I found Birmingham Health by searching for local chiropractors as I had concerns with back and neck pain. I immediately booked a free consultation and found out that I was suffering from Scoliosis, a herniated disc that never healed properly, and much more. Dr. Casey quickly gave me some options and a care plan and I signed up for what he suggested that same day. Since my first appointment, I have improved not only weekly, but almost daily. I feel like a brand new person. I adore the fact that at every appointment Dr. Casey asks if I’m at 100% yet, and if the answer is no, he asks ME what should be worked on at that session. He doesn’t do the same practices at every appointment and doesn’t try to “one size fits all”, his patients. He genuinely cares about your individual needs. I’ve dealt with many doctors and chiropractors and specialists ever since injuring myself over 12 years ago - and none of them compare to Dr. Casey at Birmingham Health. I may never ever see another chiropractor besides him because I trust him and know that he will help me maintain my overall health. Cannot recommend him, his location, and staff enough. Top notch office with the sweetest most caring people. I’ve found my forever chiropractor, and I couldn’t be any happier!

I have always been fearful of going to a chiropractor, so I never gave it a chance. It had gotten to the point where I was in so much pain, I was willing to give it a try. I’m so thankful that I did. I have only been going for a few weeks now, but it is amazing how much better I feel overall. I suffer from neck pain and knee problems. This has been going on for quite a number of years. I kept severe headaches almost daily. Since starting my treatment, my neck pain and headaches are greatly improved. We are working on my knee pain. Dr. Casey is very thorough in explaining what is going on with you and also gives you tips on what you can do outside of your visits to improve your overall health. The staff are very friendly as well. I am very pleased with my care. If you are a skeptic, I encourage you to give Dr. Casey a chance to help you.

OMG!!! Where do I even start??!!! The office and the staff are amazing!!! The welcoming reception is awesome! From the moment you enter the door it just feels like home! The nice aroma, the greetings with a smile, the office tour, setting the expectations from start to finish, and FINALLY an office that also respects your time; I honestly can’t say enough about Dr. Casey and his staff. Dr. Casey himself was very thorough in his explanation of X-rays, as well as treatment throughout the entire process. I’m definitely here to stay and will refer people!

My family and I found Dr. Casey gosh about a year ago and he has been absolutely amazing for us as well as our small kids. My daughter suffered with ear infections which have dramatically decreased. I started seeing Dr. Casey in January 2022 and could barely move my neck. I didn't expect a miracle when I started, but I can say I had more improvement than I expected with my neck in a short period of time. I had a level of relief after the very first adjustment. Fast forward to the end of 2022, I have remained consistent with my care, and I will be running a marathon in February 2023. Dr. Casey is great about giving you new care items to add to your routine one thing at a time so that over time you create long-lasting habits to maintain the health of your body. I'm no longer in pain, but I continue to get my adjustments so I can maintain my health over the long-term.

Dr. Casey and his staff are 10 out of 10 stars and are kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and thorough which became evident after my 1st consultation session where they performed thorough diagnostics check ups prior to my treatment plan. Dr. Casey took the time to walk me through and explain each of my symptoms' cause/impact on my body along with the solutions to resolve my sciatic pain. After one treatment session using both acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments combination, I felt immediate relief from sciatic nerve pain that had extended from my lower to mid back region. Dr. Casey with his combination of treatment and expertise allowed me to get back and return to the gym for workouts within 1 week of treatment and the sciatic pain that had once radiated in lower/middle back, I was pain free within a matter of weeks with his treatments. Overall, I highly recommend using their services now and in the future. I know I'll be returning in the future for routine adjustments and follow-ups. Highly Recommend

