As a dentist I’m constantly in fixed position for hours at a time and it wasn’t until my consultation with Dr. Cart is when I was informed of my spine misalignment. Thru consistent appointments and a caring staff I was able to see the results early in my career juxtaposed to waiting until it’s too late. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. I initially went for sciatic nerve pain and planter fasciitis. Both issues I’ve been dealing with for 10+ years with no relief in sight just worsening pain the more I work. I met Dr. Kart at a workshop at my job. I began my chiropractic care with her several years ago (time has flown by!) to re-align my spine due to years of carrying heavy bags and backpacks. I became pregnant in 2014, and continued my adjustments throughout my entire pregnancy. She even helped heal my son, who had a crooked neck when he was born. She saw him when he was only a few weeks old!!! He has never had a problem since. I've also recommended other family members to see her and they received services. EVERY time I visit, Dr. Kart and her staff are always warm and pleasant, my wait time is never long, and they are awesome with follow ups and checking on your family when they haven't seen you in a while. Even though I have to travel a lil' ways to get to her office, it is always worth the trip! I would recommend her to anyone that needs wholistic healing through chiropractic care! I definitely need to schedule another appointment soon!

Dr Kart has been my go to Chiropractor for years. When I fell recently she was who I first called and she has helped me tremendously. I am no longer taking pain medication or using pain creams. I was using it daily. It is all because of Dr Kart. My grandson who is 8 was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a few months ago. It happened all of a sudden. We couldn’t get to the RA specialist for months and he could barely walk without help. Dr Kart, my shero, was who I thought of first. He began seeing Dr Kart. She was a “miracle worker” with my grandson. He was able to walk on his own. He always walked on his tip toes naturally. After the first visit he no longer walked on his tip toes. She gave him hope and a return to some sense of normalcy. He loves going to see her. My grand daughter comes to support him. Dr Kart explains what she is doing and has her as her “little helper” which she loves. All of her staff are great. A special shout out to Tameka and Axle. THANK YOU Dr Kart for helping me and my grandson. Words cannot express what it has meant to see his progress under your care as well as mine. I could keep writing but I hope you got my point. They are wonderful to interact with and just make you feel relaxed and at home. As for Dr. Kart, she is a master of her craft. Normally I do not write reviews, but Dr. Kart is exceptional. If you need chiropractic work done and you are at all skeptical, Dr. Kart will make you a believer. I never thought a chiropractor could do anything for me. I was also afraid of having adjustments. But Dr. Kart eased me into everything and i can honestly say that after every adjustment I actually felt immediately better. Her demeanor, bedside manner, office facilities and staff are all excellent.

I have been a patient of Northwest Chiropractic for three years along with my two children ages 8 and 2. My children have suffered from asthma and never knew I could have them adjusted nor did any other doctor ever suggest it. Just by getting them adjusted regularly by Dr. Kart I was able to eliminate all of the medications they were on. My kids do not get the flu nor is a shot necessary anymore, they also don't suffer from colds or seasonal allergies anymore either. The kids room Dr. Kart has is adorable, my kids enjoy going to see Dr. Kart and her staff. They actually look forward to getting adjusted. I have always felt so welcomed when I go there. I have being going to Dr Kart for two years now for my Immune System. I always use to get sick every month until I came to Northwest Chiropractic, Dr kart examined me took my x-rays and than I received my report and come to find out I had many bones misaligned which was the reason that I always would get sick. I have been an avid knitter and crocheter for over 20 years. I read an article encouraging fiber artists to get occasional wrists and hands adjustments by a chiropractor to keep them nimble and pain free. As a past sufferer of tendinitis, I decided to get my hands and wrists adjusted during my routine visits. I have been kickboxing for as long as I can remember. As a result I came to Dr Kart with more injuries than I could shake a stick at. My first visit to Dr Kart, I was unable to walk upright and could not move my neck an inch courtesy of a guy swinging from my neck like monkey. My neck injury was one that I had been dealing with almost a year. I had been through 4 months physical therapy, multiple steroid shots in my neck, multiple pain killer shots in my back and shoulder. SURPRISE SURPRISE no permanent relief. I have had 7 adjustments with Dr Kart and I feel my neck is back to 90%. I am almost pain free. She gave me a clear care-plan and a set timeline to fix the problem. The first and only doctor to do it in the last yr. She is god sent! She has also fixed my knee, both wrists and hip. all kickboxing injuries.

