I am very satisfied with the work and experience of the actual chiropractor. He was extremely professional and personable. However, I'm very disappointed with the front desk staffing. In that the particular staff member working that day was not capable of printing off service receipts for my insurance purposes. I was informed that my receipt request would be emailed the next day. It has been four days now and I have not received the documentation via email. I certainly would have given an overall 5 star rating for the chiropractor services alone.

I appreciate the convenience of the joint and it’s doctors but this particular location always closes its doors earlier than the 7 o’clock it says on the door and on Google. If you stop service patients at a time, that should be the time stated. With no set up or breakdown required and visits that always lasts no longer than five minutes (most times, wait included), I don’t understand the logic of closing doors earlier than advertised. Sitting in Atlanta traffic just to realize you wasted your time, is a complete let down.

I noticed the posting where the person mentioned the fact that he had to wear a mask, I appreciate people who come in are required to wear masks, because people are still getting COVID. My experience was great from the time I walked in, the lady behind the desk was very polite and friendly. The doctor who saw me, Dr. Johnson, was very nice and easy to talk to. I look forward to going back next week. My neck is already feeling better. My cousin who lives in Maryland found this place near me in East Point, Ga.

Absolutely amazing service. I was in a lot of pain and my neighbor referred me here......I'm so glad he did. I'm still in a little pain but nowhere near the pain I was in with lower back pain over the last several months. The staff is absolutely special and they act as if they've known you forever. The staff were nice and very helpful! Not only did the doctor give me an adjustment but she gave me exercises to do at home that helps me with my posture. Working from home has been an adjustment now that I sit at a desk more. After my second visit I received a call from the office asking how was the service. It was great and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I really enjoy going to get an adjustment each week. When I first started I had sharp shooting pain in my hip area that traveled down my leg. Dr. Ann really took the time to listen to me and my body. After a few short weeks of going to her my pain was gone! Dr.Ann maybe young but she is dynamically Amazing at what she does. She will listen to your body and take her time with you. I never feel rushed, She's very attentive and sweet!

My experience has been as expected, so far. The regular person I see wasn’t in yesterday, someone else was there. That person scared me just a little. She was kind and good natured but after assessing ( since she wasn’t familiar with me) mentioned an MRI. I can’t afford that, and she seemed to imply that it was something I needed. I’ll check with the regular person that deals with my case. Other wise I’d give all 5 stars. Thank you for inquiring.

Staff is wonderful and they are very well trained, and thorough. Very Positive experience. Although I have been to many other places, and this place doesn’t give x rays, use TENS units or ice you on the spot. The Joint actually surpasses them in professionalism, ability to quickly diagnose and analyze. They give you your own ice pack and give an affordable plan options. I highly recommend.

I love the personalized treatment I receive at this location. I like the joint in general because there are plenty of locations where I travel, but this location takes all the time needed to make me walk out of there feeling better than I walked in. I love not feeling rushed. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and they recommend things you can do in between visits to help with pain or tightness. As much as I love this location not being busy I have to share the love and let anyone who reads these reviews that this location is the best Joint location I’ve been to.

I have had 4 sessions and I must say that each one has been amazing. I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease as well as arthritis and the relief I have now is unreal. I mentioned the practice to my Primary Care Physician, she said she’s going to try it out and start recommending her patients to start using the facility especially since most aren’t able to pay a copay multiple times a week and/or month based on my experience.

I usually go to the Decatur location, and I had been trying to find Dr. Brooks again since he left that one. In fact, I drove 30 minutes to see him at this location. This was my first visit with sciatica pain and Dr. CHONG was really good. She explained what she was doing and was very patient with me being in pain. It did n'ot stop my pain but it eased up a lot. The Drs are the absolute best. I came in about 6 months ago with chronic lower back pain. I am now virtually pain free and my mobility has improved tremendously. Phenomenal. I walked in frustrated with back and neck pain and I had a debilitating migraine. I could barely think. I couldn't even bend my neck to the left. After Dr. Kenya asked me a few questions he conducted a physical assessment. In less than ten minutes the neck pain was gone. Back pain gone. Migraine gone. If I didn't live in Colorado, I'd visit weekly. Many doctors have the knowledge, but it's rare when one also has a natural talent or gift, as Dr. Kenya does.

Dr. KIBO is amazing . I've been going for a month now an she is the sweetest kindest most genuine person ever plus she is the best chiropractor ever. I walk out feeling like a brand new woman every time. The staff is also amazing, Very welcoming an super friendly... I make sure I go at least twice a week now. I had hurt myself at work an got x rays done where I was told I have curvature of the spine so i was told to begin seeing the chiropractor. Since being with dr. DR. KIBO is AMAZING!!!! I first came into “The Joint” camp creek experiencing severe sciatic pain, I had already tried yoga, hot and cold compressions, stretching and walking. I was able to be seen within 20min of me filling out the information packet, Dr. Kibo not only adjusted me but gave me a wellness plan that had me now feeling NO PAIN!!!!! I am a 25 yr old woman and I didn’t think a persons body could feel this much pain regarding pinched nerves and herniated disks, but she was able to assist me, she explained what I was experiencing so that I could have a better take on what was causing this terrible pain. I fully recommend going to “The Joint” I know they have a team of chiropractors that would definitely be able to help any pains or body aches you might be experiencing, also I recommend them for the great low costs, I called around to different chiropractors to get quotes, I was quoted in between 50-300$ for xrays, copays and services, it was unbelievable, so when I called “The Joint” I was surprised when the receptionist said the cost was going to be 29$ for the initial visit and I could be placed on a wellness plan that allows me more visits!!! Definitely a GREAT COMPANY!!