I am so glad I discovered Dr. Casey at Birmingham Health. I initially believed I had Plantar Fasciitis and read where a chiropractor could help with the pain. After my consultation, Dr. Casey started treatments on my feet, ankles and other parts of my body. Headaches OVER! I am greatful for finding Dr. Casey. I have been having continual headaches for over 2 years. Sometimes so debilitating I couldn't function. Pain was always there. I have tried several OTC meds, "natural" options, prescription meds, diet changes, job changes and been to 2 General Practioners and 3 Neurologists; along with another chiropractor. I had found how to cope with life while dealing with the pain. But I decided to try one more time to find someone to help me. Google led me to Birmingham Health. From the start the welcome was great. Mandi and Lacey are kind and professional, the office is clean and neat and they always have good music playing. Not to mention the tv is on the AFV channel and laughing out loud is encouraged! I was happy to know Dr. Casey has scans and xrays done on your first visit, along with a sit down conversation to listen to you and SEE about what is going on. I have had about 17 appointments and Saturday I woke up and something was different. I was so use to the pain that I started my daying doing my coping routine, but I finally realized the pain was gone. GONE and it hasn't returned. If you are in pain. Give Dr. Casey a chance. He listens and works with you. You deserve to free!

I believe he truly listens to his patients, analyzes the information than forms a plan of treatment that everyone is comfortable with from the "get-go." I appreciate Dr. Casey for three reasons. First, he offered hope. I was in a lot of pain and anxious about my future until I met Dr. Casey. He knew that I would get better and, after meeting with him, I knew that I would get better too. Second, my recovery happened exactly how he said it would. Dr. Casey supported my injury and let my body do its job and heal itself. He let me know that I would experience rapid responses to adjustments and plateaus along the way. Nothing surprised him and because of that nothing surprised me either. Third, the price was more than fair. I remember thinking to myself before he revealed the price of the treatments, "Do not be over $5,000, do not be over $5,000." I was pleasantly surprised to hear a price that was affordable. We love going to Dr. Casey! Clarissa is such a welcoming face as soon as you walk in the door! We have seen him for pediatric chiropractic care. We started visiting when my child was about 5 weeks old because she was having extreme discomfort and stomach issues as well as tightness in her neck. Her discomfort with gas was so bad that it was waking her up at night on a consistent basis. Now, after being under chiropractic care for several weeks, we have seen improvements with her sleep, more range of motion in her head movements, an ease of stomach discomfort and gas, and just overall a more relaxed and comfortable baby! I was injured in a drunk driving accident by another driver, and have soft permanent damage in my neck. Dr. Casey has been so helpful and wonderful throughout this entire process. He was recommended to me by many people in my area, and he also recommended a great lawyer for me to use for my case. He has recently begun acupuncture on me, and it has helped tremendously, along with getting adjusted 2 times a week. On a Friday, after waking up from a nap with my daughter, I couldn’t move or get out of bed without excruciating pain in my lower left back. I attributed it to a very heavy table I had lifted in my own the Wednesday prior. I couldn’t move all weekend or get dressed on my own. I needed assistance with the most basic things and I was in excruciating pain that often made my knees buckle when walking. On Monday I was able to get squeezed in that very day for a new patient and adjustment. I was able to get up from the table on my own and much more quickly than previously. It is now a week later. After 4 visits here, I went to the Y and swam laps for 50 minutes yesterday! I couldn’t believe it. Yes, I can still feel a little pin when I reach, or bend in a way I shouldn’t, but I am pain free at rest when I use good posture. I am dressing myself independently, and can help care for my children again as long as I remember to bend correctly, and don’t lift them. I can walk at an almost normal pace as opposed to holding onto items and shuffling my feet! I am so glad I made the decision to try this. I am back today for another treatment. I fractured my ankle over a month ago. It was a small, stable fracture, but even after being cleared to not wear my walking boot I was still having pain and swelling. I saw Dr Casey on Monday and he did some adjustments in my ankle and within a couple of days the swelling was almost completely gone and the pain was barely noticeable. I couldn’t believe how much relief I got. Even alternating ice/heat didn’t give me this much relief. My neck was also having issues because of sitting at a computer most of the day and holding a telephone. Within two adjustments (Monday and Friday of same week) I noticed a huge difference in my range of motion and my pain was almost completely gone. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor! Dr Casey is professional, thorough, and just very good at what he does!
