago and was looking to kickstart my weightlifting routine post-quarantine, but was nervous given I've always had lower back pain and mobility issues. It was comforting knowing not only could he train me but that he could help me through potential injuries.
I have seen a few personal trainers in the past who you can tell give each client similar workouts and don't provide an individualized approach. My hip mobility issues prevented me from being able to squat well and trainers would typically just have me skip squatting. From my first diagnostic meeting with Dr. Tim I could tell he was different in that he was incredibly knowledgeable and we made a specific plan for me. Within a couple months seeing Dr. Tim I was able to lift and squat heavier weights than I ever have without hurting my back, which I was thrilled about! Additionally if I felt any muscles were tense or tight, he would take the time to work on them during our sessions.
Dr. Tim is incredibly patient, thorough, and pleasant which is an added bonus :) I look forward to my sessions with him for a number of reasons and plan to be a long-term client of his!
Monika JaníkováTim is very outstanding, great and experienced doctor! I’m more than happy I chose him to deal with my problems. At the first visit Tim did complex diagnostics from talking about issue I have to examination and excluding any neurological cause. Then we discuss approach we’ll take for the treatment. Moreover, Tim is very knowledgeable and explains everything you want to know in a friendly way. After first visits I felt much better and less in pain. Step by step we got to the point I can enjoy my life again without constant pain. I can’t be grateful enough. It was the best decision I made when I contact Tim and scheduled first visit. Dr. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and explains what he is doing which brings a sense of ease that I have not found elsewhere. Brooke BolotinI started coming to Dr. Tim a little over a year ago for an ongoing shoulder injury after already having done 2 months of physical therapy elsewhere. Dr. Tim is experienced, knowledgeable, and came highly recommended. He was able to diagnose and alleviate my injury through therapy and strength training, and eventually trained me for my sister’s wedding. I’ve continued to see Dr. Tim on a regular basis for maintenance and have never felt better! 10/10 would recommend.