I had a shoulder injury that I thought might end up with surgery. After a consult w/Dr. Kart, she was certain she could repair my shoulder. And she did. It did take about 6 months of appointments and doing stretches and exercises in between. But it did work and the recovery time and cost were FAR less than surgery. I'm totally well today. Have continued going periodically for maintenance and will soon be getting my first massage!

I was previously a patient at Northwest Chiropractic so when I found out that I was pregnant I started going back regularly. The sessions definitely helped to ease the pain and discomfort that comes along with being pregnant since the weight is not properly distributed. In addition, I believe that the sessions prepared my body for the delivery of my child. My labour wasn't extremely painful or difficult. I was able to labour at home for the majority of the day and by the time I arrived at the hospital I had my baby within a couple hours. I would high recommend Northwest Chiropractic to expectant mothers or anyone needing chiropractic services.

I have been going to Doctor Kart since July 11 2017 (by the way the first visit is a free consultation) for a sciatic nerve and back and serious knee problems from an old car accident (November 1990) I couldn't walk without pain and couldn't put any pressure on my knee or bend it at all from the inflammation that has flared up from year to year since my accident as of September 18th 2017 I am walking with no pain and I can lay flat at night to sleep with no back or knee problems and no vertigo at all and I can breathe better after my office visits I don't have to take any pain medication I was so happy from my last final wellness visit afterwards I cried after I left because I was so happy I chose this route of therapy I enjoy the sessions with Dr Kart and her Staff they are very professional and friendly they make you feel comfortable and that they care about You! They also have wellness sessions for how to take care of your body during and after your therapy.If you are looking for a great DOCTOR and you want to feel better overall and walk and live and breathe better this is the office to go to! I am 23 with a body of a 50 year old woman. My back is just not what it was, and it's definitely not the back of a person my age. After years of abuse to my back from dancing, cross-training and weight lifting, the shift into a 9-5 office job made it necessary to get my back checked. My sister got me a LivingSocial coupon for my birthday. It included a one hour back massage and a chiropractic consultation. If it weren't for that LivingSocial, I don't think I would have ever found Dr. Kart at the Northwest Chiropractic, as it is a bit out of the way for me in terms of distance from work and home. Parking was a little confusing, as the lot is slightly lifted from the road, so be sure to enter from the storefront, not the side, as most spots are blocking the entrance from the side. Sonya greeted me from the receptionist's counter as I spoke to her on the phone and she had been waiting for my arrival. After filling out the online form, the office had called my contact number to set up a firm appointment and inform me of the paperwork to complete before arriving at the office. She gave me a few more forms to sign, mostly release forms, then sat me down in Dr. Kart's office to give me the rundown. It was extremely scripted, sounded like a memorized dialogue, but I let her take me around the office on a brief tour (what...) and explain to me the different rooms and areas. Finally, I returned back to Dr. Kart's office to watch a 5 minute orientation video to a brief introduction to the benefits of chiropractic work. Dr. Kart then shortly appeared and greeted me warmly, then sat down to ask me a few background questions after previewing my paperwork. She then took me into an examination room where she did a few simple tests, such as seeing where my center of balance is and the straightness of my shoulders. Afterward, she took a quick X-ray, which we went over the following visit the next day. It appeared I needed a three month treatment, but being younger, it should be an easy fix. I do enjoy easy fixes! Northwest Chiropractic takes most big insurance plans, but check on their website - even if it's not listed online, they may still accept it. Payment plans are available: mine is a 3-payment plan to pay off the entire total in 3 months. It's not cheap, but that's the fault of my insurance company, not the chiropractic office. They offered me admission to a workshop that teaches how to stay young but be healthy using chiropractic work, but I'm not sure I'll be able to make it out after my three adjustments a week here, but it seems like a good opportunity for patients to learn how to stay young and healthy. Overall I had a good experience. Don't feel like this is the location for me driving convenience wise but I'm $360 in for the long haul... Curse you, $45 chiropractor co-pay!

i injured my back about 4 years ago while lifting a tree stump and was nearing immobile for a few days. ever since then, i would re-injure my back every time i lifted anything heavy. it got so bad that i couldn't lift 80 pounds off the ground without extreme pain. i first went to a accupuncture place to receive treatment but it did not help. then, i had a chance encounter with one of dr. kart's workers at a health-fair and decided to try out chiropractic care. after the initial assessment with an x-ray, i decided to begin treatment. the visits take no longer than 5 minutes for the back-alignment which is convenient for me and my back has no hurt at all since. i am able to a 300 pound barbell off the ground without pain. i continue receiving treatments from dr. kart so that my back will stay in alignment until it "sets" that way permanently.
