Dr Grant is amazing! He has helped me so much that it is hard to put into just a few words. His chiropractic skills are superior and I've been to a lot of chiropractors. He also sincerely cares and dedicates as much time to me as I need on every visit, as I have many different issues with my body head to toe. Also, the office staff are the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. I honestly recommend Dr Grant to everyone as I will not go to any other chiropractor ever again... So he better never retire!!

I answered the Facebook ad to get x-rays and a consultation. I was pretty surprised about what they showed. I started a 3x a week program that has changed my life. Every twisted muscle curving my spine is being released with these treatments. I've been given small movement exercises to support the process. I'm so glad I made the investment in my body. It's gotta last another 50 years. With Dr Bart's support I think it will. Also if you hurt pretty bad in one spot or area get dry needling done. I recommend it so much because of the immediate relief. This practice is top notch! I'm always welcomed so warmly by Lisa. She's great to visit with. 5 stars just aren't enough.

Once Dr. Bart adjusted him, he no longer has them. Since then all my grandchildren get an adjustment by the time they are 1 or 2 months! No ear infections! So much better than medications & surgeries.

The chiropractor I trust! I went to Dr Grant when I was younger and he was in Wyoming, when he came to Billings I began going to him again. Loved the friendly, warm atmosphere and Lisa is a sweetheart! Dr. Bart is very professional and helpful. He was able to pinpoint the pain and use pressure-point relief techniques which immensely lessened my pain. He also suggested certain exercises to help prevent the pain from re-occurring and within a few weeks of seeing him the pain was completely gone! Professional, helpful, great bed-side mannerism and an amazing secretary who is understanding. He's a "thumbs-up" in my book!

Grant chiropractic is hands down the best in billings. He uses a cutting edge holistic method for chiropractic. If you are wanting true whole body health beyond just an adjustment. This is the place for you. If you don't like the cracking feeling of an adjustment this is the place for you. He can adjust and relieve pain without doing the whole cracking thing that can be really uncomfortable and sometimes painful. My wife and I have been seeing him for about 2 years and we won't go anywhere else.

This wonderful doctor took me in, a few years back, I came out of state in white hot pain from a fall on the ice that had happened 3 days before my trip from Wa., to Mt., to visit my daughter and family. I had a serious pinched sciatic nerve, when I lost the feeling in my feet it scared me. I told my daughter to find me a good chiropractor, she did in Bart Grant. I had been suffering in that awful pain. He was able to unpinch my sciatica, I was made pain free for 12 hours. Then Christmas eve came and I had to return home. After trying everything; physical therapy, manual adjustment chiropractic care, massage therapy... etc., I was feeling intense hopelessness. I knew that I needed work on trigger points and muscle work. If you have researched anything about anatomy and chiropractic services, hopefully you have developed an understanding that chiropractic care may not work if your muscles continue to puIl you out of alignment. I saw an add for Grant chiropractic on Facebook advertising his unique services. It was nothing I had ever heard of and in order to make a last ditch effort at hope and a future free (or more free) from my acute pain, I had nothing to lose. Our first session was in May 2019 and I felt relief within the first two weeks. Now in November 2019, I would estimate a 90% improvement in my acute chronic pain and I rarely treat aches and pain with anything but heat and ice. Thank you to Dr. Bart and Lisa!
